Front office staff not professional. Hard to get a hold of them when they are busy. Will pick up phone and hang up. If i can't get a hold of them I'm definitely not boarding with them. I gave them some business and they still can't seem to pick up a phone. At the time they wouldn't let people in their lobby either.

Lovely place! I took our dog, Belle, here for the first time for a grooming appointment. The staff was very nice and accommodating from the moment we were in contact about a week prior. They made sure our doggie that has a lot of anxiety was taken care of and not in a kennel for too long. The building itself is beautiful and well taken care of. When I was waiting in the waiting room during drop off and pick up, I overheard several customers that were long-time customers being called by name (both owner and pet) and talking about how comfortable and safe this place is for their fur babies. Can’t wait to use this place again for grooming and other services.

Awesome facility and friendly staff- I’m so happy I found this place. My dog Murphy loves it. I have to work extended hours on short notice, and it’s a huge weight off my shoulders knowing my dog is in good hands. Love Zoot, in addition to boarding and daycare I transferred my veterinary services here too.

Ms Abby has skin problem on her chin. Sometimes she gets a flare and a steroid to stop her scratching. All I have to do is call to get the pills she needs. We touch base with an appointment to be sure nothing has changed. The staff is very busy, but they rush you. I feel I can ask questions. Best vets and techs too.

Took our new puppy in for a visit and they were patient with me and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be back

Every team member at Zoot truly cares for your pet. From reception, to vet techs/Doctors, and the entire boarding facility! There are so many knowledgeable team members and Doctors that are always going out of their way to teach you and help out.

I am so glad that I found Zoot, it’s an all in one shop! I have my veterinarian, doggie daycare and boarding all in one place. My dogs love it there!!

We love Zoot Pets! Dr. Young is great, he listens to your concerns and explains everything very clearly. We never feel rushed and our concerns are always addressed. The staff is also very friendly and our dog is never hesitant to go there.

The people that work at Zoot are absolutely the most sincere caring people I’ve ever seen at the vets office. We lost our Buster to cancer which Zoot was a part of this process in removing his tumor and then at the end when cancer took over our Buster. Each person signed (personal things about our dog) in the card and sent it to my family for our lost. I can’t thank Zoot enough or recommend them enough thank you ! Dawn Lewis and family

The entire staff has been so knowledgeable and comforting with our new puppy, Billie! Our Dr. was very professional and informative. We are very lucky to have such a top notch facility close by.

I really thought the vet did a great job with my cat. Am happy with how she seemed to care and show concern with Sophie. Talked with me briefly after her exam and informed how it went.

Our Vizsla loves the entire staff from Training, Daycare, Boarding, etc. They are all wonderful!

We have been taking our Golden Retriever to Zoot Boarding and grooming for 3 years. It is awesome, everyone is so kind, loving and professional. We have never been disappointed with their service. My dog loves to go there. Our dog also had training there, the staff is great.

Took my dog in for a growth in his ear. Got a quote to have it removed. I didn't ask for a quote for his teeth cleaned but they gave me one anyway. I believe the doctors and staff that work at Zoot love what they are doing and I appreciate that. The problem I have with Zoot is their prices are so high and they seem to push you to have more done. I don't like feeling like I always have to be on my toes so I don't get charged for something my pets don't really need. I will probably look for another vet.

These Vets and staff take great care of my GSD. The staff is always very friendly.

We always feel like Slade gets the best care when he is at Zoot. Our most recent trip had some problems due to a flight cancellation and the staff made us feel like everything would be okay. They made room for Slade and even got extra medicine for him. Everyone really went above and beyond to make Slade safe and ease our fears. Zoot is great.

For the price, disappointing that staff did not follow agreed-upon feeding regimen. This shouldn't happen, especially for long-time clients.
