So glad we found a wonderful place to take our old girl. She needs special care and these great folks do a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.

This group has helped us transition through 3 dogs and welcome 2 more into our lives. I can't thank them enough for their compassion, professionalism, and encouragement. What a relief knowing we have quality care in an upside down world!

We thought our dog might have got bitten by a snake. We stopped in without an appointment and was preparing to drive all the way to the pet ER in Round Rock. The vet tech came out and looked at him and could tell from the lack of swelling and the marks that it wasn't a snake. Our dog is good and it set us at ease.

Dr. Jacobs is the best! We recently moved to Hubbard TX, but still make the drive to Georgetown to take our dog to Dr. Jacobs. She is a very skilled and compassionate person.

Very disappointed I just left Northwest pet Hospital .I had taken off work an hour early so that I could go to this appointment. I had adopted a kitten from the Williamson County regional animal shelter I was given a piece of paper with veterinarian names that gave complementary wellness checks for the first visit and I picked Northwest because it was close to where I live. I had been going into Temple to my vet there and was looking to find someone close by. When I made the appointment I specifically said I was wanting the complementary wellness check for my kitten .I was never told to bring in that piece of paper with me. I went in for my appointment they asked if I had the paper that was given to me I said no it’s at home I was told they could not do the check up on my kitten without that piece of paper. I explained when I made the appointment I specifically said it was for a complementary wellness check I was never told to bring that paper.I asked if I could drop it off tomorrow morning I was told no that will not work I said can I reschedule for tomorrow morning no we have nothing we can get you in Monday. Unfortunately Monday won’t work for me. I really feel they should have accommodated me ...that was not good customer service it was not my fault that they didn’t tell me to bring in that piece of paper nowhere on the paper does it say I need to bring it with me to the vet. I left work an hour early and I feel I was treated badly as a new customer I will not be going back . I am a hairdresser in Georgetown and there are many many many times when I have to bend over backwards for clients because that pays my bills . And by the way when I get a new client that has just moved to Georgetown the first thing they asked me is who’s your doctor who’s your dentist who is your vet. I have already made an appointment at another vet. Not very good business to turn a client away like that. Antoinette

Dr McCloud retired in RR. Saw 3 of my German Shepherds whether living in Cedar Park, GT, PF or RR. I’ve been in Georgetown and I was moving to Hutto so I was looking for a vet there. But I decided to stay in GTown. So I reached out to all the 4 vets in GTown. This Vet could actually see me on Tuesday. So we had our first meet. Well my baby wasn't doing #2 so they had her in again today before the weekend at 5:00 pm. They found a bone blocking her intestine sideways. Lesson 1 even watching her like a hawk chew a bone it took four years and she got one. Lesson 2 Aggies know a little about animals. Lesson 3 Aggies can’t spell Football. And Lesson 4 my vet has a new client forever. Thank you!

We drive 45 minutes to get to the wonderful Vets at Northwest Pet Hospital. They have been our vet for 2 generations of dogs and we cannot imagine going anywhere else.

They were helpful, quick, and compassionate. When we found out my service animal was in need of specialty care, they made arrangements for me to take him to a secondary location. Sadly, my service animal did end up passing away but they were incredible with their care and his passing in no way reflects how amazing they are. I can't thank you guys enough for the card! It really helped me after he was gone. I'll be bringing my new pup by soon for a well check up.

Everyday I noticed Winifred running, jumping, and playing like a kitten again and I realize how much happier she is after her dental. I brings me great joy to see that. The whole team a Northwest Pet Hospital took our needs seriously and got Winifred the best care possible. I especially want to call out Dr. Santschi for her professional excellence. Our experience has made both Winifred and my life better.

Love this vet! You can tell the vets and techs really care about your pet and want the best for them. I have never felt judged there and the pricing is great for the service that you receive.

Dr. Vega is not only an extremely skilled vetrienarian, she is a kind soul. You and your fur babies will never feel like a number, she will never talk in medical code. She comes from a place of empathy and fully evaluates each situation based on the diagnosis and the pet. She saved one of our pups when fate was not on his side. I am forever grateful we found such an amazing vet and I know if our pups could write a review, they would say the same thing. We love you Dr.Vega, thank you for being a one in a million person/vet!!!!

Everyone is so great at this vet hospital. Definitely staying and highly recommending.

I would give zero stars if possible. Carla Vega was inhumane, unproffesional and blatantly rude. We took our cat in to get a rabies shot and a health certificate. We told the verternarian clinic on the phone the night before that our cat is skiddish and has anxiety issues. What does she do? She throws a towell on top of our cat, (scaring her) throws gloves on and tries to grab her . She’s scared to death, runs under the couch. Then.... our cat runs under the couch to hide. What does Carla do? She starts moving the couch and kicking at my cat.... Are you serious?!?!?!?! Final result from her unprofessionalism? She ends up getting scratched and calls Animal Control on my cat. So the end result? Our cat who has extreme anxiety when my wife and I aren’t around her is now stuck in the pound for ten days due to this ladies unprofessionalism and inhumane actions. This is a heartless individual. Don’t let her around your animals. This is the first bad review I’ve ever given. I’m doing it to try and prevent anybody else from having to go through this.
