Great place! Dr.Raphael was very knowledgeable and was super patient with my old pup who is extremely scared of vets. Loved how she treated our old man that I started bringing my cat to this facility as well!

I took my dog, Marshmallow, here a few days ago and I was thoroughly impressed! The receptionist was very welcoming & kind, and we were put in a room quickly with no wait time. Dr. Raphael and Rita were very sweet and patient with my dog, who can be very vocal & annoying to say the least ????????. They took their time to exam him & educate me on how to care for him and gave me a lot of resources to help with his behavior problems as well. They gave me the prices for all services/medications beforehand which I appreciated. Overall, I left the office feeling much more confident in caring for my dog and very happy with his care.

The entire process at this facility is flawless from beginning to end. They all worked so hard to take care of my Harley!!!

first time the staff and doc was great. explain everything super patient with my german shepard price's little higher than my old vet but i don't mind paying for quality and they are very good with that highly recomend

They are way to expensive and they don’t really show people the work they do after a dental appointment and they aren’t really affordable for anyone who is doing low income.

I appreciate the good care they give my dog.

Love everyone at Crossroads. Dr. Raphael and Dr. Daugette saved our babygirl Precious Marie twice. They diagnosed her quickly and basically saved her life twice. They knew exactly what was wrong with her with a couple of test. Because of their knowledge and quick thinking we are still getting to spend precious time with our baby!! Thank ya'll so much!!!!

Dr Raphael takes great care of our pets. Not the least expensive place in town, but it's usually worth the peace of mind knowing our vet has real interest in our animals' health.

My senior cat, Joy, needed some work on her teeth. Dr. Raphael kept me updated on her condition during the procedure and let me know in detail what was being done. Also, Kris, along with Dr. Raphael, did an outstanding job when I came to pick up Joy detailing how to care for Joy when I took her home. I have taken my cats to Crossroads for 30+ years. Always know they are in good hands and treat my "kids" like family.

Doctors and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I believe they really do care about all the animals they see. I will continue to visit Dr. Milton's clinic to help maintain my pets' health

I love how they take care of our baby because he is family! They treat their clients as though it was their own family!

We have two miniature dachshund who are now 14 and 15 yrs old. Crossroads Animal Clinic treats our little ones with loving hands which of course we are happy about as it is with every other animal owner. Our dogs never come back from a medical or grooming appointment with fear in their body language. Dr Minton and her staff are friendly, congenial and kind to animals and their owners. We never worry about our animals when we leave then there. We cannot speak more highly of this animal clinic.

I love all of the staff at Crossroads. They always treat my animals with care and are super understanding of my nervous pupper when it comes to vet visits. They provide great care and customer service. They connected me with a surgeon to do TPLO surgery in November, as my dog tore her ACL. She could only walk on three legs and the recovery period was fairly stressful due to her specific needs. The staff was so understanding as we had to visit the clinic multiple times through those few months. They did everything they could to make she was recovering and as comfortable as possible. Now my baby girl can walk and run, and is able to live her life like the young, energetic dog she is. I highly recommend Crossroads to any loving pet parent. Thank you, Crossroads. I will never go to another vet practice. :-)

This was my first visit to the Crossroads Animal Clinic and I was very pleased with the staff. The technician was gentle with my kitten and the vet was great at explaining my kitten's issues and how to treat her. The technician spent some extra time with me at the end of my visit reassuring me and didn't mind repeating things since I was a little overwhelmed by my kitten's diagnosis. I definitely give the clinic 5 stars and more!

Three lady veterinarians, all extremely competent and current on everything to do with your animals. This is a full-service operation, not inexpensive, but peace-of-mind is more important to us where our pets are concerned.

We just saw Dr. Raphael for my baby's wellness check and other routine services. She is always so friendly and to the point. While she will recommend services, she is never pushy at all. Friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They love all the fur babies they treat. Knowing that I was in a time crunch, Dr Mitton did everything possible to expedite things.

Great vets and staff! We switched to using Crossroads and they have been wonderful! Easy to get appointments, short wait times, the vets call and check up on our dogs, and the staff are so sweet! We love they have a system to enter and exit through separate doors, provide estimates for cost before treatment, and take payment while in the room, so it's so easy to get in and out. We highly recommend them!

I always ask for Dr. Kelsey Daugette! She is brilliant, and so kind and loving to my pets.
