Dr. J is great! Very informative, caring and personable. It was also a quick and easy process when my puppy got vaccinated and checked on.

Love this place had a good first experience. Jay is a great doctor, and was very helpful as well as knowledgeable. The nurses were great and relatable as well. I will most definitely be back with my other pets.

Dr. J was amazing. Knowledgeable and caring about your pet. He took great care and covered all the basis to make sure I knew what was going on and that my dog was feeling great again.

I’m not normally one to leave bad reviews, but I am very disappointed with this vet office. I called over a week ago to get my puppy scheduled to have a surgery consultation to be spayed tomorrow. The service over the phone was great and the front desk was helpful in getting my appointment scheduled, however, today I received a text from THRIVE telling me they recommend I schedule my appointment with them at a different location because they do not have a surgical doctor and will not be performing surgeries in the near future. They had plenty of time to tell me this before, but waited until the day before my puppies appointment. When I asked if my appointment had been cancelled for tomorrow, they never gave me a clear answer and just told me they recommended me to schedule my appointment elsewhere. I also don’t understand why they would schedule an appointment for a surgical consultation if they knew they do not have a surgical doctor. This has been a waste of my time and my puppy needs to see a vet. Overall, I am very unhappy with this clinic. I am updating my review to 3 stars because upon calling the front desk, Lynn, was very helpful again and got me a spot tomorrow at Cedar Hill.

I've had to change my review because the last 2 times I tried to get an appointment for my dog's skin allergy injection, they were booked 2 weeks to a month out. This time when I called to see if we could get his allergy pills refilled to get him through til they could see him, the person who took my call said that no one would be in the office for the next 2 weeks until the day of our appointment. She called their other location and said that no one was there either. I'm paying monthly for their thrive plus, but I can hardly get an appointment when I need one.

The staff was great and the vet. is very knowledgeable. They were very prompt and addressed my dogs allergy issue very well.

They say on the app 7.50 monthly for 365 and then they took 90 Dollar out of my account all at once!

Been coming here for a few years now and haven’t looked back

Fastest vet trip for our two dogs ever! We had both our dogs scheduled for yearly checkups, shots and nail trims and we were only there for 15-20 mins tops! We drove from 45 mins away to this vet and would do it again! Great staff and service!

Their front desk is a joke. Had an appointment scheduled at 8:30 AM - I arrived on time and was following all the instructions you get via text message. The instructions were quite extensive, plus you have to check-in and fill out an application prior to the visit. I was literally outside for 8 minutes trying to complete all the steps required. By the time I walked-in I got rejected because I was 8 minutes late. Mind you I was outside this whole time WAITING ON THEM.

I always have a great experience here. They love my dog and I always leave feeling like I was not taken advantage of! Which is definitely not the case with other vets.

They were great with my pup Frost. They talked with me throughout the visit by calling since you can't go back with your pet. I've been to other vets recently and didn't get any help with her issues. They listened to my concerns and came up with a solution I am happy with. Thank you for caring for my little pup!

The thrive team took care of my dogs and gave the excellent care, from check-in to check-out.

Has good packages to make things cheaper but if u dont get those, it can get expensive real quick. Even if its just for vaccines that are necessary.

10/10 Experience with them every single time. I’m constantly encouraging friends and family members to bring their pets to Thrive. Their service is phenomenal and they care so much about my furbabies, all the while being affordable. I can make sure my dogs are healthy while being able to survive as a college student in a pandemic ???? Thank you Thrive team!

Love this place! The Doctor explained in detail what was going on and what needs to be done with my fur babies. The techs were super nice and helpful as well. THANK YALL SO MUCH!!

Dr Dietrich is AMAZING! He explained everything so well to me and told me how important it was to keep my puppy on heart worm medication. He also explained neutering which I was going to do anyways but he still went into depth.

I thoroughly enjoyed coming to thrive animal hospital for my dog son Beto. Not only was doctor Dietrich absolutely a joy to talk to you, he fully explained everything they were going to do to my dog in a way that was comforting and informative – we got Beto his nails clipped, micro chipped, heart worm, allergy, and rabies vaccine, and A general wellness test! We do not wait long and oddly enough my puppy have full confidence because usually he would be screaming at the top of his lungs. The vet assistance were absolutely helpful and very transparent when it came to pricing as well as giving me a itemized receipt. I strongly recommend this clinic for every pet parent, not only is it affordable, everything from the customer service to the experience my pet had being checked up on was 10/10

Only have drop off at this time but the dr calls to let you know what's going on. You choose yes or no before they do anything. Rather it be face to face but do understand why and was ok with it.
