I have been going to this veterinary clinic with my animals for years. Dr. Bailey Schroeder and her staff are excellent, Dianne on the surgical staff is brilliant, and very professional. They make sure you know every step of what needs to be done and makes sure your animal is comfortable too. Best in Texas!

Went in, said our dog needed to be spayed (emergency). Left her and got a call that she was a mess inside. Dr. Sheets fixed her up and she's home resting. Can't thank them enough!!!

It was a very pleasant experience for my dog and me. They did just what was necessary but didn't try to upsale me to products or other services. I'll see them in 6 months!

This is an exceptional care facility for your 4 legged companion. He performed a surgery at the last moment and didn’t think about his hours of operation. It was about saving our shepherds life. His supporting staff was awesome as well.

I have been coming here since I was 5yrs old and I'm 62 now. Doc Wilson took care of many animals for us. We know COVID changed alot but not like the way we were treated Oct 1st 2021! Our dog Gracie, 12 yr old dog was suffering death last Friday, Oct 1st 2021 and when I called to tell them we were bringing her in to put her to rest...they told me they were too busy!! They were not there for us when we needed them most! We had to drive from Dallas to Arlington to find a pet hospital that was open at now 6pm on Friday. I recommend I20 Animal Hosp.they were awesome and took us in right away before regular dog visits that were there!

Took our Doberman for his ear cropping here. They were professional and able to see him soon. The aftercare is going well and I definitely recommend. If not able to schedule with them I would not have cropped my dog’s ears

Our first visit started off terrible, when I went to the front desk I told her my dogs name and what time my appointment was. She stated she did not have that name on their schedule. I gave her my number and name and she rudely goes no your not on my schedule you must be at the wrong location. I know mistakes happen and I walked to my car and called the number that called the day before to confirm my appointment. Turns out I was at the right location they had my dogs name spelled wrong and a wrong number for me. When I returned in the front desk girl did not apologize or even look my direction. That’s fine. I planned on just continuing with my appointment and get out and find a new dr. But the tech that worked with me and the dr were so nice that I figured the office just had a bad day, it happens to everyone. I returned to the same place a few weeks later for my scheduled appointment time, getting there 10 minutes early. I knew I wouldn’t get seen till my appointment time and that was fine. But after 30 minutes of waiting and another person getting seen before me is ridiculous. The fact that the front desk didn’t care enough to tell me that they were behind or say ANYTHING at all letting me know when I would get back. If it was my business I would not want that to be the first person my customers encountered.

They got us in when other places would not take a walk-in. Thanks

Great vet; I've been going there because of the vets for 38 years. My babies (pets) are too important to me to trust just anyone. Awesome vets, awesome place!

I am so grateful for your help with my Toby. I called several veterinarians and ER hospitals for animals. Everyone told me that it would be 3 to 4 weeks. His incident was at 10AM, they saw him at 1PM, did immediate surgery, were able to resolve his issue, and he is in recovery at 2:30PM. When I was little, we use to use them and them moved away. But I will be willing to drive from Richardson to Grand Prairie just because they show they care. Thank you again for all the TLC!!!!

They have had me waiting in my car for over an hour and 15 after my appointment. Meanwhile my dog is dying of parvo. I went in and checked four separate times and was sent back to my car. They helped countless people who came in after me. People came and left, came and left. How could they prioritize healthier animals while ignoring one that needs them asap? Terrible way to show concern.

This is home away from home for Sir Kodiak, they take really good care of Kodiak, for shots, bathing and boarding. Jeanette is by far his favorite care giver. Thank yoi Animal clinic. Love ya!

Very little order, clarity and communication. During the week it’s by appointment only and Saturdays are reserved for first come first serve. It was suggested I arrive at 8am on Saturday to be seen fairly quickly. I arrived at 7:16am. Upon arrival there were 4 cars already in the lot. By the time 8am rolled around every parking spot in the lot was taken by a car. 4 technicians came out with a stack of clipboards and pens for intake, shared them in no particular order, they also picked them up in no particular order. I’ve been coming to this clinic with my 3 dogs since 2010 when they were born. I’ve been coming to this clinic since before it had this beautiful building. I came to this clinic when it was in a small trailer like building in the adjacent lot. I used to love coming here and my dogs are so familiar with the staff. In short I arrived at 7:20 for an 8:00am opening, being the 4th car in the lot and my dog and I weren’t seen until 11:55am. Which is entirely UNACCEPTABLE. I waited because they have all of my dogs records since they were born. Today I will ask for a full print out and find another clinic that meets my families needs. It pains me to depart from this place but it’s totally changed and down right wrong to have waited so long. This also isn’t the first time this has occurred but it will be the last time I accept such service. Advise: Don’t come to this clinic if you enjoy your Saturday’s Don’t come to this clinic if you have a pet emergency Don’t come to this clinic if you appreciate customer service.
