I just love this place. Brought my dog here for a bath. They have the self dog wash, which is awesome for dog parents who want to have the bonding time with their dogs. They have never pressured me to get my dog wash done quickly. You can take your time bathing your dog, to pamper your dog. Oh, a suggestion for those who want to have a great deal. Ask for the "Dirty Dog Wash" package. You will not regret. They also have a great selection of pet items and food. Pretty the same you can find in the big chain pet stores. And you will always expect a welcome whenever you walk past the front door. I have never once walk in without being greeted. A big shout out for Steven. He was so polite, courteous and professional to me and my dog. Thank you Steven for your outstanding assistance. I highly recommend this location since I have been here. You will definitely like them.

This is the best pet store in the DFW area. the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean and refreshing. If you become a member, which is free, you get great specials and savings, well worth the value. The store manager, Juan, is amazing. You always feel appreciated when shopping here. Thank you!

It's a great store, but do NOT get your cat vaccines here. The techs were extremely and unnecessarily rough, and they didn't inject all of the medicine at first so they had to re-stick the needle into my cat. Additionally, they stuck the needle in and waited a good 5 seconds before injecting. This experience obviously made my cat very mad, she was hissing and ended up scratching one of the techs. When they were done, they said "animal control will be calling you because we got scratched". Excuse me? How about you know what you're doing before you manhandle my animal. How about you wear protective gear if you're inexperienced. Do NOT come here for shots. They absolutely suck.

Employees are super friendly and willing to help from the time of entering to exiting. In every visit I have felt the serenity of love in this store.

I'm happy to say that it's not just our local PSP that has great service. This one in Plano does too. Hayden was very helpful finding lasting chews for my power chewers. They did a great job. They should be very pleased with their staff. Everyone asked me if they could help & if I found what I needed.

Great place to bring your doggo for a bath. Punch card for visits is great!! Staff are friendly and helpful always a great visit.
