Wonderful staff and great location. Really enjoyed the experience. Change vet due to Banfield buy out of old vet. Could not be happier with Blackstone. They actually treated and took care of our family member instead of trying to only sell insurance. Prices are fair and service is impeccable! Would highly recommend for your fur baby.

Our visit to BLACKSTONE ANIMAL HOSPITAL was not only covid friendly but a snap. I pulled up to "curbside appointment #1" spot, called in and within a minute I was greeted for Carnie, my dog, pickup. No more than 10 minutes elapsed and Carnie's nails were trimmed and her allergy shot was given. Checkout was also toughness with a mobile card reader and printer. It was a prefect appointment that was accomplished in a rv ound 11 minutes!

Really unprofessional and ridiculous policy of charging $10.00 for your prescription if you don't want to have it filled there. And their office manager Ann, yeah, she shouldn't be allowed to talk to clients.

They are so great. My dog is a rescue. He can get scared of people sometimes but they are so great with him. I can not see use ever going anywhere else!

Can’t say enough about Dr. Lindsey and his staff. They have proven they care about my puppy as much as I do. I have recommended them to everyone I know. Excellent service. Very caring and compassionate.

I had a job interview and the facility was very clean and you can tell they take pride in the hospital

Dr. Lindsey is absolutely awesome. I have been with him through 4 pups (20 + years) He knows his stuff and always very caring and kind.

Worst experience. This office doesn’t communicate effectively within not with consumers. I highly recommend not taking your family member to this office. Poor service all around

Vet was informative but very cold. Had to put a beloved pet down. Felt rushed and no compassion from him. Just another procedure.

Horrible front desk staff! I do not recommend this place. My Husband and I received the worst treatment that we have ever experienced in our lives from their front desk especially Ann who is their office manager. They are rude, dismissive and treat people very ugly. All they are interested in is taking your money. I spent hundreds of dollars treating my dog here and my dog never got better. I went to a new Vet and after one visit, my dog is doing great! Also never once did they call me in 3-4 months to see how my dog was doing and every time I went in they acted like I was annoying them. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE all they want to do is run up your bill and treat you horribly!

Love Dr. Lindsey and his amazing staff! He is a great vet; always listens to all of our concerns and gets to the root of the issue. He also seems to be very forward thinking and was a great help when we got our new puppy last year. We moved over 40 minutes away from his practice, but still make the drive to take our animals here. That's how much we love him!

3 dogs of our own plus each of my daughters' dogs all go to see Dr Lindsey. 14 years of seeing he and the staff and they are the best we have ever had. Have had a couple of emergencies over the years and they have been great. Also had to put 1 pet down on a Sunday and Dr Lindsey came in to the office to do the procedure and help us through everything. After all these years, feels like the staff treats us like family.

Really helpful staff who care about animals. Took great care of our dog and our cats!

Outstanding team of vets that really care.

We have been using Blackstone for 12 years since moving to Frisco, and can't say enough great things about him and his team. They have bent over backwards to accommodate us through some rough times, and have made our pet experiences infinitely better. 100% recommended!

They are always so prompt to get us in and all of the staff has been so helpful in making my dog feel at ease while there.

We have used Dr. Lindsey for last 14 years and love him. He does what is best for the animal and not what a corporate office tells him to do. He hasn’t recommended extra procedures that aren’t in the best interest of our pets. He is sensitive and caring. He is knowledgeable about testing and underlying conditions. He is quick to return messages. Prices are fair. Office is clean. Staff are friendly. It is worth the drive.

Both of our pets are very comfortable coming here. They are good and thorough and take time to answer all of our questions/concerns. Definitely recommend.

I would not recommend this vet. I used to take my dog to this office and here are my comments; 1. The vet is out of date; i didn't feel he is aware of the new medications and research, they are stuck with the same old stuff. 2. They refused to even board my dog because another vet gave him his shots. 3. My dog suffered from allergy and the vet was frustrated every time i came back for the same reason (although i paid them for each visit). 4. lack of follow ups.. once you paid your visit fee then BYE-BYE.

Money seemed to be of importance instead of my dog !!!!! STAY AWAY

The best vet in Frisco

Doc and staff are friendly and timely with appointments...they don't over-book causing you to wait. Everyone is great and calming with pets and also patient and thorough with pet "parents". Interior reception and waiting area is more like a home's living room than a traditional vet office.

Great staff & doctor. My 10 week old puppy got bit in the face on a Saturday morning & they fit him in quickly. Very thankful for such a compassionate staff.
