Toured the facility with my pup before opening day and it looks great! Will update my review once we utilize their services. UPDATE: Their boarding services are very hit and miss. The past few times we have used them we’ve had issues of leftover food being given to us (we packed exactly enough), our dogs being fed the wrong food (even though we labeled them) no report cards, and them coming home smelling strongly of urine. Recently both of our dogs have developed kennel cough after their holiday stay. I’m sad to say that we will be boarding our dogs elsewhere from now on.

Deceptively appealing establishment. Individual attention to your beloved pet doesn't happen. Even with written feeding instructions, one dog over fed, the other under fed. Both came home with a hacking cough, nausea, and diarrhea. Surprising since one of our dogs has never been sick in 10 years. Supposedly changing their policy to only accept dogs not on medication. This is probably a good thing since they demonstrated a complete lack of competence in getting feeding correct. I wouldn't dare trust them with medications. Some of the staff were pleasant to work with, others not so much. Your pet might be better off left unattended at home with plenty of food, water, and facilities...something I would never consider.

Highly disappointed! I left my three pets over the holidays and when I picked them up they were saturated in urine. I touch their coat and it was sticky like they have been laying in urine for quite some days. As I was waiting for them to bring my pets, I noticed they had one of my pet in a different location when I requested for them to be together. All my pets came back sick with diarrhea, and one of them has bloody swollen paws and bleeding from the side of his snout. UPDATE: The moment I arrived home someone from the facility reached out to me and wanted me to be aware of my pets cuts and they were unsure how it could have happened and offered me three free pet baths. I asked them about the strong smell of urine because I immediately bathed then and the smell doesn't go away. The person that called me said he worked the front and doesn't know what happens in the back. Very disappointed! I know we all love our pets like we do our children so please beware and book elsewhere. I am on my way to vet to take all three of my pets for a checkup. I will be contacting Texas Animal Health Commission to file a complaint and BBB.

We've been using Pet Paradise for about 8 months now and we are very happy. We use it for day camp and boarding for our mini-Dachshund. He loves going here and feels quite at home. The staff is great, friendly and I can tell they love our dog (all the dogs there). Our dog recognizes them when he goes, they know his personality and what he likes to do. He gets lots of playtime and attention. It's also comforting to know that someone lives on-site 24x7 so the dogs are not left alone with no one around. They have webcams on-site as well. This is the boarding place we recommend in Georgetown. Our little guy loves the indoor/outdoor suite when staying overnight.

I left my pet (Shih tzu breed) for boarding for a week when we went for vacation. When we came back found my pets hair got tangled and it was so worse. Not sure whether it’s an infection he got from the boarding. Very low maintenance with my puppy. Would recommend to take proper care for the money we are spending. Atleast could have brushed his hair atleast every other day. Bad experience and sorry to say this.

Great place for my dogs

My dog loves it there.

The first time I brought my dog here for his temperament test he ended up with a cough and ear infection. Willing to give them another chance I boarded my dog on our recent trip. When we checked him in they went over all his food and treats and said everything was okay. Everything was bagged and marked. When I picked up my dog they hadn’t given him any of his treats, there was a bag of food left even though I gave the exact amount for his stay and the toy I gave him to have in his suite was never given to him. They said since his treats were rawhide bones they didn’t give them to him even though they told me everything was good when I signed him in. I will never leave my dog here again and I do not revommend them.

After working for pet paradise for almost a year. I ended up leaving and working for another pet boarding and daycamp facility. However, despite the free daycamp my pup receives at my current job, she still goes to pet paradise. Knowing that pet paradise is one of the best places around the georgetown area I don't mind spending the money to ensure she will be well taken care of and loved.

I was nervous to leave my dog at a new place because she is a very sensitive small dog. Delaney was amazing at handling my dog so that she was comfortable being touched by new people- she truly understands canine behavior and feelings! Emily at the front desk was also amazing in communication in explaining pricing and sharing updates with me on how my dog was doing throughout they day. Emily was also very great with handling my sensitive creature. The separate play area for the small dogs is awesome, the facility is super clean. I'm very grateful and relieved to know that she is in great care at Pet Paradise!

It was his first time to have a play date with groups of purr babies!he had a blast as you can see in his eyes!!it tells it all!I Highly recommend “PetParadise”to all of pet parents out there!????????webcams ohh it’s really fun to watch our babies having fun too!place is very clean staffs are friendly and nice they’ll help you with what you need and will take good care of your babies!!I encourage every pet parent to be part of pet paradise fam.????

First off Pet Paradise advertises “Pet Suites” when in reality the area the dogs stay in are just sectioned areas in a big room with about 10 other dogs. Second when I picked my dog up had what look like hot spots or irritated spots underneath his neck. The employees said he was rubbing his neck on the bed. Also the employees said that they had to bathe him because he was using the restroom in his area where he was staying. My dog is kennel trained and can be crated normally long periods without using the restroom in his crate. So all this leads me to believe is they were not taking him out for walks or his normal play times. I am highly disappointed with my experience and will most like have to take my pup to the vet for his wounds his neck, which will only be more money on top of the boarding fee.

Will not take my dog elsewhere! I feel that they truly do care for the dogs and pay special attention to my baby, Lily. Thank you Pet Paradise for putting me at ease whenever we are out of town!

1st time for our puppy and loved how they treated him. They provided us with such great customer service. Place is clean and the web cam is the best. Our pup enjoyed his stay and it kept us at ease knowing he is in good care. Highly recommended!

I boarded my bulldogge for the first time and was super happy with the experience! It was my first time boarding so I was nervous, but I was able to watch my dog play and watch her in her vip suite through a webcam! The staff is also very communicative and friendly. Thank you pet paradise for making our first boarding experience great. Lilo is super excited to come back! <3

Easy and convenient because its located just right off 35. We do day camp and boarding and its great! I don't mind paying a little extra for the day camp and boarding because its worth it knowing my dogs are having fun and being safe. My 3 dogs love this place as do I. Super fun and friendly. I love how they have a very on-site too. The vet staff is really friendly and helpful. All the cameras are fun too so you can check in on your pet. They even do fun uploads on Instagram. Wouldn't take them any other place

I highly do not recommend! I dropped my dogs off for boarding at pet paradise when our regular place was all booked up. The front staff told me I was checked in and good to go. I asked them if they would like the food for the dogs I was holding and the staff looked so annoyed and just took the bag from me. I left there crying but we were headed out for vacation so there was not much I could have done. Then both dogs got kennel cough. So there's that, I will not use this place ever again.

So frustrated! We have loved Pet Paradise for a long time, but today everything was bad. I had made a doggy day camp reservation for Monday July 5th. This was made on Tuesday 6/29th confirmed by phone call to the direct facility - speaking to a staff member (not just computer). I received a call today (Voicemail) advising me that my reservation was cancelled. When I called back I was told "well a lot has changed since Tuesday and we have too many dogs so we are cancelling day camp" so what that means is they took on more boarders (where they make more money) and are choosing those as priority over us that use the day camp. This is bad business. It feels like because they did not watch and maintain their volume booked that my business is now not worthy but boarders are. We are long time customers and repeat customers - we have pre purchased camp packs too. And now I don't know that I want to use them.

Very disappointed. The facility has multiple rooms and outdoor play areas for dogs to put dogs with similar personalities and energy levels together, however all of them are put in the big play yard, regardless of personalities and energy level, which is how this facility is promoted. I shared my concerns, that my dog would do better in a smaller group or similar personality and was told that it would be looked at, that they needed to do better, however that did not happen. Engagement with dogs is limited as there are too many dogs together and the staff is focussing on other activities- Watch the cameras and how the staff interacts w/the dogs some of the staff yells at the dogs and the dogs cower down or they get squarted with the hose. If the facility was used as designed and not have 20-30 dogs together at a time in a small space the dogs behaviors would be a lot different. Especially if you put the dogs with the same temperaments together, there is room there to do it, it is just not done. Watch the staff that interacts with the all of the dogs versus some that just pay attention to one or two or just walks in circles or sits down. I wish the owners/management would watch the videos of their staff and do the appropriate training. Very disappointing.

I love this place so much. All of my dogs go here when we go out of town. I love that we see them playing outside on the cameras and having a great time. One of our dogs get so excited to come as soon as we get to the front he goes crazy.

I really like this place a lot. I took my pup there for a free first day of daycare and she was pooped by the end of it. They definitely keep your dog moving, which did concern me a little, being that my dog is a black pit and can tire easily. Sometimes an air conditioned break here and there is necessary. Overall, the staff was very friendly and the facility is super nice. I only wish it wasn't so expensive for a full day of daycare, that they had later pick up hours, and there was one located a bit closer to me!

Great place, friendly, helpful staff. My dog loves they're doggie daycare and comes home at the end of the day exhausted from 8 hours of playtime
