Very nice place in Frisco area. Friendly staff. They will take a good care of our dog. We can leave our dog at their place and have peace of mind as they will for sure help with any sort of issues. And yeah stuff gets expensive when you go there but it’s same everywhere. Definitely recommend to others.

Our favorite veterinary practice is Family Pet Center in Frisco. We have been going there for several years. We love Dr. Flowers and his team. I highly recommend Family Pet Center!

The entire staff treated both my cat and me with compassion. Dr Daniels was thorough in her assessment and offered objective details so that I could decide what treatment was best for our family.

Staff was fantastic! I have had pet emergencies and they have been wonderful to help in very stressful times. Today was just an annual check up, but they still were fantastic and went above and beyond!

They take such good care of my baby

I made a appointment for 10:30 expecting them to get to me in a timely manner. Seems to me they over book and do not value their clients time. After waiting 35 minutes I simply left. There are many other vets in the area to have to put up with that.

We love Dr. McPherson! Pliny loves him too. He is so caring and does everything for Pliny from his broken nail to whatever his needs . If you need someone who loves what he does come here!.

Genuinely care about your baby and you as their people/parent

We have 4 fur babies ( Pug, Hound dog mix, boxer mix and Shih-Tzu and I use to take them at Petco until my Pug had to endure torture twice due to some crystals on his bladder and they didn't do a good job taking care of him . I'm very happy for finding Family Pet Center and having Dr. McPherson . We also love their groomer Willie , she use to be with PetSmart and we follow her when she move to Family Pet Center . She does an amazing job with my temperamental Shih-Tzu .

We have a dachshund who had a serious digestive tract obstruction and the vet was able to diagnose the specific issue and resolve the problem in minutes for a reasonable charge where other places were trying to charge us thousands of dollars for unnecessary surgery. Our furry low rider was back on her feet the next day and it didn’t cost us near as much as it could have. We are grateful for the honest, professional and kind service we received from this vet and his staff. Truly impressive and I’m thrilled to have found them.

I don't typical write reviews but this one is so well deserved. Dr. Flowers and team took such good care of my frenchie Henry today. I was so nervous to have him put under to have a procedure done. Dr. Flowers went over and above to help my little guy. The staff are all super friendly and have great communication skills. They are also very reasonably priced and don't try and overcharge for every little thing. I will never go anywhere else. I just wish I would have found them sooner!! BEST VET EVER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They took care of me and my fur.baby in an emergency and did so with great care and kindness

This was the vet the pet store forced us to go to as part of our contract... it was said to be “free” but they failed to communicate they would be charging for the tests... so it wasn’t actually free. They are doing curbside drop offs due to covid- which I’m fine with but the service was terrible, communication was terrible... if you’re going to take my dog inside and not let me inside with her you need to over communicate. I tried to ask a few questions (first time dog owner) which were both met with eye rolls and a chuckle... as if I was incompetent. Will not be going back. Additionally found somewhere else to administer all the vaccinations for 1/2 the price.

LOVE this vet! Our brand new puppy came home with Parvo on a Monday. On Tuesday, we took her here where she was diagnosed with Parvo. On Wednesday, she almost died. They took GREAT care of her during that terrible week and returned her to us a week later. They were very prompt, professional and knowledgable on the phone and in person. I thought the doctor was AMAZING! He really cares about our fur babies. Highly recommend.

My go to vet and groomer. They treat all my fur babies (3 dogs and 1 cat) with care. Their customer service is top notch!
