Do not bother scheduling during a pandemic. They require a ridiculously high deposit whenever you schedule. I got covid and when I received a reminder text a few days before the scheduled appt, I clicked on the reschedule link and rescheduled my appt for the next week. I called the morning of the appt to verify they got my reschedule and they said that the texting service they use isn’t supposed to include the reschedule link. BUT THAT IS NOT THE CUSTOMER’S PROBLEM AND THE CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR FUR BABY’S POOR CHOICE IN TEXTING SERVICE. They are keeping my nearly $30 deposit and expected me to reschedule and pay a new deposit when I was cleared from covid. Horrible customer service. I did nothing wrong in this situation as I followed the communication facilitated by Fur Baby with ample notice. Fur Baby should get their act together and be professional. You can’t blame your customers for misunderstandings between you and a third party.

I picked my young dog from there today, usually he can never sit still and yet they did a very good job grooming him. He was also very happy when I got there, it just seemed they took very good care of him. We will definitely continue to bring Milo to Fur Baby grooming!

They're always really nice and take time to tell you how your pets were. I like how well they do on the cuts. My dogs seem to enjoy it once I leave them there bc I haven't been told of any issues. They are a little on the pricey side but I've been going for a while and really like the work they do.

Worst customer service! We’ve been taking our fur baby there for months now! Alway had a great experience today however showed their true color. Will never go again. We dropped off our pet an 8am appt. Typically they call within 1.5 hr regarding pet being ready. Today we didn’t get a call so assumed they are running behind (which can happen no biggie). At 1030 they call to tell me that our pet has been ready for an hr and that they will have to charge me for dog boarding. I go to explain to her that we never got a call. At this point the front desk girl had given the ph to Sheriese assuming this is the manager? I again explained again how we didn’t get a call. So I asked why they didn’t call the secondary # (my number) which they always have done in the past. Their excuse was people don’t like it when they call too much? Okay understood but what I don’t understand is how are you gonna call me right when our hr is up and now you have to charge $10 boarding fee. They apparently called my husband who had no miss call or voicemails from them at all letting us know our pet was ready. I went to explain that I have a sleeping baby at home can’t just leave and that my husband would be there within thr hr to pick up our pet as he was running an errand. Shierese has the nerves to tell me that my family scheduling is not her issue. RUDE considering they dropped the ball! My husband picked up our pet and they gave same Bs excuse that they called. My husband said okay fine for some reason we didn’t get the call why didn’t you leave a VM? She goes to say it didn’t let us! Okay you weren’t able to reach anyone regarding pick up.still don’t call the secondary #? At the end of this all we still got charged the $10. Money isn’t an issue but the principal of it is. As we always pick up our pet as soon as she’s ready and they get a HOLD of us. Obviously they just care about make that Extra $. FYI today is 11/5/21 My husband said that while waiting for our pet. They called another family and did the same thing. He said they tried calling no one picked up and another employee went to say out loud “guess they are gonna get charged” like it’s a joke. And if you had a 11:15a today they already decided they aren’t taking you at 11:20.

Very friendly, and did a great job on both my big boys. My Kodak(Catahoula mix)has bad anxiety and Katherine always has great patience with him. Rocky was even smiling ???? The price was very fair.

Super impressed by this place on so many levels. Needed a last minute grooming for a travel trip we had planned in preparation for her new home and called around everywhere to get this done. Everywhere was so fully booked but they managed to get us in same day at a good time with full service available. Staff was super friendly, professional, reliable, listened to needs and was able to accordingly provide my fur babies needs in such short notice. Couldn't be more grateful. Thank you for your service and hospitality throughout our visit and most importantly your patience and understanding! She was absolutely glowing when finished. This place is a hidden Gem that stands behind much. God Bless

The staff at Furbaby are personable and caring about the job they do. My furbabies are always treated lovingly and when they have stayed at the boarding side they have been well cared for as if they where there own pups. One of my dogs is diabetic and needed her meds twice a day. They went far above and cared for her. I highly recommend their services.

I usually don't write a lot of reviews, but this place is wonderful. First, I adopted a 5 month old GSD who was infested with fleas and ticks when I got her. They got me in right away for a dip and treated me and my new girl so wonderful. They were so great I decided to take my yorkie here. My little yorkie was a rescue and gets nervous at groomers. When I got him he looked great and wasn't stressed out at all. This place truly cares about your pet. They do a great job and very professional.

I’m in love with the place! Everyone was very kind and welcoming! We recently moved back to the Keller area and needed a groomer for our Shnauzer Linus. I called this morning to set an appointment and they got me in this morning. Ambrose was Linus’ groomer and she was very sweet and excited to meet and to groom Linus. Linus is always nervous at the groomers but appeared to have a good experience because his nubbin (tail) was wagging when they brought him out. It’s safe to say this has been his best hair cut to date! It was done exactly how I wanted nails included. And even better it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! Picture of our dapper boy for tax!

I will no longer use this grooming company for my 8 month old Goldendoodle. The people are friendly. You will pay more a pick up regardless of what they tell you the intial cost willl be. However, I was charged an extra $93.00 on top of the normal fee I am use to paying which includes a wiggle fee in itself. I was told that my pup was very hyper and aggressive and that it took 5 people to hold him down so that he could be groomed. I do not find that believable. I do understand that Maui can be hyper and I also agree to the wiggle fee but before you go ahead and charge me almost $100 extra for his grooming, I would have liked to receive a phone call to agree to this first because it would not have been something I would have agreed on. I would have come to pick him up and taken him to his vet to be groomed. Response to owner: Maui is not a 20 lbs pup anymore. He is 8 months old. He was more than 20 lbs at his last visit as well which was 26 lbs and he was 26 lbs at this visit. Maui does not have severe anxiety. He is a puppy and he acts like a hyper puppy. I also confirmed this with his vet, who laughed at the thought of anyone thinking Maui has anxiety. He is just a puppy. I paid more at this visit for his weight than the last one, when he was the same size? I did not say that I was unhappy with the way he looked. I am unhappy at being charged almost $100 more without being consulted first. He play snipped with the last lady that groomed him. He did not bite down nor break the skin. He was hyper and very playful. That is what I explained to the groomer. It is also not my fault that I was charged more because the groomer had to reschedule her next client. I'm positive you've been in the grooming business for some time and this is also not Maui's first visit with you. He may have had a tiny bit of matting under his ears (if that) but that is definietly all. Maui is bathed and blow dryed and brushed at home twice a week. $93.00 on top of the $87 that I normally pay is absolutely insane and you may justify it on your end to make yourself feel better but it is wrong and you know it. I did mention that it was a lot, when I was told the total, and I received zero response. You have my dog, was I just suppose to let you keep him or pay the addtional outrageous fee? I was also told it was 5 people including the groomer that took turns holding and shaving him. Not 6 like you mentioned just now. I would dispute this with my bank had I not paid cash. I strongly believe I am due a partial refund.

I brought my golden retriever puppy for her first trip to the groomers yesterday and it went wonderfully. My puppy needed a full salon visit (bath, full body trim, nails filed, etc.) and Ambrose did an amazing job! She even gave her little 4th of July bows at the end. The front desk staff were also professional and polite. Prices were more than reasonable and I will definitely be bringing my puppy back here from now on (and requesting Ambrose).

Excellent service; excellent grooming! My standard poodle never looked more beautiful or smelled so good. They treated him so well and he came prancing out of there like a king! Well he is. ????

The workers were welcoming, but if your a new customer expect to be charged more when picking up. My 18 month old 20 pound Goldendoodle was charged a “wiggle fee” and a extra other fee ( not sure why). I was told he was aggressive when they were by his ears and he had a ear infection. I took him to the vet the day before and he had a detailed exam and there was no mention of that. When I questioned the owner (after arguing with me back and fourth) she called me a Karen lol. Funny how she started using name-calling when she doesn’t even know me. Very unprofessional. I am a registered nurse and a owner of my own business on the side and name calling is unacceptable in any situation even if I was completely in the wrong. The grooming itself looked good on my fur baby. Unfortunately I will not be back. Response to owner- it was a extra 15, not 10 which is different from what YOU said on the phone. It’s really not about the money, it’s about not trusting your business.

This place is amazing!! First time coming in in a while but we’ll definitely be here more oft n from now on. No more pet smart! My dog always gets super nervous whenever he gets his haircut and extremely dislikes having his paws touched but the groomers here are very professional and know what they’re doing. He always comes out looking great and happy with his new bow tie every time. They’re also very attentive to his conditions which I really appreciate. 5/5!! ????????

I found FBG through my neighbor who surprisedly has the same exact dog as I do. She was very pleased with their service so I figured I would try them out. After going for 2-3 months I never had an issue and honestly my review isn’t about their service but more so about the customer service and rudeness of the owner. My dog grooming service has never been an issue with FBG and the groomers has always done a great job, but after reading all the 1 star reviews everything points to “Customer Service” rudeness and which I 100% agree with. The owner is the absolute worst and should never interact with customers or hire someone who can. My dog was brought for grooming with clear instructions on a pre-existing condition. I asked the groomer and the owner if they were ok with proceeding with grooming service considering my dog condition and they agreed. The owner took it upon herself to remove bandages from my dog leg and explained to me that she attempted to squeeze a mass that were previously treated due to her experience working in the capacity as a vet tech. My dog begin to bleed uncontrollably and would not stopped which resorted to her having to have emergency surgery the same day! During the visit while picking up my dog and even over the phone, the owner met me with hostility, rudeness and lacked taking accountability for her actions. It was kind of sad seeing her true colors unfold. We spoke once over the phone and again in person and both interactions were aggressive. Fast forward (while leaving out details), I tried reasoning with the owner and requested to be compensated for atleast some of the charges that I incurred $1200 to be exact and she went completely off on me. I later took her to court to recoup payment and WON, because the universe don’t appreciate heartless lying soulless beings. I gained absolutely nothing by suing FBG, and walked away less $700, however my dog is in great health and that’s all that matter. I tried to compromise, she wouldn’t, I tried to negotiate she wouldn’t, she met me with fire and I came with water. All this to say, outside of the trash owner the groomers do an amazing job, I would highly recommend the groomers if they worked elsewhere but I will not recommend patronizing this business because of piss poor leadership. I’m sure she will respond without taking full accountability of her actions, little did she know if she would have been willing to compensate me in grooming fees I would have been fine. Welp, play with fire and get burn. Run me my money!
