Great staff, friendly and caring

I just love this clinic!!! The vet and the assistants are just the kindest people!! My dog is 14 years old and gets very nervous but they treated her with such care it was heart warming. Just can’t say enough about this awesome place.

Everywhere else my dogs have gone has cost hundreds of dollars each time... But here, they care about the fur baby over making themselves rich. And they were very thorough and gentle with my puppies, especially my 3 year old dog, who was traumatized from her last vet ????. I'd give them 100 stars if Google let me! But I'll settle for 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic staff and service with fair pricing. Lots of fun talking to everyone we encountered while there. Our cat was also pretty comfortable! I'd happily recommend these folks!

I love this place. Dr. Binford is always especially genuine aim his review and questioning and the staff here is wonderful. They cared for my Doberman for 9 years and through his painful bone cancer. And now they are helping me with a very anxious mix that we adopted. Take your pets to Dr. Binford. You’ll be glad you did.

Very friendly as well as informative and reasonably priced. Excellent vet for my cat.

Went here to get my cat some meds to calm her for a trip. Got an appointment within a couple days and was in and out in 30 minutes. They were very nice to my kitty and let me stay with her the whole time. Good experience and whole thing was inexpensive. Would highly recommend

Best veterinary clinic in DFW, hands down. Our fur babies have been with this clinic for years. Everyone in the office is so kind and always remember us by name. Dr. Binford is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Stop in for a visit or chat with any of the ladies in the office over the phone and you will feel right at home. We can't say enough amazing things about our vet family.

Extremely rude, rough with my dog. Gave meds that made my dog sicker. Wouldn't help me with her when they made her ill. Front desk was extremely rude. Vet on the phone told me he wouldn't help.

We've been taking our dogs here for four years now. We even moved a couple hours away and still plan our vet needs around our trips to DFW so we can take them to Dr. Binford. Everyone in the office is so nice and they know use and our dogs on sight. It's really like visiting friends. My dog ate a TON of grapes, and Dr. Binford did an amazing job putting my mind at ease during her follow up. Definitely the best vet in the area, and even worth a trip

Dr. Binford is one of th kindest, nicest and honest people, let alone vet. I'd travel hundreds of miles to go to him, but luckily I live close!

Dr. Binford and his staff are great! They always do a great job of taking care of our two pups, and are able to get us in for last minute appointments whenever we need.

I’ve been taking my dogs here ever since they were puppies, nearly 7 years ago. Never had any problems with any of the staff and they were always kind and respectful. If you’re in Carrollton, this will be your best option. I appreciate everything they do for the Carrollton animal community. Cheers

The team here was super accommodating getting my two beagles in. It was fast and efficient and the staff are so nice!

Such a friendly staff, especially the receptionist. You can tell they really like animals. I am a new customer as of Aug 2020 due to needing a new vet during pandemic. It's not the cheapest but make up for it in friendly service. I take my 2yr old GSD here and recently got a new puppy and take her here too. Only been for routine shots but so far so good.

Always the absolute best care and attention for my puppies as well as excellent customer service from the entire staff. Definitely recommend this place for all your pet care needs.

The staff here are very kind and helpful, and their great with my 2 dogs.

Not taking clients due to COVID sounds seriously ridiculous to me. My pet is in need of care and there are many options to limit contact that other clinics are offering. Dont waste your time.
