I came to this vet office after it was recommended to us. We ended up having to put our 16-year-old girl down on our first visit. We paid extra to have Tiny cremated individually and have her paw print imprinted on clay. Four days after we lost her and we’re all grieving, the vet called me to tell me that the crematorium made an awful mistake and cremated Tiny in a mass cremation and we won’t get her ashes or paw print in return. I was broken by this. I’d had Tiny for more than half of my life and not getting to bury her for closure was brutal. When I called the crematorium to find out what happened, they told me the vet actually made the error and sent a cat in Tiny’s body bag. It became a disgusting finger pointing match between the vet and crematorium. I asked the vet’s office manager if she could imagine what pain we’re going through and asked if they planned to do anything to make amends and she said, “ so sorry.” That was it. I would not recommend taking a loved animal here. The lack of compassion and honesty is appalling.

I'm glad a family member told me about Schroeder's. Dr. Logan and the staff members were caring, thorough, and their diagnosis and treatment plan finally helped my pup get relief from chronic ear issues. I'll be going back with any pet needs in the future.

I have lived in the area for a number of years and just discovered Dr. Schroeder. I wish I found his practice years ago. The staff is amazing, Dr. Schroeder is amazing. Prices for services are fair. Finally I have found a veterinarian that cares more about me and my pet then money.

Great doctor and staff. All friendly.

Went in to get my dogs seen and was turned away. Lady at the desk didn't have a warm personality at all. Just told me "No doctor here, so I had to leave." She didn't smile she didn't really greet just told me no doctor. Just plain RUDE.

This is a great, old fashioned vet clinic. Dr. Schroeder is friendly, knowledgable, experienced, and doesn't try to upsell you with needless tests/procedures like the chain clinics do. He saved our cat's life twice, and he always charged us fairly for everything. A super vet and clinic.

I love this vet. Very thorough and caring. Assistant Jill is a key member of the team and is very observant and really awesome with the animals. We had a very difficult cat that she handled with ease. This place is the best.
