I can’t tell you how impressed and professional Good Day Pet Sitters are. My two dogs just love their walker, Jayden. They business sends daily/walk updates to keep you informed on the happiness of your fur baby and how they are enjoying their visit. Scheduling is a breeze and very easy to use. I also can’t rave enough about the owner, Wendy Fisher. She is very through and responsive to inquiries. The best part is. They really helped me out with my diabetic cat while I had to travel for work. The app was pretty handy to see how it was going. Every visit would show up there when they arrived. They came by twice a day to give him his insulin and take care of them. Then after the visit I would get an update on how it went as well as pictures of my little ones. When I got back my kitties were good and my place was in good shape! I will certainly use them next time I travel.

Great pet walking service! Recently moved to Dallas and had to find someone to help me with my dog several times a week. Good Day Pet Sitters has been extremely reliable. I have an older, blind dog that suffers from separation anxiety and all the walkers have been great at caring for him. Their app makes scheduling, payment and communication extremely easy. After going thru a few "Pet Sitting" services that yielded less than desirable services I finally found one that take pride in what they do..Good Day Pet Sitters is stellar I know my furry kid(s) will be cared for as if they where there own.. Good Day Pet Sitters = A+ Service and Peace of Mind!!!

After much thought and deliberation, I am writing this as others should be aware of what we encountered. While under the care of Good Day Pet Sitting our dog, Zeus became ill and we came home to find him passed away. Please note our boy was older and that we notified Good Day prior to our leaving that he seemed to be not eating and that in the event he was to worsen we would need them to take him to the vet and we would rush home. On day two of our departure I recommended that Zeus be taken to the vet. When I did so the sitter stated that I would need to arrange that with the owner and expressed no urgency to seek emergency care. I was very concerned, but the sitter continued to state up until day 4 of our departure that he was acting normal although not eating much. The night of day 4 I received an instant message that Zeus was not getting up and seemed sluggish and unable to eat. At that point, out of frustration and a lack of confidence in Good Day I stated that we would rush home in the morning to tend to him and get him to the vet. On the morning of day 5 per instant message we received an update that Zeus was extremely worse, vomited and would hardly get up. At this point we were on our way home and I thought we could make it in time to take him to the vet. Once we arrive our Zeus had already passed away. I’m very disappointed because at no point did, we ever receive a phone call, nor did they have a sense of urgency to seek emergency care. When I called to report his departure, the owner stated that she was shocked and due to their heavy holiday load was not aware Zeus’s situation was so serious. Furthermore, they never ever express any sincerity that they could have done more to ensure a different outcome. This is unacceptable to us as we put the lives of our babies in their hands. Due to the situation we informed Good Day that we would like to terminate our relationship, explained our reasoning and that we would like our key back. After 18 days that included two instant messages, a voicemail and finally a third instant message that conveyed that we would like our key back or we would seek other means; we instantaneously received confirmation that our key would be returned along with a message that stated that they each thought that the other had returned it. We agree that there are things that we as owners could have done differently but we feel that had Good Day shown more urgency and acted once the emergency presented itself, we would have had a different outcome. This is not how a customer, or our pets should be treated. My hope is to inform customers to take caution as it seems they are overwhelmed and if your pet’s life is concerned it may not be taken into consideration.

GDPS is wonderful! They are always able to accommodate our inconsistent schedule with consistency and our dogs love them! Can't recommend them enough.

Good Day Pet Sitters is the best! The dog walkers love My dogs. They help me out all the time. With my job I’m away a lot and I never have to worry about my dogs. I also know that my dogs love them. I wouldn’t let anyone else take care of my dogs.
