McKee's Pet Place Frisco, Texas

Nice place and they take care of my babies very well. Very friendly staff ☺️

We go to Dallas twice a year and our yellow lab goes to daycare while we are there. We have been going there for at least 6 years and they take awesome care of our dog.

This is where we leave our pets and get the grooming done they're not the cheapest but they're really good.

The staff is so sweet. My little doggy had eaten all his chicken while he was boarding with McKees. They called me and offered to go to the store and cook more chicken for my Mr. Scotti. Talk about above and beyond with our pets, these folks are magnificent. Love y’all ????

If you are looking for the best daycare/boarding in Frisco, this is it! I got Macey as a puppy during Covid. Working from home with a hyper puppy, I needed a daycare so she could get some playtime in and learn social skills being around other dogs and people. I tried several of the local daycares and none of them compared to McKee's. The staff know all of the dogs by name, play with and love on the pups. Macey will literally jump out of my arms to go to Miss Gabrielle who works at the front desk. Gabrielle, Alyssa and the other staff are always so nice, helpful and love all of their McKee's pup family. Also, as a small business owner myself, I love supporting another local, small business.

Have boarded 2 dogs here several times and its always a great experience. I'm boarding again soon and willing to drive across town to use them. Especially since the place near me wouldn't even answer the phone after many tries. McKees is awesome.

These folks are so friendly and my dog loves everyone that works here. I highly recommend McKee's for daycare for your fur babies. They treat your baby like their own.

My fur babies enjoy their time here. My Laila does well in the private room, because she prefers a quiet environment with/without the TV on and 1 on 1 walks. Brutus enjoys the TV and does well in both the kennel and private room as well as play time with other pups. The times that we were able to sneak up on them, they were very content.

Just received the most horrifying call from this location after dropping off my 8month puppy. Apparently the area where the dogs are allowed to run around is near a pool and my poor baby clipped his nail and was heavily bleeding. My dog being my baby I had many questions and the manager Kim was so disappointingly rude and unwilling to understand my concern. This was his first day there and now I’m not with him now and concerned about his safety. People please be cautious of this location as they don’t seem to care that my dog feels pain also and any issue won’t just be sweep under the rug.

I have always had a positive experience and my dog seems to love being groomed here...

Our dog loves McKees. He goes to weekly daycare and litterly pulls me inside because he can't wait to see his friends and staff. The staff are very friendly and show care toward the dogs. We boarded him there as our first time to board and McKees gladly gave us uodates anytime we called. Even though we'd been gone a few days, he was happy and in good spirits when we picked him up and had even learned a new skill of catching ball which he wanted us to do with him. We have had nothing but good experiences as McKees.

We were visiting Dallas area and needed some daycare for our 16wk old puppy and I am so happy we chose McKees's. This was my first experience and I was quite nervous but we were given a tour, they explained everything, reassured us and Kya had a great time! The facility and grounds were clean and it was very well staffed. Checkin and out was a breeze. I highly recommend this facility. Kya even had her nails clipped!

It had been a while since I used a place for pet boarding. My elderly dog was well taken care of.

I would not RECOMMEND this place to noone . On the 2nd visit my baby bulldog was locked up in a suite all by himself. I happened to run into him while getting a tour of the place . He saw me and started freaking out and crying. No one was able to explain to me why he was locked up. I pay for Charlie to come have fun and socialize with other dogs not to be locked up. I requested to speak to a Manager but she was not in. I will call first thing in the morning and request to see the cameras to see how long he was locked up. I’m very upset and heartbroken my Charlie had to go through this.. ????????????????

Our pet has gone here since we moved to Dallas a couple years back. First couple times he would shake on pick up and drop off. But as soon as he learned the staff, he has goes happily and comes back happy. Highly recommend this place. They were nice to show me the facility.

Took my 10 to lab there today for his bath, tried other places but he always stressed out and was sent home. He smells great, was not stressed at a all when I picked him up, and they got rid of most of his fun loose hair. Will be a regular visit for my dogs in the future. Thanks!!!!
