Expensive, but you get what you pay for. They took very good care of our pup for 2 weeks.

My dog Liam is so very happy after a day and night with the wonderful staff at petsuites! Take a chance and try them out. They are FANTASTIC!!

Thank you for responses. You manage the online grading better than the facility. I was calling you guys weeks before the appointment to make sure she will be accepted. I described all the details about age, personality and breed. I wish you guys gave us warning beforehand, instead of rejecting her on the day we flow out. She did great with my sitter, who I called at the last minute. It’s just clear to me that your facility and staff are not professional or reliable. Also, it’s not my dog’s fault to be a giant breed, which I stated repeatedly before we showed up. She is also super sweet, friendly and nice.

I take both my Beagles to Pet Suites Chisholm Trail to board and they are amazing. My beagles have high anxiety and one will even seizure when upset and so far we have had no seizures! When I call in to check on them I get a full report on how they are doing not just a oh they are doing good! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to board their pet!

I was very pleased with my pup's recent stay with PetSuites. The facility itself is new and clean; the staff was very helpful, professional, and very "pet-friendly". The aspect I liked BEST was the large "suite" that had a long outdoor run attached. Other positives were their very flexible hours for dropping off and picking up; the two large outdoor play areas (plus a large indoor one for bad weather days!) ; and the easy access off Chisolm Trail Tollway. I will be leaving my dog with them for several days this Christmas season and am SO GLAD to have a great boarding facility that makes it a bit easier to do so!!!!!!

Thanks for taking care of Florine! She seems like she had a great time at the Puppy Activities, and her nails look great after visiting your groomer! Very comfortable leaving her with PetSuites next time we're out of town.

I had a very nervous dog that growled and braked at the laddies at first but he was able to warm up to them eventually and over all was sent home with a positive report card! Thanks for loving my puppy!

I took my little dog to PetSuites Chisholm Trail for her first experience being boarded. Lizzie was healthy and happy when I picked her up. I would definitely recommend going to PetSuites, I will definitely take my little dog again in the future.

PetSuites does a great job caring for my senior dog. When I leave her in their care, whether for the day or overnight, I don't worry because I know she is in good hands. They do have some challenges with their billing system occasionally (it has incorrectly included a late pick up fee a couple of times), but they always rectify it very quickly and are very responsive.

Dropped by for a tour, and the lady at the front desk was awesome! I believe her name was Sarah. She answered all of my questions and reassured me that my doggo would have a great time in their facility. The facility is also SUPER clean, which is something that is very important to me. I cannot wait to make my first reservation!

This place is THE BEST. I left my two dogs with them for a week and they still have never let me down!This was their second stay at this hotel. I did the gold package an solo play where they play with staff instead of other dogs an they sent me picture updates everyday. My dogs looked like they had an amazing time an it took a lot of worry away from leaving them for so long. Will of course be using them again soon!

Could not have had a worse experience. Megan the so called manager, made it much worse. Her discrimination against my service animal and lack of information for a 3 week board and train was beyond sub par. Good news is the trainer was nice, but if you can t get past the front desk, what's the point? Stay away from this place at any cost.

First time using the Boarding Service with my pet Archie. Loved the pictures and daily updates sent while on vacation. Really appreciate the service and quality care of my dog =)

Took my fur baby Roman for the first time and it went great, when I picked him up he was in a good mood on our way home he was sleeping like a baby???????????? I will definitely be bringing Roman back????

Planned ahead. Visited months early for tour and to make reservations. Provided hard copies of all required vet documents. Confirmed via phone 4 days prior to the date. No issues. Walked into Petsuites with our dogs, food, bedding the day we were leaving town. Staff could not find the paperwork I gave them. Sad this review won’t allow me to give them negative stars. RESPONSE TO petsuites’ ANSWER: 1) You did not tell me you needed an updated letter from the vet re the unvaccinated dog until the day we were going out-of-town. You had that opportunity when I called to confirm the reservation a few days before. 2) You also lost the vaccination records I delivered to you for our vaccinated dog. Please learn from this and make improvements instead of modifying the facts.

The staff here are welcoming and friendly... my furry son loves this place!

I just checked this place out today for the first time, it looks like a great facility and tons of fun for my two boys. I really wish they would open or allow drop offs at 6am for the people that have very early jobs, like hospital staff. Thank you

Tried to schedule a grooming appointment for my small dog and was literally told to go somewhere else because the groomer didn’t want to work with my dog because she didn’t have help.

Friendly people, clean, spacious but more costly than what I'm used to paying. I didn't like how when I signed up online to board my baby boy, I had to go thru this whole questionnaire and then when I got there to board him, they ask the same things again..so like why have anyone fill out the online part?

Our dogs had a great time. Staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. They gave our dogs a 'report card' to bring home with details of their stay. 10/10. We will definitely be boarding our dogs here from now on

Gave this place an initial try with just getting our Aussie bathed. He was to get bath and furminator. He came back shedding more that when he went in. They proclaimed to have provided a service that clearly was night provided

Thanks PetSuites at Chisolm Trail. My dog, Butkus, is extremely timid and scared at times of new until he gets adjusted. The employees took the time to work with my dog and build the best relationship with him while we were on vacation. He came home so happy which lets me know that PetSuites really worked hard at working with him on his level and pace. Other places that he stayed he would come home exhausted or on edge and would immediately crash at home. When we got home he was ready to play. Thanks so much to the entire team that worked with Butkus and loved on him in his way to help make his stay the best for him!! You made this fur babies momma’s heart so happy!!! I love the options to upgrade and to add more fun activities. These people really do love dogs.

Took my 2 dogs in for boarding over 4th of July holiday. Took 3 bags of food each for the 3 nights they were there. When we got home there was still one bag of food per pet in their bag. I went back to inquire and was told that they must not have eaten one night so the food was left there and not picked up and given fresh food. My dogs don't leave food behind. She also stated that it was probably last night that they didn't eat, but that was night 3 and the last bag so that is not correct. She later admitted that this has happened before and would address the staff again. If they would of owned up to their mistake instead of making excuses I would consider giving them another try but I won't be.

When I first decided to take my puppy to this place was because I saw good reviews, however i notice that my puppy hasn't been receiving the same treatment like others. I don't ever get to know how he is doing, and today unfortunately they didn't feed him. Their excuse was that they couldn't find the food. When I told them where it was and they could just call me to ask me. But instead they decided to just feed him treats.

The staff at PetSuites are very attentive and helpful. Margo, the trainer is great with dogs and extremely patient with slow learners (me). The real indication to me that they are wonderful with the puppies is how my dog reacts when we pull up to the place. We have had to get door protectors for my car doors because she turns into 85 pounds of psycho excited puppy trying to claw her way out of the car to get in the place. I really really like this place because of the convenience and the comfort of knowing my dog is in good hands. My dog though, really really LOVES this place and that is what is the most important to me.

I really appreciate this facility! The staff interacts with my pet, Diesel, extremely well. And I can truly say that he enjoys his half days with his new founded friends… So much so that when I pick him up he doesn’t want to leave. And after we have return home, from an enjoyable day Diesel is truly tuckered out. I can tell that he has really enjoyed himself. So PetSuites… Keep doing what you doing! You are truly appreciate it.

I have been bringing my furchild here since I found them. We both love the place and the staff. I would recommend it if you care and are concerned about your family when you are away or just want them to have play time with others.

I’m really disappointed that I’ve referred so many neighbors and friends to this place. My dog loved it and we had a great experience up until this past week. We started going there about a month ago and I use boarding several times a month and grooming at least once a month. We were told that they had everything that they needed the first time we were boarding and then the night before I was notified that she had one of her vaccines out of date by 30 days. So I spent $250 running around to get her the needed shot so we could leave town. I was scheduled to put her in boarding again this week and was notified that she was going to need a canine flu vaccine. Initially they had told me that that was not required and that I signed a form since her vet does not carry the vaccine. There has been Zero mention since of the fact that she would need to get the vaccine within 30 days. It left us in a major bind and luckily we found another facility to help us out. Just very disappointing because it’s a beautiful facility and my dog loved it but I cannot recommend this as a working professional because not only has it cost me money it’s cost me a lot of grief when it would’ve been simple to just send me an email or let me know the last time was I was in there that it was going to be required. Please let me know if anyone has had great experiences elsewhere . Thanks in advance.

Our baby Bruno LOVES his time at PetSuites! He’s always excited when we drop him off for puppy preschool! Jenna did an awesome job with his grooming, and Margo has been doing great with training him (and us). It takes a collective effort...lol!! We highly recommend them for your fur babies and ALL of the staff have been welcoming!!
