Boarding Bungalow Frisco, Texas

Love this place & so does my dog! They are friendly & always remember Magic & he loves the special attention he gets there & my kids love that they get to see Magic on FB posts throughout the day! I always recommend this place to anyone in North Dallas looking for boarding service for their pet.

Extremely disappointed with this place. I dropped my dog off for an overnight and provided updated instructions on his feeding schedule (he had only been once before this and it was about 8 months apart). I received 3 phone calls from them in the 1 night period asking for different bits of information. When I picked him up, they asked if there was a reason he was separated from all the other dogs (I did not say he should be separate). Come to find out, they didn’t have his neutering information on file (even after asking me a ton of updated information questions). Not to mention it’s pretty obvious to tell if they’re neutered and they called 3 times and could have easily confirmed. Instead, I paid for him to sit in a crate for 24 hours. Horrible. We haven’t been back since. He was supposed to participate in daycare all day, but obviously that did not happen because they separated him.

First of all, the facility is not great. It is small and the outdoor space is terrible. There are much better facilities for the same or less price. And the policies are better elsewhere. Second, the office made a mistake with our reservation and then was very rude about it and claimed it was our fault. We won’t be going back. I suggest you go elsewhere because there are much better places than this.

A very clean and friendly facility to have your dogs for day care or for boarding. Kimberly, the owner is very knowledgable about caring for your furry friends and has multiple locations. There has to be one close to you! I highly recommend.

We have been taking our dog here for several years now, both for play days, and overnight stays, sometimes for a week or more. She absolutely loves it there. She get's so excited when we pull up and climbs all over me trying to get inside. I can tell the employees there really love the animals and love their job.

It’s never easy to leave your fur baby, but somehow with the Frisco Bunglalow Team, you feel like they are staying with family who loves your pet just as much as you. The unconditional love and attention the staff gives is amazing. Love seeing all her daily outings and time with humans. Thank you for always taking such great care of our Chloe!

We're so glad to have found a great place to board our dogs! After calling a few places in the area, Board Bungalow really showed up for our dogs! Stella is not a fan of other dogs besides her brother, and shockingly a lot of places around the area do not accommodate that. I started to feel a little defeated when calling around and everyone was telling me she couldn't be boarded there, so I was so so grateful to finally have found BB. Our smaller dog Brody takes meds and they made sure to keep up with those for us too, and provide suites for our dogs to stay together. Oh! They're also awesome because we had to leave town a day earlier than expected and when I called them hoping they'd have room for them to come a day early, the made it work for us! That was a huge stress relief. They also offer a lot of different services too, so it was nice to be able to get the dogs nails trimmed too, and will definitely utilize their other groomer services in the future. Before I left someone told me about their fb group where they post pictures of the dogs playing everyday. It gave me something to look forward to and I was glad to see them having a good time there. Another thing that was nice was when I picked them up all of their things I brought in to them was labeled. That was a such a small touch, but it's nice to know that they make sure all of their things have their names on them so they don't get misplaced or accidentally go home with someone else. We will obviously be back to board our dogs in the future. Being new in town, I'm so grateful for such good first time experience for our dogs so I don't have to hunt around for one more new thing/place for my family!

We recently boarded our one year old pup with Boarding Bungalow for 10 days while we were on vacation. She was well taken care of and had a great time! We will be using their services again.

They are doing a great job of different ideas. Doggy University is really a cool idea, and my husband loves when they send home projects, like photo day.

My roommate took her dog here while we away and when we picked the dog back up, he smelled like urine and was given the majority of his food back. He was there for a few days, so I’m not sure why he was given so much food back? Doesn’t make sense seeing as how they food we gave him was enough for his whole stay! So where y’all not feeding him?? Also the urine smell was unbearable. Not sure if he peed himself while he was there and they never cleaned him up, or if they don’t clean up after other dogs and it lingered onto him. Either way that is totally unacceptable and not okay for people who supposedly love dogs. Will never be taking him back here and I highly recommend no one else does too. Please take your dog somewhere else that will actually care for your dog, or just ask a trusting friend.

The people at the Boarding Bungalow Frisco are absolutely wonderful. We started using them for once a week day care for our new puppy to burn off some energy. Every day she came home she was happy and tired. Eventually she knew she was going for the day and got excited as soon as we pulled up. Then it came time for us to move out of the country but we weren't able to bring our dogs for two months after we left. The Boarding Bungalow was happy to take care of both our young energetic puppy and our older slightly cranky dog who hadn't been with them before. They posted pictures every day, let our friends take them to the vet when necessary and even were willing to let us extend their stay when things got delayed. I cannot recommend them enough. Every single staff member at the boarding bungalow has treated our floofers like family. We will miss them so much! 12/10

This place is WONDERFUL! I have been taking my dog boney here for almost 3 years for day care and occasional boarding. They take great care of him and the other dogs in their care. the dogs are let out numerous times during the day for play , pee/poop. and then they go to their separate suites for rest and relaxation. they are separated into appropriate play groups. the staff are all AWESOME so friendly and kind and the place is clean! I HIGHLY recommend this facility for your pet. When I leave Boney there I know he is safe and happy :)

The staff is so lovely, they take pictures of my dog every single day for their Facebook, and my dog LOVES the staff. I keep coming here and I’m always happy.

I took my dog here this past Friday and picked him up on Sunday. I noticed in the pics they posted on Facebook that he looked a little sad, but I figured it was only stress. When I went to pick him up, I noticed his bum was stained after I got home. I didn’t think too much of it until he had diarrhea that night as well as Monday, really bad. I took him to the vet Tuesday morning, and I called boarding bungalow to check if there was anything abnormal with him. The girl on the phone said he had diarrhea the whole time and left a note for someone to let me know, but I was never informed. Why didn’t someone called me? He’s only 5 pounds and had I known this had been going on since Friday, I would have taken care of it ASAP. He is now dehydrated and had to get treatment from the vet. I will never take my dog to stay at this location again due to this negligence from staff that worsened my dog’s health.

My dog Loves this place especially because she gets to play outside and there are really friendly staff there. Also BBF is really good about posting your dog’s pics on their Facebook page everyday - very comforting! They have this annoying rule about taking half of payment when you make the reservation as a non refundable deposit. Other than that, great place and great staff!

They were extremely attentive to my pup. Tried her with different age group dogs to see how social she would be, watched her attitude while being in the kennel itself and her eating habits. Will definitely use them again and recommend to all.

We have used them for a while now. My dog has food allergies and so far they have taken care of that part very well. My dog loves it there and now they offer baths, which we love. We get a clean dog when we pick her up :).

I took my dog here for months no problem you get new people one day and all of a sudden shes a problem then she comes home scared of us for several days when we weren't even with her, I can only assume you beat her why would she be scared and now shes scared of even going outside, thanks for the trauma on a 1 yr old dog

My fur baby is always happy and literally pulls me to their front door when we arrive. I know he's happy there. Comes out with the same smile. Thank you to THE entire staff.

The place is nice having dog hostel.They are take care of dogs and maintaining very hygienic conditions.

My dogs stayed here for the first time, usually they stay at the McKinney location, and according to the pictures posted online they had a great time!

I believe the staff takes good care of the dogs here. The first time I used them I was gone for five days I called to check on my dog and I never heard back from any of the staff, that was frustrating and unfortunately that left a bad taste in my mouth, but I thought I would give them another shot when I to kennel my dog again. I missed the 11-1 Sunday pickup window and came at 5 instead. I was charged an additional $16 for 4 hours. When I drop the dog off I said I would try to be there by one but I wasn’t sure I would be able to make it. It honestly seems really silly to be charged $16 for 4 hours. I wonder if I had told them I would be there at five and picked her up at one, if they would’ve credited me $16. Their cancellation policy, non-refundable deposit policy, and Sunday pick-up arrangement are not as flexible as I need it to be. The second time I kenneled my dog there there was a sweet note about her temperament and her experience at the Bungalo, and both times my dog seemed happy to be there. If it wasn’t for my frustration about the financial aspect of their policies I would give them five stars.

Brock is always happy when he arrives and after a day at B.B....staff is very attentive.

My Romeo has been going to daycare here for about over a year. And I can tell you every day he loves coming here. The staff gives him lots of love and accommodate any special requests I may have for Romeo. They treat him well and he always comes out smiling. Definitely would recommend.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. This place is bad. The staff was very friendly, but my dog is forever traumatized. I took my little dog there for one night and two days. They charged me fees that weren't even explained also. After getting my dog home and bathing him I noticed a huge red/black bruise on his neck/chest area. He obviously ensured a traumatic experience. I called and left a message for a manager to call me back. They did and said nothing bad happened to him. OBVIOUSLY this didn't happen on his own. This place also uses slip lead leashes I have found out. Poor dogs! Please DO NOT take your animal to this place.
