Caring, Compassionate, and Professional. Dr. Lozzi is a very good and experienced Veterinarian. He and his staff cared for our two Pugs for years... and then when we had to have them sent to Heaven Dr. Lozzi and his staff were super gentle and caring, and our Babies never suffered for even one second. Am sketchy when it comes to trusting with my love one but no matter how bad it looks they take good care good care of my little paw boy..

The Vet actually spoke to us directly, which may not seem like a big deal but the last never even called back on the phone. It was affordable, even the medicine was not overpriced. The diagnosis was explained well, as well as the treatment. The Vet is only allowing one person inside at a time, but came outside just to speak with me. Something I appreciated very much, as listening in over the phone was not ideal. I've only been here once but I highly recommended it. Dr. Steve Lozzi was the Vet I spoke with and he was very nice, calm, and professional.

Everyone was wonderful to work with and helped me save my first foster kitten for saving hope.

Dr. Lozzi is amazing he is so thorough and very straight forward and honest. His staff are super helpful and very friendly. We have never felt rushed and he has always listened to our concerns and that is so hard to find now a days.

Very disappointed that they would not let more than 2 people in the room when euthanizing the family pet. Usually there is more than 2 people in the family. They should have made it a point to tell us this. Heartbroken that I couldn't be in there with my wife and daughter while they put my best friend to rest. I would have tried every place possible until I found a place that would have let us all in the room. I understand it's only due to Covid but some exceptions need to be made.. 1 more person was not a damn risk! This will be the last time I go here. And I will tell everyone that this happened.

This is our second time visiting the hospital. First was to address a botched nurturing from TCAP. The staff was prompt to address the pain and set designed a plan for me that was detailed on how to care for my suffering puppy. Today I returned to find the same caring staff, timely service and the Dr. was informative and had a great bed side manner. Will return again.

I went to Dr. Lozzi after my boss who has been using Wedgwood for years recommended him. I had just adopted a dog from Fort Worth Animal Control and she had an awful cough, much worse than the normal sound of kennel cough. I'd already taken her to another vet and they put her on meds that weren't working. Dr. Lozzi took time with my baby. He looked over every inch of her. He explained the medicine he prescribed to me in detail and why he thought it was best for her. By the next morning she was already improving. My baby is almost fully recovered now and I couldn't be more thankful. Also, my total at this vet was less than at the one who wasn't able to fix my girl. They got me in quickly. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Dr. Lozzi is straight to the point and I felt he very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this establishment.

Great staff! You can tell everyone there really loves animals.

Dr. Lozzi is the best. He is a good diagnostician and a great surgeon. Unlike other vets that want to run a battery of test, he can often diagnose with palpitations and maybe a test/x-ray. Great vet and so good with the fur babies.

I posted my review once, but obviously, they removed it. I had (in the beginning) with this vet and his staff...but the last time I was there (3 years ago), I was very unhappy with them. I had been a client for literally years...(since they first opened) . There were several incidents that caused me to become disenchanted with Dr. Lozzi and his staff...I won't give details, but to be such a loyal client for years, I was treated with little respect. .......the growing concern I had encountered for numerous times, I decided "enough was enough'"...I have always had 2 dogs...and one time, I had 3...so the visits were frequent. They charge for everything...I mean e v e r y t h i n g...over the top. Then the last straw came after I was told (my rescue dog had just died) I was not going to be able to get his cremated remains until AFTER Christmas...that was it. They had plenty of time...like a month to return them. I just wanted Cody home for Christmas. Incidentally, I did win out....Never returned.

All Lozzi cares about is how much money he can.get.from you. I took my pet to him for his annual physical. Lozzi checked his anal gland and said they were full and charged extra for draining them. Well that was a lie. I do the gland myself. Always have, always will. But will Lozzi's assertive attitude I had to leave before I told him where to go. My neighbor took her pet to see him against my objections because her pet had a cough. He tried to put her pet on opiods.(Totbultol) For a cough!!! Only thing I can say is WATCH YOURSELF.

The doctor was very deceptive as far as pricing for a dog will not be going back

As others have said..his practice is more about cash than the welfare of your pets. I sent an email to him (on the clinic website) about a very serious concern I have with one of my 4 pets. It has now been 4 days and he did not even taken the time to say he received it...much less help me with my concern about one of my dogs. I am looking for a new vet...you should too. DO NOT make the mistake I did! Look for a REAL vet...more concerned about the health of your pets than how much money he can get from you! I would NEVER recommend him to anyone for any pet!!!
