Been here couple times. Bought orange, yellow and polar parrot from here. Owner were nice and most of employees provide good service. Except 1 time i took my friend here get a few fish, one of the employee have a dark face like she dont want to be working here and making us as customer shouldnt get fish here and grab the fishes very rough. 1 of 4 times been here 1 bad experience. Overall i say a good place and decent prices on fish.

I have gotten 2 perfect HEALTHY pups here. Got my mini Schnauzer Pepper here in 2018 ♡ .. and my Beagle Ruby in 2021. I recommend them if you're wanting to add a little cridder to your fam. THEY DO NOT BUG YOU TO BUY! Prices are easy to find, no guessing or run around. Very pleasant experience both times. I frequently hear 'adopt don't shop' but these babies need homes too, so I don't condone the judgements.

Bought a beautiful healthy Corgi! Took her to the vet the day I got her no problems! I have bought many animals here over the years birds hamsters for my child. Great place to go if you’re looking for an animal and a variety of animal products! Definitely recommend them!

I don’t know much about Beta Fish but the Rep told me to put 10 drops of conditioner in 1 gallon of water. She wrote it on the bottle but if you read the directions it says 1 drop per gallon. I trusted her and it’s dead now. He made it for 8 months.

Pretty nice selection of fish here. Feeders are very cheap and good quality.

Clean and lots of choices

I bought a corgi from pet place back in July. I have had no issues with him. He is healthy and very stubborn… I love him and I am very happy with him and what I paid. The owner actually gave me a discount but I’m always in her store buying fish. I have lots of beautiful healthy fish too from pet place. I would like to buy another corgi from her in the future. And the staff is very nice and friendly. Love Pet Place ❤️

When went to buy what they had stated was a Multipoo as a Christmas gift for my brother’s fiancé, but come to find out after after 11 months he was a Schnauzer mixed with Yorkshire Terrier. It did hurt to learn we were lied to and had paid hundreds for a breed we never intended to buy. And sadly this place seems like a puppy mill and I hope Karma does what it does best. If there was an option to put zero stars I would.

Lot of variety but a little overpriced.

Clean and friendly service. Lots of fishes to choose from. From tiny fish to koi. And there is a small plant shop inside.

Best place in Houston and they still have live mice for feeding variety of plants for your home exotic fish variety of dogs and small pets if I was Cisco in Ebert I'll give him two thumbs up LOL

The poor animals have an indecent bed, and they all look sad????

I got my beautiful betta fish there a few months ago and it seems he has only gotten more colorful since I have had him. They are there if you need help in the store, but not at all pushy. I went in several times a week to look at their puppies and other animals. I am only giving 3 stars because I wish they took a little better care of the puppies. I have seen puppies before without a blanket lying on the wire screen in the cage. It made me want to buy a bed, just so the puppy would have one. We all know puppies like to chew stuff apart and perhaps the puppy would not have used it. It would be nice if they had the option though. Same thing goes for toys, wish they each had a toy to play with. Other than that, the dogs seem to be pretty happy and of course adorable. I have even overheard them work with someone who had some health trouble with a pup. I don’t know what the outcome was, but they did give them the time and attention to talk about it.

This place really have some nice and healthy fish. I also by fish fir my turtles to. Prices are reasonable and there is a lot to choose from. The pets in the store are well kept and clean.

All of their puppies looked really sad and desperate for a home. Don't buy from here or the owners will continue to buy more from suppliers and mistreat them

I bought some fishes of decent quality and ok price from here. Their water looks pretty clean and very few dead fishes in tank which is a plus. But the puppies on the side are most definitely from puppy mills being sold at outrageous price and kept in poor conditions. Stop selling puppies and i would give a 4 star

My wife and I got our first puppy here who is a shih tzu and still going strong, they've got a nice selection of dogs here.

I have always had great experiences with the owner and ladies on the store floor. They have always treated me like a special customer. Yes I am in there more often than most but the prices are fair and they do have a customer loyalty card.

Great place to shop for fish, dogs, and some other wild life. My dog is always happy to return...

Went in for a look but it didn't last long. The puppies look so sad laying on cold wire. Please get these puppies a bed at least! Zero stars
