I truly love this place even though I'm just a bit biased.

They they do exceptional work on my baby and he always looks good and smells good too, thank you TLC for a wonderful job of my baby good place to take your pet when you want a job well done.

Very great relaxing experience for my little Maltese, she was able to play with all the little dogs until it was her turn... I could tell she had a great time unlike going to those big box store groomers. The groomers actually listen to what I wanted done and dud it, didn't say they were unable to do it and then shave her like P-Mart. Tuank you I have No problem driving from the woodlands to have you take care of our Girl. Thank You

Our little chihuahua is very particular about letting anyone near him but he absolutely loves Tracey. Whether it's just a "spa" day or a few days of boarding, I wouldn't trust anyone else with our baby.

Horrible experience here. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. it will get abused. Mine came back like he got rapped....please save your dogs....

Quick pleasant people that care about your dog as much as you do.

I used to go to PetSmart to get my Bella get her nail trim and grind but I try to support small mom and pop's business whenever it is feasible and convenient. I came across this place by Google and its only 7 minute away from me. I took a chance and I am impress by their staff and dedication. It took 3 people to hold my stubborn Jack Russel mix down for a nail trim lol. They are affordable and quick. I will come back and continue to support this business. Thank you TLC Pet Grooming for taking Bella in at short notice.

DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely terrible job. Spent $60 to get my dog groomed, dropped him off at 10AM and they weren’t done till 6:30PM. His hair cut looked absolutely ridiculous and they missed many spots. Ears were NOT cleaned, we had to clean them when we got home. And i asked them to keep him in the kennel and when i showed up to pick him up he was out with the other dogs walking around in other dog’s piss. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! Waste of my money.

This place was terrible. I brought in my 4 month puppy at 9 am and I was told it would take 1-2 hours over the phone. When I got there they told me it would be 2-3 hours due to puppies most likely not liking the dryer. When I called 3 hours later, they told me he would be done within 45 min. I called after an hour (at this point the total time passed was 4 hours and they told me that there were still 2 other dogs in front of him to get a haircut that would each take 45 minutes long. I was Livid to say the least. I told the person over the phone that I was going to pick up my dog haircut or not. I brought him in at 9 am and did not anticipate him being there for more than an hour so, so he hadn’t eaten! The idea of him being there for 4 hours and potentially another 1-2 hours was not okay with me. I quickly went over and as soon as I walked in I saw he was getting his hair cut. I told the woman that I wanted to take him, and they apologized profusely. They stated a groomer had not made it into work which caused a setback in appointments. This all could have been avoided had they openly shared that with me upon drop off or in the phone calls I placed checking in on him. I would have gladly picked him up and dropped him back off. Upon reading other reviews after going through this experience, it seems as though this is a common theme for TLC Pet Grooming. I will not be bringing my dog back here again. I hope this review provides perspective to the owners of this establish and also helps other pet parents make the decision on whether or not they choose to groom here.

This place stinks both literally and figuratively

I have been going to Tracy for years. She is an amazing groomer, and she loves your animals! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my baby!!!

This place is nasty. This is my first time coming here (as I live a mile from them) and I wont ever be back. I brought my 2 dogs in this morning at 10am, both for a bath, and one for a hair cut. All of the flooring is ripped up in there, the lighting is horrible, the place STUNK so bad, and they had probably 6 dogs (with more coming in after me) running around in the open area where the grooming stations are, which in my opinion is not safe. The dogs that had already been groomed were in crates stacked on top of one another. When I finally called at 1:45pm to check on my dogs I was told mine was next to get her hair cut and the other one was ready. I went to Kroger and spent a little over an hour there thinking that'd be more than enough time for them to have her ready. When I walked in they were barely finishing her cut. I was told my total was $138.62, okay that's totally fine, I pull out my card and am then informed that they are cash or check only. NO ONE told me this when I dropped them off, thankfully I had the cash in my account so I could write a check, BUT not everyone does. I will continue to give "Gimme a bark" my business, I have no clue how this place is still allowed to be open as it looks like a disaster waiting to happen. Let me update this as well since the owner wanted to track me down on social media and harass me for my review. They also butchered my dogs hair cut and cut my puppies nails so short that they bled! Absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional to act this way toward me, especially over 2 months after the fact. She definitely seems mentally unstable and i would beware before giving any of your business to this place.

TLC has been at the very edge of our Village for years and Tracy the owner is as compassionate as she can be. Watcher of many of our Village Pups. I pray they will always be there on my way in and out of our neighborhood. Please remember to hit the like button if my review helped you in anyway.

Stole my info illegally and used it. STAY AWAY protect yourself. The owner has been deleting all bad reviews in their business Facebook page. Can't delete google reviews lady. Very unprofessional. Plus my dog got hurt and she didn't seem to care one bit!!!

Very Professional!!!! Very kind !!! And you can truly see they love the animals ❤ they took very good care of my Chloe!! They made sure her bows matched her dress and her collar!! How thoughtful ???? when I dropped her off she was very nervous but when I came back to pick her up she was happy and beautiful!!! The owner is super unprofessional and has tracked down customers on their personal Facebook page who have left HONEST bad reviews to confront/disrespect her. Be prepared to deal with crazy if you use TLCs services.

We have been using TLC for the past 2 years and we are very happy with the care and grooming of our mini schnauzer.

My dogs love to come here and play, they run in and go crazy when we pull up. The groomers know what they are talking about and have helped me with my dogs skin problems! I have a weekly deal with them that is unbeatable for a medicated bath! They are always welcoming and always remember my babies! Definitely recommend this establishment!!

We are always extremely happy with how our Bella looks after her appointments here. They have been the only groomer that makes our yorkie comfortable and are always able to give her a great haircut even when we bring her in full of knots.

The owner, Tracy Farver is unprofessional and literally stalked and harrased one of her customers who gave her a bad review. anyone who does things like this is not worth giving business to in my book. You deserve the bad review if that's how you act to feedback. EVERY BUSINESS WILL GET A BAD REVIEW HERE AND THERE. It's how you REACT to it that counts and you being a bully did not do anything for you or your business. and then there's a review by Tracey FarVer literally saying that she wishes people would go to her instead of writing reviews?? then proceeds to tell a couple of customers who did write bad reviews that they should be ashamed of themselves?? Wow. So trashy Also, it was easy to find out that a lot of these positive reviews were made by personal friends and or family UPDATE: the owner, Tracey has now proceeded to accuse the person who wrote a bad review about her of threatening to beat her, which was never the case, and there is absolutely no evidence of that. Please head our warnings to not do business with this crazy person

Our dogs love this place. We have always gotten our westie groomed here. Friendly and caring people.
