Nice place. Good for getting reasonable priced shots for pets. But, stupidly, they require facemasks (ONLY reason for star downgrade is the requirement [1 star] and the rwi staff members that are ridiculous sticklers about it and think they are going to single-handedly save mankind by being borderline jerks about it [1 star].)

Brought my pup in this morning for spaying and these people are amazing! They are super friendly and they explain everything in detail. There’s also a video on their site showing what to expect after surgery.

They are outstanding. Dealing with all types of fur babies. Not only the animal personalities but making water available and those that are standing outside trying to keep all pets as cool as they can. Then cleaning up after the pets as well.

They are always so nice here. My dog is always well treated if not spoiled by the great staff. Michael has greeted us 2 years in a row and she always does the best job possible and is kind while wrangling all the people waiting. It's not an easy job and everyone here handles it professionally. Even when some people are rude and completely out of line. Thank you for doing a great job! Ps the prices are great!!

I have had 2 appointments with this place and both times have been told that the vet is not comfortable spaying our dog. First time she went into heat the day of the appointment and second time the vet wasn't comfortable because we informed of a possibility of low blood sugar and was canceled again. I've come here in years past with no problems but the vet now isnt willing to do anything unless your dog is 100% healthy with absolutely no issues. Tell this place anything to try to assist like at a doctor's office and they will cancel you.

All the staff we’re all awesome & so kind. My puppy fur baby was neutered & they did a great job. They explained everything very well what they would be doing.& how to care for him after the procedure. The next day I did have a question about his medicine. They explained it to me. They are just over all a great place to take your fur baby. I highly recommend them.

Awesome staff. Working as quickly and efficiently as possible. It was crowded but they did great. We will be back in 3 weeks !

Took my 2 male cats in for a neuter and it was an easy experience from beginning to end. The only tough part was when I got them home. They're jumpers!

Don't Be Fooled by Their Ad! Their ad, that they continually mail out, says they are open on Thursdays from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. It's a LIE. They are not open on Thursday evenings. Don't let them fool you into wasting your time packing up your dog, driving down there and waiting for someone to open the door at 6:00. It's just a cleaver trick to mess with you and waste your time!

The girls tried to vaccine my dog and he didn't want to. She got few done, but the last shot couldn't because he was afraid. So the manager came from I don't know where and said I'm going to try and my dog bit her. Of course, is another stranger at least she should pet him first.

I've always taken all my pets here and everyone is very nice and helpful
