They always take very good care of our cats.

Our dog had an excellent examination and evaluation. The Vet explained things clearly and made some recommendations for how to improve our (aging) dog's well being. I recommend University Animal Hospital without reservation.

Great vets and staff. I have been using UAH for over ten years. I wouldn't dream of taking my animals anywhere else. The staff is always cognizant of finances, owners and pets. They are always warm and friendly. They are especially careful about covid transmission. I took two of my fur babies in last week for check-up and vaccinations. The staff was wonderful. Dr. Minnerly is an amazing veterinarian & Dr D. was great with my cowardly cocker spaniel.

Very efficient and friendly team

As of today I won’t be going here again. I brought in a stray kitty to get her fixed up to take care of her and live with me and my other cat. I took precautions leaving her in another room for a few days to make sure she was fine before letting her around the apartment. She obviously had ring worm and fleas. The vet took care of the fleas but told me she did not have ring worm. I bring her home, two weeks later i’m covered in ring worm. I’m now worried my other cat has it as well. I brought her back to the vet to get ring worm medicine and they charge me around $150 when this medicine is like $80 all together at a walmart. I’m upset and embarrassed. I definitely should have not left the first time without ring worm treatment, but my biggest mistake was even returning. I’m going to go to a vet who knows what they are doing and doesn’t overcharge me when they have been no help. Being a broke college student in the middle of a pandemic, this has me completely stressed out. I do not recommend this place, I will for sure find someone cheaper and more caring. The next month now involves me trying to get rid of ringworm in my apartment, my cats, and myself.

The vet and Stormy took great care of my little girl. She has a tendency to nip when she's scared and they handled her like champs. Have been coming here for 8 years and do not plan on going anywhere else.

I am posting this because Dr John Minnerly was my first Vet over 33 years ago. I've never been to this clinic. I live in Austin and we are thinking of moving back to D/FW. I would not think twice about going to this clinic because of my previous experience with Dr John. He is compassionate and I have known him for many years. John knows what he is doing and cares about helping people/pets.

All of the staff at University Annimal Hospital are wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my fur baby.

We were new to the area and took one of our dogs there for what we thought was a bug bite on her paw. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the techs and veterinarian were so helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what it was on her paw and provided all of the information we needed to care for our pup.

They are very professional yet friendly. They were able to promptly see my dog. It is curbside drop off only due to dang covid. You cannot go in with your pet so I do not like that part of it but I do understand. It makes you feel so helpless not being able to keep your pet comforted during the exam and treatment process.

Very very awesome staff and doctor! Was able to see me and my furkid the next day, and listened to all my concerns! Got in and doctor gave him an exam and came in and told me what was going on - I was extremely worried it was going to be something crazy like a hip replacement but he was honest and didn’t try to gouge me for more appointments or giving me unnecessary treatment. The vet tech even asked me what my budget was when prescribing my dog medicine. So thoughtful, especially in this time. Thank you UAH!

My pets have been patients of UAH for over 25 years. I totally trust their experience and expertise. The Dr. went over his check up with my pup with me, but I wish I had been able to witness the check-up.

Jaime is the best. She is so sweet. Great receptionist and a keeper.
