Banfield Pet Hospital Garland, Texas

Friendly staff!! They care about every Furbaby that comes in. The doctor explains everything in detail and she is so caring, she even called me the next day to check on my kitten. Thank you for having such a kind and caring staff! I won't return to my old veterinarian again.

They have been taking care of my kitten for six months and I got the kitten package. Easy and convenient

The vet was amazing, she was communicative and polite! The nurses up front were amazing and loved on my pup so much while we were there. Such a great place.

The staff is always outstanding , consistent, and makes us feel like family. I wish that I could board my furbabies when needed. Crossing fingers and toes that boarding becomes alive here and soon ????????????

Not happy with Banfield in Mesquite , I thought they are suppose to be there in case of an Emergency. You should have an open schedule in the event of an emergency! My pup had a back hind injury early morning and I was told they could see him Thursday of the following week, that was a week later what!!!by then he was fine. I had to take him to the Emergency Hospital. So why pay for services that cannot be used. I’m canceling the insurance. We are just a number

Overworked? Under paid? Disgruntled employees? Something is up with the tone of the store…the store runs okay, but got a vibe that some of the employees were not happy, happy, happy! IDK ????????‍♀️

Great place they fixed my water dragon!

The majority of staff cares about your animals (family). The doctor specifically calls you and sees you, to give you updates on visit/procedures. The front desk calls you to remind you of necessary appointments and vaccinations. I would give it 5 stars if i could, but there is one person who seems to always be in a bad/bossy mood. It makes you not want to go when she is there.

Well is the second time I been trying to take my pet for emergency and they sent me to another hospital to make appointment on another because they don't have more, HELLO IS A EMERGENCY

We used to get my moms dog food at Banfield in wylie but completely changed dog food because got tired of the Girl at front counter. She is very rude and thinks she is world's best secretary. She doesn't make eye contact or even smile. She needs some people skills.

So Ziggy is a 16 weeks old Frenchie. I am so happy with the service Ziggy and I received here. My husband and I were so happy with his Veterinarian Dr.Byrd and the staff.I had previously took him to a local Veterinarian and was so disappointed with the service I had received so decided to try Banfield. Tiffany was super helpful and also the vet tech her name started with a M. We took took advantage of their Wellness Plan and have already used the services it offers. I would highly recommend Banfield and Dr. Byrd she is the reason we will continue to come here and the reason we got on the Wellness Plan.

Dr. Chitwood is the best.

3 months ago, I would have given them 4-5 stars. I am a 14+ year Banfield member. A month ago, I called with an emergency eye injury my dog had. They told me they couldn’t see me until 4 days later. 4 days! What?! And then there is today. I called because my dog was lethargic and not eating. I thought this could be the end. I called in the morning and told them of the emergency. Again, I was told no appointment. I had to find a separate, random doctor to see my dog where I eventually got the news I was dreading. Why was I paying to be a member and then the two times I called about an emergency, I was ignored. So disappointed.

I love Banfield and the vets at the Garland location. My pets receive care from kind and knowledgeable doctors. When your a Banfield customer, being on one of their plans works best. It does work for us but may not be for everyone.

They are great with reminders and always friendly. I haven't really shopped around so I'm not sure if it is over priced but it is very convenient.

Dr. Chitwood and the rest of the staff are all awesome.

Full service vet clinic. Folks are very friendly and professional. They love animals (duh) and are very knowledgeable. I don't know if they have a surgery.

Dr Byrd and team are absolutely amazing. We went in tonight to lay our baby to rest for the final time. So much compassion and caring from the team. Dr Byrd took the time to explain step by step the process she was going to take and what may happen. I cannot thank her and her team enough for the care they took of my wife, son and I but our beloved Laila as well.

Awesome place! I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere else! My dog had a teeth cleaning and during that had to have teeth removed. They did a great job explaining the process and why he had to have them taken out. Gave a lot of information about the steps I should take next. They always call the next to day after appointments to check in. I feel so happy and comfortable leaving my dog with them. He’s always taken care of!
