No one grooms our Pyrenees mix like petlocks! I tried to take her somewhere else closer to our new house, but they charged more and didn’t do nearly as good of a job. Pyrenees are no easy project- and she looks incredible every time. We will make the drive! And they take a themed photo every time which is so funny and cute.

A little pricy, but high quality service

This place is so special. They treat your pet like family. I am so happy with the grooming on my 9 month old Pappillon.

It has been 8 months since my pup, Mali, has been groomed (due to moving states and COVID-19). She had to endure trims by me. I am extremely picky with my groomers for Mali, and it took me a while to find Petlocks Grooming, since my move. The staff was super nice and welcoming the moment I walked in, and Lee was so sweet to my pup! My pup was scared at first, but she seemed extremely comfortable when I came to pick her up! She usually tries to leave ASAP, but at Petlocks she seemed to be at home, which shows they took great care of her! They also sent me a cute photo of her once she was finished with her grooming session. I will definitely be coming back for her next appointment!

This place is seriously THE BEST! I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. They can always get me in immediately, my dogs hair is always perfect, and they send you the cutest picture after your dog is done. All the ladies make you feel like you're at home when you're in the salon. I would give this place a million stars if I could. :)

We have been using Petlocks for 20 years. We currently have 3 dogs and they do a great job grooming all three. They treat the dogs well.

My sweet golden doodle loves coming here & overall I recommend this place! They do a great job. However, my only complaint is their hours and how they close at 2pm. Unfortunately for me, their hours arent feasible and has resulted in searching for other groomers that I can trust. - Overall, they truly are wonderful and you can tell that they love what they do & take great care of your fur babies! Plus, they send you text message reminders when it’s time to schedule another appointment so it’s wonderful! I am sad I have to switch groomers to find something more practical for me but will continue to recommend them to others !

At last, I absolutely lucked out and found a groomer that knows how to make a Scottish Terrier look like one! They are terrific, take photos of your kids when they are finished, and in general couldn't be more easy and pleasant to deal with. My kids love going there!

They did a great job with my Scottish Terrier, recommended by a Scottie breeder in the DFW area. $75 for him, but he was on the high side as he hadn't been groomed in about five months because we had been living in a colder area where he needed a thick coat. Beautiful job with his beard and eyebrows, leaving them long and dignified--always the worry for Scottie owners who don't want those chopped off but need them looking dapper!

They treat your pet like family.

I'm sorry but I had a very horrible experience here. I took my pekingese/tibetin spaniel mix here and they absolutely butchered her. She had beautiful hair and we were looking for just a trim to clean her up a bit. When my mom picked her up, she was shaved, not trimmed but shaved. Even at that, it wasn't even. Her tail was choppy, ears uneven, and just looked horrible, still does. If that wasn't enough, they also nicked her privates with their sheers. She was inflamed there and very uncomfortable, dragging herself on the carpet and grass for a few days. I would not recommend this place at all.
