I've been coming here for years and they've always done a great job.

Amazing level of care for our fur children!

So set a appointment to bring my dog in because she wasn’t able to put her paw down asked if they could prescribe some anti inflammatory till the appointment they said they can’t till they see the dog but they approved the meds through chew.com. With out seeing her doesn’t make since it’s aspirin for dogs there is no reason not to. I have been going here since I got my dog will not be coming back nor would I recommend them

My first time there and I really like this place...very friendly staff ....I went there for a second opinion and the Dr set me down and was very honest with me...this is all I wanted was to be told the truth...thank God there are people like them instead of other places just taking your money....so yes I gave a five star and I appreciate a honest vet..

Do NOT bring your pet here! Receptionist (heavy set blonde with blue eyes) and tech was extremely rude and hostile during my visit. She made it obvious she hates her job and cannot handle the workload due to short staffing issues they are having. When asked for an email to this clinic she wrote it on a post it note, slammed her pen, and threw it at me. There is also a brunette tech with long hair who was talking to other customers with a very aggressive tone. I asked for an office manager to speak to in regards to the extremely bad service, the receptionist laughed and said there was no manager. The receptionist and tech refused to give me their names or any information as to where I could make a complaint about the service I received. I then asked if I could speak to the vet and they responded with "there is no vet." At that point I left. I strongly recommend finding a different clinic, if they can treat people Ike this who's to say they treat the animals any different. Oh! After some intense digging I found out the receptionists name is Cameron and the owner is Dr. Alice. Of course there is no info on where I can contact Dr. Alice but if you read this I strongly suggest finding a new receptionist, there was another customer who brought in her cat and who also said that Cameron was extremely rude to her too.

Appointments are rarely honored on time. You can come 15 minutes early and they will still make you wait 30 minutes. But god forbid you are running 5 minutes late, they wont take your pet in. More over their last appointment is at 4:30 pm but they are open till 6. All around ridiculous.

Love this place, I have been taking my dog since 5 years ago and just took my new puppie and I have never had any issues. Great service and they make it really easy and fast!

They r the Greatest. Friendly, not over priced, was willing to work with me for my dogs (3), I can't take them all at 1 time, so they worked with me l. They r great.

This is an awesome clinic, they are very friendly. My son loved the environment and energy of the clinic. Our dog Dullahan and cat Cali had a great time and loved the staff. Very clean and friendly environment. I recommend this place to everyone. Loved it!!! ~_~

Great place to take your baby animal

No, no and NO!!! Way over priced just walk in and wasn't helpful at all. Will never go there again!

A year ago I posted a 5 star review after having spent fifteen to twenty years roughly coming here. Their commitment to caring for animals while providing meaningful care is unrivaled in Arlington. If somehow there is somewhere that provides as good of care, I can personally guarantee you that their price point is nowhere near the same as Arkansas Browning. Today is a March 29,2021 and COVID is subsiding but dangerous for people who are over 70 with underlying issues. ( this would be my grandmother )... so their ability to provide curbside service and to speak to my Grandmother on my phone to answer minute questions, and just to be kind and make her feel secure in her decision making was just one more example of this business going above and beyond their job. The man who really went above and beyonds name is Steph. If some manager/owner, or whomever reads it this, I hope you take good care of this young man financially and just at the workplace. It is refreshing to know young men like him exist! Thanks Arkansas Browning Clinic for going doing what many say cannot be done which is to provide great service, fast service, at an affordable price. Liked this vet until we found some scathing/unwarranted comments about us in our dog’s official medical record. Never going back here and take my dog to Gully Animal Hospital instead.

Been going here two years in a row and the entire staff is wonderful and friendly and they're very good with my two furr-babies and I would recommend them to anybody. I have an appointment next week and I anticipate the same friendliness will giving updated review and post some photos as well

Oh gosh I'm shopping for an emergency walkin that won't cost a arm and leg. And let me tell you this is by far the best phone call I've had in the 3 cities I've reached out to- will definitely be making a mental note for vet transfer!

Best vet in Arlington, very trustworthy, we wouldn't use anyone else, our dog Charlie somehow scratched his cornea ,they immediately took him in and did a fantastic job, prescribed medication for his injury, will recheck in 4 days, thank you Michelle Gilbertson

I highly recommend Dr. Lukowski! She is personable, warm, smart and caring. It is hard to find a good vet but I think I found my forever vet with Dr. Lukowski. Taking your pet to the vet can be intimating but she makes it easier. I am so glad she is a part of Arkansas Browning.

Good prices/packages. Good staff! Took my cat during COVID-19. Had to wait in the car while they took her in. They were nice as we communicated via phone, the nurse who I spoke with on person gave good info. I don't remember speaking with the actual vet, but nonetheless my cat was well taken care of. She did not looked stressed or restless when we she was returned to me. We went for cat exams and vaccines. I did told the nurse ahead of time what issues my cat had with other animals, or her behavior for her safety. Just let nurse know what concerns you may have if your pet goes in without you.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The nurses and doctor are so caring of your animals it’s amazing! We took our German Shepard there because he had a perianal hernia and this was one of the few places where they repaired it. The day of his surgery they told us he had heart worms so we had to postpone his surgery to get rid of the heart worms and let me tell you they were amazing treating him for heart worms while keeping him comfortable with his hernia. A few months later his heart worm treatment ended and we were able to do his hernia surgery. A couple of months later our lovely dog is recovering and we took him in for a check up and everyone was so happy to see our dog healthy and recovering! The staff was so lovely and understanding of our situation and helped us get through it! They treated our dog like it was theirs and I cannot thank them enough! I love this clinic and will continue coming here :)

I called and made my new kitten appointment with Kathy, who was fabulously helpful, friendly, and accommodating! I’m thrilled with the new kitten appointment options and the flexibility to adjust it to my needs! I’m tremendously impressed and excited about my visit!

Adjusting to vet care in the middle of a pandemic was easy with the help from the staff here. They answered all our questions and gave us lots of support for our new puppy.

Staff is very Kind and caring...great helping social distance with coronavirus prices are responsible as well. My dog Bella says thank you Browning????
