Melinda always treats my pups as though they were her own. My babies jump out of my car with so much excitement as soon as we pull up. I'm met with the same excitement when I return to pick them up. They just smell & look much better.

Everyone here is so nice and professional, and my dog loves here!

TLDR: Truly amazing. We'll be returning customers. Detailed: First time taking my fur babies there and they came home happy, clean, and with beautiful hair cuts. One of my babies needed a shorter haircut than originally planned and they called me to make sure that was okay before they cut her fur shorter, which I thought was really nice. No surprises in pricing either, it was exactly what was discussed when I booked their groom. One of mine is a rescue who is not a fan of grooming or new people but will allow some things if she's decided it's acceptable at that moment, and the other is just over a year old and this was her first professional groom so I was a bit worried about how they'd do with a new groomer/experience. The groomers were very gentle and calm with my babies and didn't push them past what they were comfortable with having done but still did an amazing job with their groom. When I picked them up, they came out looking comfortable in the groomers arms and happy to see me and not scared or timid at all.

I moved here at the beginning of the year and searched for a place I could trust to take my dog to. I finally came across House of Paws and decided to give them a shot. I can say I was not disappointed. My Pomeranian mix is always well groomed all around.

This is absolutely the best groomer I have ever taken my dogs to. They will take the time to explain what works and what doesn’t, but always putting the best interest of your puppy first. This made me feel so comfortable with them. They are gentle and loving to the dogs - they are very knowledgeable about the different coats and temperaments. For my older dog who has been groomed by a lot of different people, this was by far her best cut. She was groomed evenly and she looked and felt incredible. I highly recommend House of Paws.

We LOVE Melinda! I’ve been with house of paws since the start and will never go anywhere else. I have two yorkie’s (one is on the shy side and one is a crazy man) they even the shy one loves seeing her when they are dropped off. I trust her with them so much as her no noose policy is something I cannot stress enough is super important to me. Melinda thank you so much! The boys love you!

Fantastic groomers! They treated my babies so good! One of my dogs is usually on the timid side but they were able to lead him to the back with no issues. They played very close attention to details not only with the grooming but with their personalities and quirks. I've never been so impressed with a groomer! A++ service, will always return.

My 13 lb yorkie was well taken care of and has a beautiful new haircut. Staff was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy groomer! Thank you ladies !!!

I can't thank Melinda and Martha enough for taking care of my sweet niece Pepper. We are fostering her for my sister in law, and when she came to us last week, Pepper was a wooly mess. These ladies took extra special care with her luxating patellas, and have a no noose policy!! She is so adorable and precious. They can't be beat! Their professionalism, empathy, affordability and efficiency are unparalleled as far as I have found in the Frisco area! Thanks again, and we will definitely be back!????

Melinda does a fantastic job! She really took her time and made my Kadee look perfect. Kadee is a Shiba Inu who sheds throughout the year and Melinda made sure to brush and work on her thoroughly. She made my ten year old dog look like a puppy again! House of Paws Doggie Day Spa has a wonderful staff and they all treated my Kadee with love, like she was one of their own. In love with this place and will forever be a client!

Melinda is superbly phenomenal with her customer service skills, the care and attention with which she cares for my babies. I have worked with several groomers around the metroplex but the dedication she has for taking care of my babies and following my exact directions is just out of this world. My babies love being bathed by her and always get excited to see her and happy when they leave. I am glad that I came across Melinda to have someone trustworthy for my babies care.

The entire experience was amazing. It was our first time using Melinda's services and we were completely blown away by the genuine attentiveness and care given to our golden retriever, Austin. You can tell Melinda loves dogs and treats each one of her puppy clients as family. The facility was very clean and the location was easy to get to right off of Preston. I’ve been going to her for years. Only person I will trust with my babies. The office is always clean and smells so good. Her and her staff really love my dogs. You can tell they really enjoy what they do. I recommend them to everybody. Already have a appointment for my new little guy!

I have been using Melinda’s services for more than 14 years. She is the only one who can groom Lily, my Shih Tzu, who is very sensitive about being groomed.

They are amazing, the staff is all super friendly and enthusiastic and our puppy Roscoe came out looking and smelling better than he ever has, we will continue to use them and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their dogs groomed

It is such a joy to bring my two Shih tzus to House of Paws! Melinda and her staff are a joy. They actually care about our girls which makes it easy for me to drop them off. The office is beautifully decorated and smells great, who knew that a grooming facility could smell so good?! Her prices are excellent as well. I will never take my girls to another groomer. I have been to many groomers and have never been totally satisfied like I am now!
