Truly can’t put into words how amazing this place is. They were calm, patient, and above all caring. If I can help it I’ll never go to another vet again. After seeing 3 other vets in the week of our traumatizing journey I feel qualified to say they are the best. They saved my baby boy and I’ll be forever grateful.

Treated my dog as if it was their own, highly recommended, so glad we came here.

The entire team over the last 24 hours have been remarkable. Teresa at the front desk, Dr. Altom and Dr. Ramirez were thorough, kind and attentive and the techs were compassionate. I am unbelievably grateful for everyone taking care of our Tank.

I am so thankful for the staff including Dr. McGee for taking such great care of our Betsy. After learning our vet was sick, this was the only vet and emergency hospital that would actually take us the same day and promised we would be seen. Everyone was so nice and compassionate from the front desk to Dr. McGee. We are so thankful for everyone that helped get Betsy better and loved on her like their own.

Staff took time to make sure I was well-informed. Let me keep Titi with me while taking her vitals. Thanks for that.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Doctor Brands worked closely with me to provide the best care as possible for my rhino iguana. He had to get stitches. They kept his enclosure warm and was able to train us on how to administer antibiotic injections.

I would recommend this clinic to everyone if you have even a suspected emergency with your pet. The people are caring, efficient and knowledgeable and they are able to explain what’s going on in terms you can understand.

I had to get my 18 year old dog cremated today Christmas day. Meagan and staff was very sensitive to my tears. This clinic is incredibly kind.

Thankful to be able to get Bowie treated on Christmas Day. We were informed about the long wait, but it was worth it to make sure he was not seriously ill and to get his symptoms treated. The doctor explained what the problem was and the treatment, ruling out serious life/threatening condition.

I have taken my hedgehog here whenever he needed to be put down they were so kind about it. I have a Guinea pig now and have taken him a couple times regarding some health concerns I had for him. They always let me know about pricing and tell me the cheapest route to go because they know I’m a 21 year old who can’t afford a lot. They are always so nice and welcoming when I come in and am very thankful to have found this place!

We received compassionate and thorough care for our beloved dog. Staff was very responsive and informative. We were able to call and get updates from the technicians while our dog was hospitalized.

My experience was top notch from my first phone call to make sure my pet could be seen to our discharge. The staff was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I was terrified of the potential outcome of our visit and they really helped to ease my mind and most importantly, they helped my baby. I hope you all know how much of a Godsent you are!!

Compassionate, caring and professional team of people from front desk to back office at this Animal Emergency Hospital. My dog was immediately treated and put out of her pain.

Very clean, great customer service, caring and very informative, and worked within my budget. Everyone was friendly and caring!

Mixed feelings about this place. It's helped our dogs several times, but all our small animals we brought here passed on. The bills are also extremely high. I understand the need to cover there labor and bills, but many times our bills would get close to 4 digits if not over. I do believe that the techs are great, and most of the vets are knowledgeable for the most part, the main part is cost. It's obscenely high. I suppose that's the price to save a life, but it's put major financial stress on our lives in the past, and I feel taken advantage of. If you need your pets life saved at any cost, then come here. If you can wait for normal hours, go to a normal vet.

This place is staffed with wonderful people from the front office to the medical personnel. It is nice to know that our dogs can get quality medical care 24/7.

Being a veterinarian has to be one of the most difficult jobs in the entire world. We felt so blessed by the doctors and technicians at AEHNT, who were amazingly professional and supportive. We saw how much they care about their patients, and how much they wanted a different outcome for our dog. We can’t thank you guys enough for the work that you do, for loving on our baby when she was sick, and for sharing in our grief. Thank you for making that terrible time a tiny bit less painful.

Staff were very caring and helped put me and my pet both at ease during a very scary night. The care she received was very personalized and they definitely made me feel comfortable with leaving her there for treatment knowing that they would do everything in their power to keep her pain and anxiety free.

The people from the reception to the Doctor were great but we waited quite a long time in the room not knowing what was going on. the Doctor was very clear and helpful, so was the tech.

I had to rush my cat here when she suddenly became very ill. They took very good care of her and while her condition unfortunately proved fatal I know the vet staff did all they could for her. The veterinarian who spoke with me did a great job of explaining her congenital illness and helped me process it. The entire staff was extremely compassionate and understanding throughout our entire visit. I appreciate the kindness and care they showed for both myself and my cat during what was a very difficult night. I would definitely take my other animals here in the future, though hopefully under better circumstances. Thank you.

We got good information on our first call at around 5am this morning. Everyone in contact with us was very nice and professional. All over good experience. Very clear at explaining what your steps are and what we could expect.

So disappointed.. rude non caring people. I gave them 6 months to recover from the Covid hoping that their attitude would change because I used to think they were the best but now they are still as uninterested and unhelpful as they were during Covid. I tried one more time to call but they have become worse and I was treated very very poorly on my last call. . I will never call them again.

My experience overall was fantastic. The staff was friendly. They were ready for our arrival, and there was no wait time. They were efficient when taking care of my hedgehog and gave her the care she needed.

This place is amazing. I have taken my pet here for an emergency twice and each time I was very pleased with the care he received. If you have an exotic bird, this is the place to go for an emergency!

Goofy, unprofessional front desk comedy show, yelling on walkie, laughing about pet parents, made rude comment about use of the toilet, told me I could leave and come back for my pet AFTER I HAD WAITED IN THE ROOM FOR 2 HOURS WITHNO UPDATE,, snarky for a pet parent apprehensive for emergency vet care. Then, I heard the emergency check in rep tell 2 pet parents to vacate the waiting room for new patients to use it,,she said,, just wait in your car. Total of 5 hours,, unreal treatment, rudeness and just overall poor service.

Short wait time, great vet and staff. Cost in line with most vet visits.

More than one Veterinarian on staff, it's truly and emergency hospital for animals unlike others who call themselves and ER but only have one doctor on staff sometimes. Never a long wait for your pet to be seen which is huge! Emergency means emergency, not long waits.

Vet gave great care to our dog. Good communication through procedure and for aftercare.
