Great place and very personable and knowledgeable. I'm here every month for one of my fur babies and they know me the second I call. Very nice to feel like a part of a caring family.

Very helpful for both my pappillon s. They are senior dogs and need special treatment. Dr. Webster was good as usual.

My dog was apprehensive about walking in the clinic. The young girl was very understanding and walked him in. He came out tail wagging and happy.

The staff and the Vets at Koy Animal Clinic are kind, caring people. I have been using this clinic since the 1980s.

1) This is the 2nd year that the waiting room has been closed and I was told it is now open. I do not like the sit in the car thing-it prevents all interaction with the employees/vet, etc. It is absolutely not necessary this year. 2) My son took my Shihpoo Max yesterday, and he was delivered back in 15 minutes or less. He probably got all of his injections but there’s no way he could have had a body exam or any individual attention. What a mill! We won’t be back.

I don't trust them, the neutering that they performed wasn't right, they either left something in that they shouldn't have or there were serious complications that they didn't divulge. So the puppy had to be returned to them to "fix" it. They also prescribed Gabapentin as an after care drug, I didn't like giving it to such a young puppy, so I only gave him a couple of doses before I stopped, it was way too much for a puppy!! Gabapentin is prescribed to disabled Veterans for serious nerve damage and pain control, how can that be safe for a puppy, much less any dog, cat or other pet!!

Key is the best. They've been my vet for 21 yrs and taken care of my pets for everything from routine visits to dogs with autoimmune disease, blindness and 2 different dogs withfloating knee caps. Their staff is amazing and make me feel like all my pups are their only patience.

We called when we arrived. They took my cat in and Dr. Webster examined him and called me while I was there to tell me what was going on. Treated my cat and and brought him back out to the car. Nice folks that seem to care about their clients.

The staff does a wonderful job providing comfort and care for all of my pets, prices are good & facility is one of the cleanest vets offices I've visited!

Dr. Webster and staff are competent and caring. As the TAMU Veterinary Librarian for 27 years (now retired), I have worked with veterinarians all over the state. This one gave my cat an excellent check-up. Highly recommend!

Love the staff and the doctors are wonderful. The only negative part is they see a lot of family's and animals so they are always busy. There is always a little wait time. Plus due to covid-19 it's only curbside service which makes it a little longer wait time. the staff is doing there best in my opinion.
