Crossroads Veterinary Hospital Copperas Cove, Texas

We have gone to Crossroads for 10+ years. The staff is always kind and helpful. The Drs take their time and explain what is happening with our pets. I am thankful they accept CareCredit as payment.

I have always brought my fur babies to Crossroads and tell all my friends to take their babies there as well. I couldnt find it in my heart or soul to go anywhere else. Yall are the best!!

More than 20 years of wonderful care. We’ve been seeing Dr. Beene and the great folks he puts on his team for over 20 years, through half a dozen dogs and cats. There’s no one I would trust more to treat a family pet (or maybe even family member). They will work with you on budgets and care scheduling if necessary, but the sheer joy and expertise each person brings to animal care keeps us coming back year after year.

I want to thank all the staff. You guys are amazing truly! They helped me save money and still managed to help me all around. I am always going to go here from here on out. I don’t care how far it is from where i live.

Good service for such a busy shop. Of course that is why they are busy!

In all the years we have trusted you for the care of our cats - the staff there has always been friendly and very professional. We have never been dissatisfied with you folks - even when you didn't give us the answers we wanted to hear. But the honesty you gave us is one of main reasons we continue to return to you. If I had to pick one staff member to give a special "Thank You" to - - - I couldn't do it. From the individual at front check-in desk - to the technician that sees out pet - to the doctor - to the check-out counter - - - there is no way to call out any one person. They're ALL SUPER HEREOS!!!

They have a very friendly atmosphere and are very helpful with explaining the courses of action to help your pet get better.

The staff is very friendly and Dr McNeese is a very good vet. All my girls go there. Always great with my fur babies. Also very comforting in a time of loss of a fur baby.

Dr. Logan Beene was very helpful and took the time to sit explain everything in detail and discuss a series treatment options. He was very personable and caring and all the staff were super nice. I would absolutely recommend him to others and will be bringing all my pets here from now on.

This is probably one of my favorite vets I have taken my dog to. They are friendly and attentive. The vet took time to answer all my questions and explain what I needed to do for my dog. I got in on time with my appointment as well

I was having a lot of trouble finding a vet in our area that I felt I could trust. After my visit the other day I left feeling comfortable and that my animals would be safe in their care. I appreciates both my technician and my vet for having a full conversation with me about my pet and making my dog a priority. My dog was also very comfortable. She showed very little worry/nervousness with the tech and the vet. I had tried other vets and they had made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome for my questions and anxiety about my pets care. This vet was perfect.

Have been going here for many years with my fur babies started with our dogs even got our Anastasia Spayed from them always had the best experience all of the staff are polite and caring for everyone. Our family has grown and we now trust them with our cats as well Loki & Thor

I don't remember the names of the tech and vet that took care of us, but they were both absolutely wonderful. They were able to make everything super easy to understand while making sure kitty was as comfortable as possible. Everyone in the staff treated us wonderfully, and I can't wait to make that our cat's primary vet.

We have taken our dog here twice as a walk-in. We got in quickly both times, and they did an amazing job with our very anxious dog. They are very patient, kind and thorough both on phone and in person. Highly recommend!

I take both of my dogs to this vet. They are extremely helpful and professional when it comes to the handling of my dogs. They also help to make my dogs feel more comfortable being there which is a must have when it comes to a vets office.

The staff is just amazing there. And the Vet took time to ask questions and also took a look at my pups tail to see what was going on with the big hair loss patch and we were only there for him to get his booster. Jaxx feels so comfortable with them

Everyone was courteous, professional, informative and compassionate. Although a bit expensive, every establishment such as this is. Owning a pet is not cheap if they are loved.

The team at crossroads are friendly and knowledgeable. My dog was more relaxed in the rooms and will waiting.

These people are fantastic. They always make a big deal over my pets. I boarded one this summer while on vacation and the “kennel girls” sent me updates and pictures everyday.

This vet office was so unbelievably kind. My beloved pet passed away during our drive to Texas. Crossroads was so kind and understanding. They showed kindness and compassion toward my family and our pet. They also have amazing prices. Everyone at this clinic is wonderful. My husband and I have used them for nearly a decade, and they have seen us through the best and worst with two dogs and five cats compassionately, professionally, and with excellent care. Thank you for taking care of our precious, fuzzy friends!

They were able to take my 9 yr old dog back for xrays as soon as we walked into the door. I was updated every couple hours on her condition when I wasn't there. Honestly, one of the best veterinary experiences I've ever had. Crossroads has the best team in the area hands-down!

We are so grateful for the Vets and staff at Crossroads. They took such good care of our dog Petey. No outrageous diagnosis or fees but real care and concern.
