The Animal Clinic Galveston, Texas

We picked up our kitten from a spay appointment and the staff at the Animal Clinic were wonderful. Everyone was very polite and professional. They explained proper care of our kitten and were very hospitable. We truly felt like they cared about our growing family. They even texted and followed up with us! Talk about excellent customer service! The lobby was very clean and organized. I also saw other customers being greeted and assisted promptly. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. if you’re looking for a veterinarian, consider The a Animal Clinic.

This is by far the best Vet clinic I have ever been to. They have been extremely kind and patient with me and my boy Edgar, a 17 year old cat. I had to sadly say goodbye to him the other day. The staff was warm, comforting and made sure that him and I were comfortable. I highly recommend this vet to anyone on the Island or even in Houston, it's worth the trip. The facility is very clean, the staff is wonderful and the vets are knowledgeable and kind. Thank you!

I go there multiple times a week to drop off and pick up the dogs and cats The Galveston Island Humane Society sends their way. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. The little guys are always sad to leave to come back to the shelter.

I love the Animal Clinic! They've always taken excellent care of my teacup Pomeranian Xoey & my new kitten Bella just had an awesome 1st time visit w/them. They were very informative & attentative to her needs, got us in & out in a timely manner, and I even came out spending a whole lot less than what I was quoted over the phone! I highly recommend them!

Truly, there is nothing that could have made our experience better. We were greeted when we arrived, taken into the exam room after only a brief wait, treated thoughtfully by the vet tech, and spent quality time (as always) with Dr. Fistein. Dr. Fistein's heart is as big as her brain, and I am so grateful to have her in our life.

We went here with our pups when we were visiting Galveston. They took such good care of our pups. Very affordable ♥️ Update: We took our dogs for a day stay. They took my dogs for a walk on the streets of Galveston in a neck leash. My 1.5 year old dog wiggled out of the neck harness and got loose. They called us and we speeded over to look for our dog. the staff did not help us look. My family was running the streets around the clinic looking. We finally found him and went back to the clinic. Everyone was just sitting around. I was not impressed that no one helped. I will never take my dogs here again. We have gone to Galveston Pet Clinic now and we are happy with that clinic instead of this one.

Fantastic care for our pets, we started there in 1990.

We are very pleased with the competent care and tender attention they give to our pets, and thankful for the wisdom and advice on things like diet and behavioral issues. We like that they spend time and show genuine interest in our pet's well-being. Even our dog Sophie enjoys the visits!

The doctors and staff are great with all our animals. I get appointments easily, meds refilled quickly, and wonderful care for my animals.

I have taken my robo dwarf hamster, Meatball, here a couple of times and I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences. They took care of him when he had mites and a possible respiratory infection. I’m so grateful to have such a caring and professional vet on the island for my little one.

They always treat my German Shepherds well. They've gone the extra mile and... My dogs like them. That's a big deal because they don't like everyone.

Every member of the staff that I have dealt with has been fantastic. The doctors always take all the time you need to explain things and I've never felt rushed. Highly recommend.

I am so thankful for The Animal Clinic for squeezing me in. I had an emergency with my cat and called them frantically, begging to come in. I had to wait about 30-45 minutes, but they fit me in and provided excellent care to my cat. I am so so grateful. Also, the receptionist was incredibly kind. The only vet I will go to in Galveston from now on. THANK YOU!

Our pets live it here. My Lucy won't let us trim her nails, but she let them do it here. Very friendly and very good with all the services.

Dr Fistein and staff are marvelous. They are dedicated to providing the best care for our pets as well as maintaining their historic buildings. They even take care of the Animal Shelter animals in Galveston.

As always, the Doctors and Staff are very caring people and it shows. You can't go wrong by going here for vet care.
