They treated my dog like she was very special. There were 3 people taking care of her. They got her all of the shots she needed to make her "legal" as well as some allergy medicine. I didn't have to wait long at all. The veterinarian understood my concerns about the price of everything. Not even a whole day has passed and my dog is so happy. Instead of scratching herself all day and night, she is acting like a puppy again. It is like a miracle! I've been to several vets in Malakoff and Athens. I think this place is so much faster and friendlier.

The best veterinary clinic in east Texas. Staff are knowledgeable and professional. Your animal is their first concern would only trust my loved ones to the very best,, hence I always entrust them to Sylers.

We've taken all our furbabies to Syler for 19 years now. Anytime someone ask for recommendations I let them know they could search all over Texas and not find better care and boarding services than Syler. We're customers for life! Big disappointment. Dr. Syler comes across as very compassionate but it comes down to always WAY more money than what I am told. Predictable.

My Coco cat had been vomiting and not having a bowel movement for two days. Dr Syler and her staff made us feel very comfortable and explained what they were doing, what my options were and clearly answered my questions. I felt like they really liked and cared about Coco and that made me feel so much better. Coco was in good hands. 5 days later with the medication and special diet Dr Syler suggested, Coco is almost back to her old self. ???? The staff was friendly and smiled. Huge plus.???? The Veterinarian along with ALL the staff were so very loving to the pets. They are kind and oh so gentle and even SMILE at the pets just like they do the owners. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Suellen is absolutely the best. I've taken my dogs to her since moving back home, and have always been extremely pleased with her service. I feel 100% confident with my dog babies in her capable hands. Her bedside manner is top-notch. She's very kind and obviously a true animal lover herself. She was especially wonderful when it was time to say goodbye to my 13-year-old Labrador. That process would have been much more painful without her. I can't recommend her highly enough.

We constantly board our dogs with Syler Veterinary Clinic and the dogs are always excited to go there. We recently took our aging dog (French Brittany) to Syler's to check his ear that another Vet has been treating for over a year with the same medication and no long term improvement. After multiple questions and a thorough exam, Dr. Syler chose a different medication treatment that has immediately stopped his constant scratching of his ear. Dr. Syler was very patient as well as her staff with both the dog and my lack to answer all questions. Even though Syler Veterinary Clinic is not the closest clinic to our residence, we will drive the extra distance for the care she provides to our pets. Thank you Syler Veterinary Clinic!

Took our dog yearly check up, was asked about whattyoeof flea meds we wanted....pillsor drops. Said pills be fine. Got nothing for fleas or tick. Called back to find out when he will need again. They said yes passes due. And they didn't take if the main issue we went for. Passed due for flee meds on his paper work, clearly that should have been included in his visit.grrrrrr

Just moved to town and had what I thought was an urgent issue with my Juni. Turns out she is a drama queen but I am so happy that I took her to Syler. Thank you all for taking such good care of her (and me)!

Great place for your pets needs and the staff is always friendly. Our husky had an abscess on his side and the veg actually found another I didn’t know about. They cleaned it up and gave antibiotics and it helped right up. Dogs always look great after a good groom and wash too.

Suellen saved the life of my miniature schnauzer when she developed pancreatitis. A long holiday weekend was starting, and Suellen, after treating Sophie in the clinic, set me up with an IV to take home and instructed me in detail how to use it. I'm forever in her debt, and all her capable, kind assistants.

Worst service at front desk! Internal fighting, will take care of friends first, over charge customers, move the appointments around for friends, your animals will leave sick if you are not a friend of the front office group! Overated! Worst care when the doctor back is turned or away from the office. Take your animals anywhere else to get decent care!

Dr Suellen and her staff have gone above and beyond to help my rescue dog . He was very ill when I adopted him but she helped him fully recover. She answered all my questions ( and I had a lot of questions) and reassured me and my daughter that Kobe would be fine.
