The shelters are over full because now someone at the shelter has to approve your choices. I understand wanting to protect the animals and background checks on people who wish to adopt but I would like to make my own selections

Omg yall were great! I have been in other facilities that are very welcoming almost discouraging when you want to adopt. My "Lucy" passed away about 3 years ago, I was ready for a new fur-baby..ready for that new energy :)

I was very impressed with the care, love and compassion for this lovely animals at this shelter. We came back home with our new family member Nala❤

Awesome experience. Adopted the sweetest little terrier 2 weeks ago. Adoption process was easy and fairly quick.

The two girls there were very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable! They were patient with us while we looked for a dog to adopt. The were happy to prepare a meet and greet for us and help us say hi to our future adoption, Chloe. Check out was quick and easy. Definitely check this place out, some good dogs there that need homes!!! Be careful tho, if you aren't looking for it, you'll pass right by. Thanks guys!!!

Nice facility, friendly & knowledgeable staff...

Our selection is not at all compatible with our living situation or the other pet ....what is return or another choice policy. Please help. Will we get any sort of refund...according to humane society policies I read it says we will get a full refund but over the phone we were told different...please explain.we have an appt but people should be aware.

Well we went there and picked up a couple of pet rats yes it's a nice place we even though some donation for their work

I talked to one of the staff members that was very rude. I’ve called for two days straight and I can hear someone picking up the phone and hanging it up. I drove an hour to hopefully look at a dog, they wouldn’t let me because I didn’t call for an appointment but I tried about 30 times. The girl cut me off multiple times when I was talking and was very unprofessional, with holes in her shirt all the way down to her cleavage.

We saw Waggin Tail adds on FB and Craigs list and went in one day "just to look" as my husband kept telling me... We left with a boy named Drew who now prefers to be called Burger! I'm so grateful for being able to be Burgers forever mom!

Got my new puppy here. Great people.

I had been looking for a new pet. Have made the rounds to all the shelters and found my new pet. She is adorable and making herself right at home. She came healthy with all her shots and everything to start her new life with me. The people who helped me were all wonderful ❤️.

We adopted a dog with kennel cough 2 days ago. The staff probably didn’t know but we are coming back up there today and I have full faith they will give us medicine to treat her. We came in 30 minutes before they closed to adopt her and the staff was really patient and quick to do the adoption. Would definitely come back great place and people
