Dr Tucker is the best Vet I have ever had. He takes time to answer all questions. He does not order unnecessary tests to upsell you like other Vets. His office staff is amazing. 10/10

Highly recommend this vet. We normally see Dr. Burgin who is wonderful. We had to put our pet down yesterday-the best dog ever-and Dr. Savannah Tabor was just excellent in every step of the way. The front desk was amazing as well. I love this place and you are in good hands if you bring your pet here. Thank you Dr. Tabor :-)

I trust Dr. Burgin and the entire staff at Frisco West with my dogs health. Even if I ever moved I would still make sure to keep my dog with them. I have never met a vet more communicative and caring. He takes the time to listen and addresses anything your pet may need. They even recommended a nearby Pet Resort for boarding needs and daycare. World class customer service and experience.

I trust Dr. Tucker and his staff with my dogs so much so that even after moving 30 miles away, I still drive back to Frisco for my pets’ care. Thank you FWAMC for taking such good care of my beloved dogs!

Everyone I met was professional and caring at the same time. My pup Bentley tends to be anxious with new people. The staff was so gentle with him and he was more at ease than I’ve seen him with any other vet clinic. I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff is always so friendly. My dog wags his tail when we pull into the parking lot every single time. What dog gets excited to go to the vet?! It’s because of the people that work there.

We have been taking our pups to FWAHC for at least 13 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They take time with you and your pet and make you feel like you are their number one priority. They have seen a few of our dogs from puppy to rainbow bridge and loved our dogs right along with us. Honest, dependable. Highly recommend!

Compared to my last Vet I will say "Wow" about Frisco West Animal Center. They spent time talking to me and getting to know my cat on the first visit. They were friendly and caring. The office is welcoming and clean. A very easy at ease place to take a pet for care.

Dr. Tucker and his team are the BEST. They always make us feel like our pets are their biggest priority. We lost our family dog of almost 15 years, 6 months after we moved here & Dr. Tucker made us feel like he had been with us for all 15 years instead of mere months. Forever grateful!

I recently changed vet offices and Frisco West had contacted previous vet for our dog records. I was very impressed with the fact that all 3 dogs records had been reviewed before our first appointment with Dr Bergen, I love his compassion and knowledge, and he explained everything so I could understand. Hello, We've been taking our two dogs to Frisco West Animal Center since we moved to Frisco a little over five years ago and we could not be happier. Everyone there is very nice, they explain any treatment they recommend along with the associated costs beforehand, and the vets and vet techs all very professional. I recommend them highly.

Visiting Frisco West Animal Health Hospital is always a pleasure even though having a sick pet is sad. Dr. Christ Tucker is amazing. He listens to you and seeks for all details to better understand what is happening with your pet. His response, suggestions and care are honest and always looking into the pet’s best interest. The staff is friendly and welcoming and make you feel as part of the team. Thank you for for all you do to keep my puppy in good health.

The curbside service doesn’t work. Was left waiting in car 20 mins after the appointment time. When called again it was clear the employee forgot that we were outside. Should coordinate better as we were on time to the appointment time that was given.

Dr. Tucker is by far the best vet we have ever had! Our older goldens saw him and he took the best care of them all the way until they crossed the rainbow bridge. With two new kids, we didn’t hesitate to bring them to Dr. Tucker! He and his staff truly treat your pet as family members.

Staff take time to listen and address concerns and are very cognizant with our anxious dog to get him in and out as quickly as possible. Feel comfortable with their recommendations; they have never pressured for “extra” services.

Our Chocolate Lab, Mallie, loves coming here. We have been very happy with her care and the information given to us by Dr. Bergen. Very friendly staff.

Great vet office! Got us right in as new patients. The Dr & Tech got right down on the floor with my lab and made sure she was comfortable and happy during the visit. And the ladies at the front desk love handing out treats. Rating . . . 5 Barks!!

Dr. Burgin and the team take great care of our dogs. Everyone is super friendly and seems to really care about our pets wellbeing. Dr. Burgin takes the time to explain things and gives us the opportunity to ask all of our questions.

Pet Parents, please read. I will not be returning for the reasons below: -Continued curbside policy (pet parent experience) -Lack of personable vet advisement over the phone due to curbside policy -Extreme puppy home restriction advisory and guilt brought upon pet parents, despite puppy training facilities and other facilities’ vaccination requirements - The fact that Frisco West refused to bring my dog outside to me while handling a card issue. It felt like they were holding my baby hostage. Due to this curbside policy, I was unable to go inside and get him. I was left in my car figuring out what to do. It was the worst feeling as a pet parent. I called again and they finally let him go. My card issue was resolved an hour later and they were paid. Final note, I have a hard time believing the curbside policy is still only about safety. (Coming from someone who has been in medical and customer service for years) Going back to dealing with pet parents and a busy waiting room may be an unwanted stress but, I truly believe people can still be safe with masks and social distancing to help pet parents have a better experience. Pet parents need to trust their veterinary facility. I do not after today. UPDATE: It is now the middle of the night on 4/30, only 2 days later, I have had to take my puppy to the emergency for a very bad ear infection. The vet at this emergency clinic stated that “it was so bad, there was so much bacteria, and it was so inflamed”. She said, “if a vet had looked into their scope at his vet appointment 2 days prior, that they would have seen the infection”. This can only mean that Frisco West did not properly check my dog during his visit and did not check his ears. The pain my dog is in right now could have been prevented. Now, I am spending money on emergency vet bills and pain medication, when it could have been prevented and helped sooner. Please do not take your dog to Frisco West. They are using the curbside policy to slack off on their pet exams. This is proof and I am just sad I trusted my baby with them.

Called yesterday as moving to area and needed to get some information about the practice and about compounding meds..Jackie was great, pleasant,answered my questions and got back to me about pricing.I called the next day,she was out,to thank her and to find out how when I get there to get the scripts to their pharmacy and then the plan was to set up appointments.A very rude woman named Lisa advised they would not use scripts from my present vet so my dogs could stay current until I could get them in to see their vet ..when I asked why,if they knew I was going to make appointments,she stated, " I don't think we can help you.your dogs would both have to be seen before you can use our pharmacy."..Rude and not the experience I got yesterday..lost my business..

Dr. Tucker and his staff are incredible! They are caring, professional, kind, proactive and take great care of my sheltie. I was introduced to Dr. Tucker by a friend when I arrived in Texas 8 yrs ago. I wouldn’t take my fur baby to anyone else!

My husband took our 8 year old cat, Whiskey, for a check-up. She's anxiety-ridden and has nipped and hissed at the staff in the past so he reminded them of it on this visit. Turns out she didn't get upset at all this time and all tests were great. Dr. Tucker even called me the next day to confirm blood work was great and to assure me that Whiskey was well behaved. (I think my husband told him I was worried because she gets so anxious.) So comforting to have the follow up call and to know Dr. Tucker and the staff care so much. Highly recommend!

We have been taking our doggie babies to Vet office for years. We have stayed with this practice from their prior location. They are worth the drive. They provide consistently high level care, practical advise on treatments and the office is ran very friendly and efficiently. They show compassion and care and appreciate how much we love our babies. We have the highest amount of trust in the staff and doctors.

I can always rely on the doctors at Frisco West. This is the first veterinary that my dog is happy to visit. The technicians do a great job. And the front desk is helpful too. All in all, a great place to trust with your pet!
