Michael has been grooming my Golden Retrievers for several years now. He is so friendly and has as much love for my babies as I do. They look amazing when I pick them up EVERY time. He does a fantastic job!

My dog is elderly and very temperamental. Michael is always really patient with her and does an outstanding job. His hard work is very much appreciated!

You can search the entire planet a bazillion times over, around and upside down, and you will not find another groomer that does a better job or loves your dog as much as the staff at Studio Pampered Pets. When I drop off my fur baby, I know he is in just as good of hands as my own. In fact, as soon as I pull up to drop off my fur baby, he is literally jumping out of the car with excitement to run in and say hello and have his spa day!!! I cannot say enough about how much I love this place and trust them.

I had used pampered pets a few years ago and loved them. I moved a year ago and used three different groomers in my area and had terrible results on my two fuzzy boys. Now...I drive back to Pampered Pets AND WILL CONTINUE UNTIL I'm TOO OLD TO DRIVe (and I might use Uber then).

I take my miniature schnauzer to get groomed by Micheal (the owner) and was very hesitant to switch groomers because I moved to a different part of the city. He listened to my concerns about some of things I noticed about my pet and made some recommendations on how to resolve them (ie hair bumps on the back which vets mention is common for the breed). Since changing my pets cut, I have noticed that there have not been any appearances of hair bumps or dry patches of skin. He is very professional and really loves his craft. I would recommend taking your pet to Studio Pampered Pets!!!

They did an amazing job on my mini dachshund! I was shocked with the holidays that I was able to get a same day appointment. I got there and the team was very easy going and asked for as much as detail in my preferences, was so sweet to B who was nervous being at a new place. They texted me when B was ready and when I got there they told me how B did and quickly brought him out. He is so soft and haircut looks so good on him. I will definitely be using again and recommending them.

I have been bringing BoBo to Michael for the last year. He always has the best blow out and haircut! Previous place frequently would shave him down because they did not have time or patience for his hair. Would highly recommend.

I love taking my pup to studio pampered pets. He always comes out looking so great and handsome. The pricing is reasonable and the the staff is always very friendly and professional. I’ve tried a couple of different groomers in the past but there really has not been anywhere better than studio pampered pets!

Very positive experience, especially compared to my previous provider. It was easy to book online, they asked the right questions before the session, required proof of vaccination (which I totally agree with) and did an excellent job with the bath and nails. I paid $27 for a bath and mail trim which seems like a reasonable price. My dog is 15 lbs. wire haired.

Michael and his team keep a nice, clean shop and take good care of our pups. Highly recommended.

Super careful, super professional, super competence

Updated: Highly disappointed. It took a couple of months to find a groomer I trusted. My pup had been going to the same person since he was a puppy. I looked Studio Pampered Pets Yelp and I saw a pic of two Shihtzus that evidently had been groomed safely after being matted from neglect. It was a sign that these would be my pup's new groomers. My Shihtzu hates being groomed so he always gets a calm dose by his vet prior to his appointments to reduce anxiety. His fur is no where close to being matted 4 inches like the Yelp review of the Shihtzus. I made account on their website and booked my appointment. Next morning I get a text asking for my pup's details. I was transparent about my pup's special needs, since their website really emphasizes the professionalism, safety, comfort, and "peace of mind" that they provide. I felt very confident in their services and I even thought I would check out their daycare services and get my pup enrolled at some point. I get a response telling me my dog wouldn't be groomed. I asked if it was a scheduling issue or if it was behavioral because I would not have minded a wait. I never got a response. First of all, I think this is rude. I would have been happy to take him elsewhere to get groomed until he "met their criteria" if that was the case or if it was a scheduling issue. Kind of broke my heart. I have a groomers and a doggy daycare walking distance from me but I had decided to drive out 20 minutes for a good groomer that made me feel safe. I even took the day off because I wanted to be sure I was ready to pick him up as soon as they finished. I will never attempt to book a grooming appointment or enroll my pup in daycare here because to my knowledge, my pup is not welcome here. I am taking any recommendations for groomers that are professional and will accept pets even if they're fussy or have gone a month or so without being groomed! I'm glad to see I have finally gotten a response from the staff at Studio Pampered Pets. As I started to read the review, I was excited thinking that there was a possibility that I might be able to set my pup up in the future when staffing wasn't an issue. Then I got to the end of the response where I was called out for leaving a 1 star review simply because my dog didn't get seen and they "didn't deserve" that review. Unfortunately, I only had 2 texts and no response to base my reviews off of. Skills are great but customer service is really important. I would have been thrilled to leave my info so that I could get updates on staffing in the future. I noticed most negative reviews here are about customer service and how they handle turn-downs. I should have listened to those reviews about customer service and not just those reviews from existing, happy customers that actually had the opportunity to review their skills and not just their customer service.

I know they are busy, therefore I felt very lucky to be able to get my corgi in after reading the outstanding reviews. They did not disappoint. My girl is silky, clean, beautiful and very happy. She smells great. Someone mentioned that they love animals and I definitely got that vibe there. To anyone who can't get in right away, I would say it is worth the wait. I think you definitely want to feel that your pet is being cared for and pampered and not just going through an assembly line on a conveyor belt of pups. My pup will definitely go back and have another spa day. She was truly pampered. :)

I have been going to SPP for over 7 years. They have always taken such good care of my babies!! They are always positive and upbeat! They’re always happy to see my dogs come in and my dogs love to see them. My dogs always look and smell great! Really love doing business at SPP!!

These guys are amazing! Our Izzy came home after a bath and nail trim smelling phenomenal and her coat was SO SO soft. She also came home dry, which at other dog groomers sometimes she would come home sopping wet. Also the price for a bath and nail trim is outrageously reasonable and the people are so nice and understanding. We were 30 minutes late and felt absolutely horrible, but they still honored our appointment on a Saturday and were so kind to us. We will be back probably on a monthly basis, I’m so happy to have found such a great dog groomer in the Dallas area! Thank you guys!

Michael is fantastic does a beautiful job and has reasonable rates

I walked in with my rescue not knowing how to have him trimmed. I walked out with a broader knowledge of how my pup would look and feel his best. They were patient with him and took care of him like he was their own. They gave me a preferred schedule to follow and mentioned they wanted to form a strong relationship with him so future sessions would be easier and less anxiety-inducing for my pup. Mike and his crew are great groomers. I have been taking my small Pom to them for 3 yrs. The customer service is awesome and they do a great job. My Pom loves them.

She looked BEAUTIFUL after grooming today, first time ever been there 1000% will return. Listened to what I wanted & great price. My dogs coat is kinda weird, double coated but shorter. Every time I have taken her to get groomed other places it felt like a waste because she never looked different. So glad I found SPP!

My babies like this place, and they are never traumatized when I pick them up. Michael is a great groomer. My babies always look fantastic. I completely trust him to take good care of my fur babies. I highly recommend Studio Pampered Pets!
