This store is always clean and fresh. The employees try to help you in any way that they can. The customers are usually very nice and friendly to each other as well.

I enjoyed my visit to Pet Supplies Plus. The girl who helped me was very nice and helpful. I will go back to that location when I need cat food and supplies.

Great variety in quality dog food and treats. I feed my dog raw food and they have three brands to choose from. They have a food selection of dog treats without grain fillers. My Dobie loves the iced cookies too. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff is ALWAYS very kind, polite, and accommodating. They go above and beyond in making sure I have the products I need. If a rare issue occurs with an order they do whatever they can to make it right. A special thanks to Alejandro (sorry I hope I'm getting his name correct!) for helping me with a product shortage. I am very grateful for his help and ingenuity! This location is a nice smaller pet store that has many products and reasonable prices. It's always clean and well organized. I much prefer it to the bigger chains like petsmart and petco and will continue to shop there for any of my pets needs.

Nice clean and well stocked store with fish, bird, reptile, and small pet items as well as standard dog and cat items. Not too busy, and short lines, plenty of cashiers.

The staff is amazing. The new RGM, Allison, is so friendly and helps the customers also. This is the only Pet Store, I shop at.

If you ever been to one, then you know the quality of service and that they only carry all natural products of the highest quality. If you haven't been and care about your little furry guys, then I highly recommend you do them a favor. My favorite place to pickup pet supplies.

My fiancee and I order from Pet Supplies Plus often. I just have to say I am very happy with them! We get same day delivery most of the time and if that isnt the case it never takes long. Love how they call us if they dont have what we ordered to see if we want to substitute for something else. Also some always hand writes a thanks for your order on our invoice. Its not necessary since we paid for the good and service but it's always nice to see. ????????

I took my puppy and went to PSP Garland yesterday. I had the most wonderful experience with customers and PSP associates. They had everything i needed, the associate helped me find different foods to try with my puppy and assured me that if she doesn't like something, I can bring it back (the returned food items are donated). I hadn't been to PSP for awhile, but after such a good experience, i will definitely be returning.

I’ve been going here since they opened years ago. They always have the most friendliest of staff and are very helpful and knowledgeable in their products. Their floors are always clean and their products are well stocked and faced. They also continuously get in new treats and toys and run great sales, making it my go to pet store!
