Great compassionate Drs and staff have been a place of professionalism and kindness to my Weimaraner buddies and I for 10 years. NO ONE is perfect....including the customer, contrary to legend. They tend to do much better than the customers/owners. My thanks to them.

We went to Goodwater Animal Hospital for the sad occasion of having our 16 year old cat transition to the "Rainbow Bridge." Our cats are seen by a mobile vet, who was not available. Goodwater technician and veterinarian were very gentle and accommodating and made our last moments with our cat as comfortable as possible. All the staff were very sympathetic and kind.

Great vet. We had an on boarding issue where we weren’t told about the technology that sends reminders and summaries about the pets. Once we expressed this to them, the vet immediately informed us and let us know there is an app that has all of the notifications and text messing it. Appreciate that quick action. Thanks!

We have been going to Goodwater for several years. Recently our older cat was diagnosed with diabetes. We have never had a animal with the problem before and were in a panic about what to do and where to even start. Everyone at Goodwater was great. They took us through all the steps, from giving the cat shots, getting the insulin, the needles, what food to feed the cat, etc. Goodwater is patient and goes the extra mile to help. Our cat is less than a good patient, you hear him screaming in the back room even before they take the blood or give him a shot and yet they treat him as gently as if its their cat. Everyone is a pleasure to deal with, specially Dr. Hunt.

There are not words for how special this office is to me. They take such good care of our four legged children. Hurley, gets treated like a king in here! One vet, Dr. Shei, literally laid in the floor with him, just to cuddle! Her, and Dr. Webb, had to dig and work hard to figure out what was wrong with our girl, Pearl, when she had an anaphylactic reaction to pork and chicken, and even set us up with enough food to get her stared out on her new diet. She is now happy, and healthy and she would have died without them. Last, but certainly not least, Dr. Webb has cared for my sweet Portia for years, although did not start treating her until she was an old lady. There were many times that I took her in thinking it was the end, but Dr Webb always fixed her up and reassured me that she was actually ok, and that I would KNOW when it was time. Two weeks ago, I knew it. Dr. Webb and staff treated my baby with such dignity and respect and beautifully let her go to the rainbow bridge. Then, EVERY member of the team sent us a hand written condolence card. Seriously, there is not a more top notch clinic.

Always give my pups the best of care. They even suggested another vet for while we were out of town and one of my pups needed to see someone. Staff is very polite.

The best plc to take ur pets!

On Monday, May 17th, I received notification that my cat, Peaches, was found and was at the Good Water Animal Hospital in Georgetown. We live in Temple and she had been missing for about 2 months. Peaches had somehow made her way to Florence, where she (luckily) found her way to a vet tech's house that worked at Good Water. The tech (I wish I had her name) took her to the clinic where she tested her for feline leukemia, gave her a flea treatment and scanned her for a microchip. I am so thankful I had her chipped or I would have never seen her again! The tech and receptionist were so very nice and caring and had been loving on my Peaches until I could get there. I asked what I owed for their trouble, the test and flea treatment and the reply was "nothing". This is my only experience with this clinic as we life in another town, but from everything I saw, they were AMAZING and very caring!!

They are a great Vet. Good service and respectable prices. They don't push needless products or services to make a dollar and we trust them.

We really enjoyed our wellness check..Dr. Morelli was really nice and the vet techs know there stuff..front desk ladies are well informed and everybody worked like a well oiled machine..this animal hospital is closer to our home..I think most vet hospitals have awesome folks working tho at most places..

Excellent vet with great location in Georgetown. Caring, professional staff. They have answered too many questions from us, by phone and email, regarding our latest rescue. We brought them bagels to say thanks! But during Covid we couldn't go in, they had to come to the car, just as they do with our dogs. Look no further.

Our sweet Bella underwent surgery for an Intestinal mass and we were so pleased with how Dr. Theresa Sheih and Staff treated our girl. The caring and attentiveness was above and beyond what we could even imagine. We can't thank you enough for your professionalism, compassion and thoughtfulness... You all are the best.
