Terrible service by phone very rude people

Very competent doctors who keeps my babies calm and the prices can't be beat. Don't let it being a "county" hospital for your fur babies fool you. They are top notch on experience and professionalism.

I've been going here for years for my pets needs today I called in to explain I needed to come into office for my pet socks bloodwork I had to miss my prior appointment due to having a sprained ankle and Achilles tendon injury on the right foot making it impossible to drive and that unfortunately I cannot count on anyone's help Patty's attitude was very uncomfortable she without letting me get a word out started to say I need to go somewhere else since I had missed the last appointment I was trying to come in this morning I asked her If I could explain she very sarcastically said yes I recounted her about my injury she said I needed to come in later that day I said I'm expected to be at work or they will fire me for another absence I work for someone with a strict attendance policy she said to me If they won't accommodate you neither will I and that she was ending the conversation on that note. I am beyond mortified that I have gone here for years with multiple pets and would be treated like this and also this has now forced me to look at other vets. I do not recommend going here. Patty needs an attitude adjustment Dr. Bob unfortunately has lost me as a customer after this encounter I will go where my business is appreciated.

This was a while back, but I took my dog to see if she was pregnant. They told me she wasn’t, the guy literally just took a look at her and said, no she’s not pregnant. We wanted to know because a dog jumped our fence and we wanted to make sure she wasn’t pregnant. Two months later we see her getting bigger, we take her back another 50 dollars for them to tell us, yeah she’s pregnant. I’m looking for a new vet now.

I love going to this location. Everyone is so nice and professional. Dr. Bob is the best.

I have gone to Dr. Bob for about 15 years. I would never go anywhere else. I have taken countless animals to him and he has never disappointed. The staff has been very stable - which is saying tons! Very little turn over after all these years. That in itself tells me volumes. I trust him with my fur babies and my money. All my babies that he has had to work on over all these years have had no major issues post surgery and they are growing old with quality of life, thanks to Dr. Bob and staff. God bless you for what you do. I remain a loyal customer.

I have been taking my Furry Friends to East Lancaster Animal Hospital for over 30 years. They are Excellent. Very Friendly and Efficient. Great Employees and Veterinarians on staff. They truly CARE.

They told me my cat was pregnant, 2 months later and no kittens. The lady at the counter thought it was cute to call me Grandma. Well if they had even tried to scan her or do an ultrasound they would found out she was actually fixed and had a previous owner. I recommend The Parc, they will do a thorough examination and reasonably priced.

Very friendly staff. They sure care for our pets. Always a friendly smile when you go there.

Dr. Bob is excellent and so is the tech but the receptionist Maria is very rude and not professional. God touch her heart is all I can say!

Update : 07/14/2021 Originally reviewed 5 stars, 3 years ago. Staff/Office isn’t what it used to be. I will be changing vets. Seems like the receptionist was having a bad day the day I went in. Doesn’t even seem like the staff likes animals, the old staff used to pet my dogs and make them feel welcome.

I have taken all of my fur babies here for the last 8 yrs. Never had a problem and the staff is so caring, friendly and professional. They are pretty cheap as well

The nurses were friendly and helpful, despite the obvious stress of the pandemic, sick pets, worried owners and the added need to quickly switch between Spanish and English. The Doctor was fantastic; she listened to my concerns and was upfront not only about the care and treatment, but the prices as well. And I could tell as she took a small culture to diagnose a bump on my cat (it was harmless) she was excited about her job and loved it and the animals.

They won't even see your dog if is an emergency Is Like they don't care.

Over the last decade this vet clinic has become over priced. In addition to this, it has become like dial a vet in that I never knew who would be treating my cats. The office help had become rude, and very inept. I haven't been back in the last 2 years because due to their ineptitude 2 of my cats died. They diagnosed one of them with three different issues within a week by 3 different vets or techs, and my cats did suffer. I really don't understand how they're still open. Maybe they cleaned house and become a professional and caring facility since I was there last. I really hope so. I drive a great distance now to receive help from actual professional vets with a caring staff.

Rude af, I understand the policies but the way it was delivered was really rude and unnecessary.

It is a great experience, quick and easy and very patient will a hyper boxer.
