So far I have had a great experience, Dr Gebhart and her team were super helpful. She asked questions other vets haven’t asked about my dog and educated me on the issues while giving me a recommendation. Definitely helped me understand best course of action but never pressured me one way or another.

I can’t say enough good things about Creature Comfort! From the helpful, patient and kind receptionists to the knowledgeable, caring, and thorough medical workers, I always know my sweet Bellie is being taken care of. She loves going to see her vet family because she knows she can trust them. I highly recommend that you check them out as well as their annual Paw Plans which are incredibly helpful when it comes to taking the absolute best care of your nonhuman family members.

I bring all my pets here. The staff is always pleasant and helpful with any of my questions and concerns. Dr. Tran is amazing with my animals and always checks in on things from previous visits. He is attentive to my concerns and makes sure to get as much info before diagnosing. Highly recommend to anyone that is in need of a vet clinic that will love your pets and keep their health a top priority.

The lady's are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to squeeze you in for an appointment.

The doctors and staff are always helpful, kind and truly wonderful. I've used them exclusively for 6+ years. My almost 14yo dog crossed the rainbow bridge in Oct 2021 and they were amazingly patient and kind. My chihuahua doesn't like most people (lol) but he loves the doctors and staff at CC. It is a solid endorsement from him for sure ????

We are really very fortunate to have found such an amazing and supportive clinic for our animals. All office staff is so pleasant and the vet (dr Tran) has been so amazing with guiding information and animal expertise.

Love this facility and all of the staff members that my babies and I have had the pleasure of working with for the last 3 years. My questions are always answered, I always feel like they truly care, and I’m always confident that my fur children are getting the best care possible!

While I was extremely excited and thankful that after a few missed scans they were able to reunite us with our lost baby, Ghost. The way it happened was unfortunate for all parties and understand it was difficult news to deliver to the “new owners” However I feel that once the “new owner became upset and probably refused to pay they requested that I pay for services I didn’t authorize. I was not obligated to pay and them saying they weren’t sure what to do in this situation wasn’t 100% truthful. I also wish they would have been a little more upfront about giving me the new owners info and what his intentions were. Maybe they didn’t have this info but from the way he spoke to me and blamed them for “being out a grand” I’m sure they could tell he was a rude individual. I called to thank him and he was very ornery. They could have spared me the interaction. The staff was nice and I am sure in different situations they provide good care but this particular situation was not well handled.

I love the way Dr Tran calls after a procedure to let me know how my little ones are doing. The updates to keep me informed. I appreciate the staff and their unwavering love for all the animals that come in.

Dr. Tran, Carrie and the entire staff at Creature Comfort are compassionate and thorough. They really listen to collect all the facts before treatment suggestions. I felt reassured in my efforts for at home care for Coco (Netherland Dwarf Rabbit) and that all the details were taken into consideration for next steps.

Vet Juan Medina helped my girlfriend and I with our rabbit; he was very caring for him and provided medicine as well. I would recommend to rabbit owners as there isn’t many other places locally in Arlington that view rabbits. The price for the medicine and the viewing was very very affordable for two college students. Thanks Doctor Juan Medina!

All of the staff are kind and efficient. We see Dr. McGrath and absolutely adore her. She is so calming and makes sure to explain what's happening during the visit and why that's important. I leave knowing what's going on with my pets and what to expect for future visits.
