Very caring folks.... But, they are a still a little over the top on COVID safety measures.

They took care of our Fritzy while we were on vacay. Although he returned with kennel cough, which is hard to prevent in that situation, he came home whole and happy. We were very happy with the care the took.

My little girl has had surgery twice and both times were very successful. They treated Chassy with lots of care and always made sure to follow up with us on how she was doing. Doctor Dudley and his staff are amazing!!!❤️

They love our pets...a bit pricey...but I keep going back...so I guess it is worthy... not for the budget minded

It took me a couple of days ready vet reviews. My 9 yr old dog needed surgery. After reading the reviews of Dr. Dudley and the Georgetown Veterinary Surgery Hospital, I decided to give them a call. When a lady answered, I told her I was told by my vet that my dog needed surgery but they used a traveling surgeon - I just needed to talk to someone. I told the lady I did not really know what to ask but I read the reviews and needed to know more. I was told that Dr. Dudley was not in the office but was offered his cell phone number. Wow - not yet a client but offered the surgeon’s cell phone number - pretty impressive. I called the cell phone number, fully expecting to have to leave a message. Dr. Dudley answered - pretty impressive again. We talked - he asked the right questions - he allowed me to stumble around with my questions - he said he was going to call his office to check his schedule and that I would receive a call from his office to get me in ASAP. Within 10 minutes I received the call to take my dog in to meet Dr. Dudley and his staff. The morning of the appointment sitting in the waiting area (Large and Clean) I noticed a large candle on the counter with a sign by it that said something like: “If this Candle is lit, someone is saying goodbye to their very special friend”, etc. Pretty impressive. There were other clients that came and went during my wait and I was impressed with how they and their animals were treated by the staff. The clientele also seemed happy, friendly, and relaxed - pretty impressive. Long story short - my dog is recovering from her surgery and I am comfortable knowing that we are hoping that she will be fortunate to be back to 85% of her functionality - because I was told up front, before the surgery, of what to expect. Overall - VERY IMPRESSIVE. I am so appreciative of Dr. Dudley and his staff - thank you so much.

Dr. Dudley & Nurse Carol were just wonderful! I brought in my 11 year old Yorkie with a shattered elbow. Two previous vets told me the only option they could offer me was amputation. ????????☹???? Dr. Dudley took one look and said, "I can fix her up." I was in tears. ???????? Nurse Carol was professional, informative and so comforting. Just a sweet person. ????She offered to take my little 4lb girl home that night to avoid another 1 hr drive back early the next morning. But I wanted to spend the night snuggling my little Yorkie before such an extensive surgery. Dr. Dudley and his team spent 4+ hrs on my doggie, and worked their magic. Pins, screws, metal wires and plates were carefully placed into the bones and joint of her tiny elbow with the utmost care and skill. What a blessing it was to know my beloved pet was in their hands. They handed her back to me with a chance at a very normal life ahead of her. There will be a long road to full recovery ahead, but knowing that I can call Dr. Dudley or Carol anytime is a comfort and very encouraging. I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone was. GEORGETOWN VETERINARY HOSPITAL is top notch!! God sent me straight to their door, and I am forever grateful to Dr. Dudley and his team. Thank you Dr. Dudley and Nurse Carol. It was a blessing to have met you both.

Prices are too high. Makes it very unaffordable for proper care of our fur babies. But the he staff and Doctor were awesome

Dr Dudley and his staff are just plain awesome. He is the best orthopedic surgeon for dogs in Austin area. This is our 2nd time in 5 years - it just gets better. We know our Pocket will get exceptional care - always above and beyond.

I can not say enough about the doctor and staff and Georgetown vsc. From the very first call that I made, I was treated as a valued customer. Furthermore, they have a true passion and concern about your animal. If ever you need a surgeon for your pet's, call these folks. Truly an awesome team.

The best thing that happened to our dog Charlena. The Dr Dudley is tops and the staff are friendly, kind and compassionate not to mention they are extremely competent. Charlena is recovering very well from her knee surgeries.

Dr. Dudley AND the ENTIRE STAFF were/are exceptional surgically and personally. My baby had surgery and they were there for not only my baby , but for me too! I can’t say enough good things about them!!! If you need a surgery center, I would highly recommend them!

Kind wonderful Dr., and staff. They took very good care of our dog, Heidi. She has healed wonderfully.

I have a puppy named Charlie and he had a bad leg. They fixed his leg and you would never know he was ever hurt. They are wonderful, kind, caring, loving. Charlie loved all of them. You can really trust they will do the best for you pet. Dr. Dudley is the best man, he really does seem to love his work.
