Super friendly staff made sure i knew everything that they did before they did it. Explained everything in a way we would understand. Love them.

They really have the most affordable packages for pup ailments and illnesses. My Luke hurt his leg and got a limp and they did a thorough check up on him including a urine analysis for about $85 and the medication was very cheap.

Gave the wrong medication to my friends pet. Killed their dog. Don’t bring your pets here

We had an amazing experience at Essential Pet Care today. The vet and nurses there are very professional and they took really good care of my baby for a fair price.

It was amazing! Super fast, Dr and assistants were super nice. Best of all, it didn't cost an arm and a leg for quality care! I'm taking my other two pups this coming week! Highly recommend this place for quality pet care!

Love love love the staff! Dr. Cole is amazing! Her and the rest of the staff are all soooo knowledgeable and personable that it blows Banfield out of the water! The prices are great! They treat our dogs Hazel and Dakota as if they were their own!

Great place to take your pet but their schedule is wacky.

I highly recommend Essentials PetCare in Garland. The staff is courteous and friendly. Dr. Jessica Pinckard is personable, professional, and took good care of my puppy. I have found my permanent veterinarian!!!!

Love love love this clinic. Took my dog Sookie in to catch up on her shots. The clinic was very nice and clean. Every single person we came in contact with was wonderful and friendly. Their customer service goes above and beyond and I really appreciate that. They didn't try to up sell or pressure me into anything extra. They were excellent at explaining everything that my dog was getting and making sure I understood everything. I would 100% recommend everyone to go here for their pet care.

Dr. Foster, & all the staff were so amazing. Check-in was so fast and easy. Carla, was so professional. Their was 2 Techs. (Unfortunately I forgot their names) they were so understanding in explaining everything. They comforted my 10 year old. She was so sad, cuz Rocky had to get an injection.

Brought in my adopted kitty for update on shots. Seen right away by a wonderful vet tech to give kitty s history, then seen by now my very favorite vet. It was such a great visit, I highly recommend this clinic. Easy access, competitive pricing and A one staff. So quick and easy, walked out of clinic feeling Happy and relieved. Have had a terrible experience with a local vet clinic last year w/a large bill and a very sad outcome. Thank you from Loki and her mom

By far the best vet clinic I have been in period! I live in Heath and drive here due to the great staff and a absolutely wonderful Veterinarian! My family will continue to come here! I highly recommend! Very reasonable pricing as well!

My dog is usually pretty weary about shots, but the vet & tech did an excellent job in making sure we got what we needed in a friendly and efficient manner! Also, great prices!

Had a semi emergency with Ava Grace and we walked right into treatment and had her fixed up in no time! So Thankful they have extended Saturday hours!! And the cost was great too!

Forgot my rabies tag An certificate also the medicine I paid 45$ for weren’t even filled all the way . I walked out paying 115$ for a rabies shot an ear medication. Response : I went back up to the vet An was now told a different way now I need to administer the medication. An was not given anymore meds. I was told to wait till I run out which will be tomorrow since the bottle wasn’t filled all the way . I paid as Much for the meds as the whole exam . Btw they also forgot to give me my shot record as well as rabies tag I had to go back up to get it . I will not be returning

I was so pleased that clinic was able to take me at the last minute. I needed a heartworm test quickly and I walked in and got it and was out in minutes. Dr. Gail is wonderful. Very attentive and sweet to my pup. I highly recommend this place and will be taking my pets there in the future.

Dr. Foster and her staff were awesome. They were very gentle with my dog and worked with me to get the necessary annual shots and heartworm treatment to best fit my financial needs. I love that I no longer need to wait outside in bad weather in a long line at the low-cost clinics. At Pet Essentials, I get the care tailored to my pet's needs with my own room and at a cost equal to or lower than the outside clinics. Pet Essentials is my new full-time vet! .......also for those needing a fill on Sentinel...Costco has a pet med program and it's the cheapest in town!

Everyone is very professional! Dr. Foster took her time and went into detail on how to take care of our new French Bulldog.
