Been going here since our cat was a kitten. Recently, things have changed and horribly. Four ladies working in the front and none able to work with chewy for his Rx? Not one of the four could correctly read the Rx! Picking up the Rx is the only option given. However, reading the next door report about a dog boarding and coming back with wounds no one noticed or took any responsibility for was confirmation that the lack of empathy and compassion is pervasive. We had a pet emergency in Feb and it was shocking the response. Today, Even though I called before I had to wait for over 40 minutes for an Rx and while waiting hearing a dog cry out in pain, happens right? It was their reaction to hearing it and then the poor thing came out. Completely indifferent sadly, they talked about the dog being loud! Nope!

Dr Watson and staff are empathetic and kind. I feel like I can trust him, as he even helped me with some behavior issues. He has been my vet for both of my dogs including Blitzen who passed away last year. When Blitzen passed, the Dr sent me a sympathy card. It was very kind! Now he will be taking care of my new little buddy, Romeo.

We're new to Frisco and Animal Hospital of Frisco was able to get my pup in when she all of a sudden needed services due to abrupt illness. All on staff were kind, courteous and compassionate with our situation. Animal Hospital of Frisco is now our local vet!????

Amazing people, service and quality. I previously had been going to Banfield and they had over looked many conditions my dog had. Now I recommend everyone to Dr. Watson and will never go anywhere else. I am obsessed with my animals and feel comfortable knowing the quality that they provide.

Dr Watson is very caring and gentle with my pup. He takes the time to explain things.

We love Animal Hospital of Frisco, we've been taking our managerie of pets here for more years than I care to think about. The staff is awesome, they always remember who we are and our pets names. The prices are reasonable and we've never felt we're being pressured to perform unnecessary tests/procedures. We regularly board our dogs here too, and you wouldn't believe how excited they get when we pull in, must be like a doggy spa for them.

They treated our beloved puppy like she was a member of their family. You have to wait in your car due to covid, but the doctor still came out to the car to discuss our puppy's care. I thought that was really nice if him. 5 stars.

The staff I've worked with have all been super friendly and listen actively. It seems like I'm stopping by twice a month for my two 10 month olds, and they are always caring and responsive to whatever those two dogs have going on. The vets are always good about explaining multiple options of treatment and help decide the best one for you and your dogs.

I just love this place. Dr. Watson and his staff are like family. They love my dogs and I know my pups are getting the best care.

Dr. Watson and his staff’s care goes beyond the office environment. On many occasions, he or his staff have called to check in on their patient and ensure the treatment is effective. They provide great alternatives if necessary and timely scheduling when our pets need to be seen. I truly appreciate the care they have all given our animals.

I have been using Dr Watson for years for all my veterinary needs. I can honestly say he’s the most honest and compassionate veterinarian in the business. Practices high quality medicine and works within my budget. He doesn’t perform unnecessary testing or procedures, which I tremendously appreciate. I feel he treats my pets the way he would treat his own! Highly recommended.

Updating my review . Wonderful, kind hearted vets. We lost our bulldog last week and they were great. Really, no words to describe how compassionate they were. Thank you . Highly recommend this vet to anyone with fur babies. Awesome place to take your pets. Very helpful and take care of your pets. :) so glad I found this place .

Needed urgent care for my visiting daughter's dog. They were caring, reassuring, and professional with COVID protocols. We were very pleased with the care.

The staff and the doctor are awesome! Our dogs love going there and they have boarding !!!

WORST DECISION i'd ever make in my life taking my beloved pet to this place.......wish i could give them a trillion negative stars or go into detail but beware and go somewhere else if you love your pet

This is really an amazing place. The new doctor is so thoughtful and does not beat around the bush. The staff has always been just fantastic. We recently had to put our cat down and they made the whole experience not suck. I cannot commend this place more.

We love the team here! We've had several four legged family members that they have taken care of and our newest family member loves staying here when we are out of town. I never have to worry if he is going to be given enough love and affection!

I’ve known and used Dr. Watson for many years. Neither myself or anyone of my family members would trust our pets with anyone else, we actually live in Celina but are more than willing to make the drive to make sure our pets receive the best care for the best price. I highly recommend this clinic, they’re all very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone on staff is overly courteous every time we visit and they’re always happy to see you. Luckily, we haven’t had any major emergencies to date but should that day come, we know where we’re headed. As always, thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication to your profession.
