Excellent! My dog loves it there!

My 5 year old cat couldn't stop vomiting and he stayed for 7 days at Buckner Terrace. During that time they couldn't get him to stop vomiting or find out why it was happening. They returned him to me and said he should be fine. When he started vomiting again the doctor wouldn't return my calls and I watched my baby starve to death in front of me slowly. I called the office so many times to ask if they could see him again and they never did. I have never experienced such unprofessional cruelty in my life.

I scheduled an appt for my new 10 week old puppy. They never told me I have to drop her at the door. I came for the appt and they wanted to take my puppy for he 1st shots and leave me outside!! Outrageous. Without any notice. They said due to covid. Have they heard about masks if they are so afraid of covid that they would not anyone in the clinic??

This veterinarian and staff are not only caring and friendly but so kind to your fur Babies! The icing on the cake is they are reasonably priced too!

Dr Norris has been taking care of our 12 year old pup since we go him. They take such good care of him that he loves going there.

Been going here for years. Dr Norris is great at what he does. I would've given the clinic 5 stars but my dog hates going there! lol

Their the best staff ever! And they do curbside pickup for walking and appointment doggy nailtrims. The best trimmers in town too!

Doc Norris did his best for our sheltie Bruno. Regrettably Bruno was not to be saved. He and his staff were amazing to my wife sister-in-law nephew and myself by allowing us to say good bye to our precious little family member. My wife and I both dearly appreciate everything Doc Norris and his staff did for Bruno and for us. If you have a furbaby, definitely consider this guy and his staff.

Part 1 as I was recommended from the VET hospital to take him to his veterinarian. I call Christine said sure.. So they have curbside service. I was told the amount I couldn't afford it, Dr. Norris was able to help me out. Part 2 this morning I called office to check on his results of my German Shepherd and was told good news. I told them I was having trouble giving him his medication. Dr. Norris was awesome and kind to replace it to a liquid form. Thanks Christine and staff and Dr. Norris!!

Very professional and they were even able to get my not so nice dog in with no problems, without my help at all! That's impressive!

Dr. Norris has been our family vet since I was a child (now in my 40’s). He has taken care of my grandmothers animals, my mother and fathers animals and mine. This place has changed I’m sad to say for the worse over the years. His staff is rude and they are ruff with the dogs. My dog is a little scary and instead of them taking the time to ease her fears they just drag her by the lead. I left her they for 4 days and they placed my 85 pound baby in a harness that caused lacerations underneath all four of her legs two rounds of antibiotics. Now I know things happen but they didn’t even notice it. By time we picked her up it was all infected. I just think it’s all around lack of care. It really saddens me to write this review and accept the fact that he is no longer our family vet. Your staff can make or break your practice.

I have been going to them With all 3 of my Labs for over 10 years now. I even moved to Plano, and to this day - I’ll drive 38 minutes just to bring my dogs to see them. My oldest lab of 15 has been going before the 8 years ! I have always been blessed with the doc & the staff!

Dr Norris and staff are the best.

Excellent vet who’s always timely, friendly, and not afraid to answer all your questions to the best of their ability. It’s fairly priced (a plus for rescues) and very easy to schedule at. All my foster kittens and one of my cats go here— everyone is so friendly and welcoming! They’ll definitely take care of your loved fur baby here.

The vet actually cares about your critters and manages to be thorough while still being pretty affordable. I highly recommend him and feel confident taking both my dogs and cats here.
