They took my fur babies and got them cleaned and trimmed. They look so good. One if them is dealing with a skin issue. The groomer did everything she could to work with this issue. My baby is so happy now.

This is a fairly good company.I've had my dog groomed about a dozen times over the last 3 years with no complaints.However,their customer service leaves alot to be desired.Many times they showed up at a time that was different than what was stated( both earlier and later-as if I have the time to sit around for hours on end)and had the attitude of "oh well,deal with it".Lately they have just disappeared when trying to work with them.I was texting them to set up a grooming window after many failed calls and an attempt to make an appointment online.The person I was texting with literally disappeared in the middle of our conversation 3 days ago and I haven't heard back from them.I'd give them 4 stars for actual dog grooming and 1 star for customer service.They are definitely lacking on the administrative end of the business.

Used Happy Hound Grooming for the first time to groom my Bichon/Shih Tzu mix. I was able to get an appointment on the day I wanted (which was 2 weeks out) and the groomer was on time, very professional and LISTENED to my instructions. She returned my pup in record time looking beautiful and happy. My pup actually looked like he was showing off his perfect haircut to me for the rest of the day. I requested a follow up appointment immediately! Would highly recommend this place and hope you have the same experience I did.

We started using happy hound a few months ago and we are very happy with the service. The convenience is worth spending a little extra over taking your dog to the groomers. I do recommend booking appointments 2-3 weeks in advance.

Filled out the form online, received an email soon after to schedule an appointment, got a confirmation text of my appt the day before with a time window and groomer showed up right on time. I’m an anxious dog owner..1) Because I have a “COVID Puppy” who has not been socialized well with strangers and 2) Because, despite my efforts to do everything right, he still managed to get matted and I was worried I would be judged for that. The groomer arrived and right away knew Charlie, my 8 month old Sheepadoodle, was apprehensive so she talked to us for a bit, not paying him attention while he sniffed her and got used to her. She explained what she would do and that she would take it easy. She was able to do everything we discussed and gave me pointers on keeping him from getting matted and even explained each of the brush options for his hair type. Charlie got a great new haircut for this Texas heat and he’s been a spunky, happy boy ever since. I highly recommend them!

They did an amazing job, my Chloe girl looks beautiful! With covid it made making a grooming appointment difficult along with my increased work load due to covid, my poor girl was neglected in her needed grooming. Making the appointment was easy, they were right on time and my sweet girl looks and clearly feels better. I definitely highly recommend will be using their service regularly…. Thank you!!

They do a great job w/ my fur baby. She does not look stressed or scared at all. Always a happy girl. She comes back smelling so good. Great groomer. Very polite to us. Very relieved to have found them.

This is a wonderful company and the groomer Ashley went above and beyond for my uncles black lab he looked so good and smelt great he hadn't looked like that since he was a little pup Very convenient and professional definitely will be using them and her for now on!!

They had the audacity to try and charge me a cancellation fee to reschedule when their incompetent groomer didn't call ahead when requested, arrived at the wrong address, and NEVER attempted to contact after arrival. Supposedly I answered the door, they switched up the story to try and cover themselves. Beware!! Their response has no validity. They have no clue who or what appointment is in question. If the door was answered the service would have been provided. Again, they’re trying so hard to paint themselves right it’s pathetic.

I'm very pleased with their services and how affordable they were! I've been able to setup a recurring grooming service for her which definitely saves time and energy having them come out to my house rather than run around town. I recommend to ask for Ashley, very professional and always on time!

Excellent service , they washed and groomed our Border Collie, and leave her beautiful and clean, their personnel is friendly with dogs and customers! Our dogs always come back calm and happy

Our GSD is really skitish around people and he is a big dog! Ashley was so good with him. Now my dog loves her and she is the only groomer we will use!

If I could give less stars I would. Happy Hound Grooming was completely unprofessional. All the appointments they had to offer were Monday through Friday until 5pm when most people work. I had moved work around to be there when I set my appointment and then THEY canceled on ME. To make it worse when I asked for the next appointment they said they would reach out to me and never did. I once again asked for an appointment and they ended up moving me to the back of the line and gave me an appointment a month away. Ridiculous

I.m not the customer n don't want to be, I am the neighbor ...n you block the entrance, I already spoke to you and I complained and you do nothing, I repeat very bad service.

Had problems scheduling twice this week. I called and scheduled for noon. They change your appt times. Showed up at 9:30am and I didn’t answer the phone and they left. I was not expecting them until noon. They have one of the lowest ratings on here.

Apparently they do not service San Antonio or at least areas they are afraid of, the southside being one of them. Boerne, Helotes, Spring Branch are all further than my location. If they couldn't bother coming here I'm glad I didn't leave my pet with them.

I had to come back and redo my initial review of this company. I really appreciate the owner of the company reaching out to me regarding my situation and taking the systems to keep me and my furpet as customers.

The groomer was really great and my dog seemed very happy and exited. I 100% recommend it.

Never contacted me. Disappointing for my first attempt at Mobile Pet Grooming. I will look elsewhere.

They butchered my pup. When she arrived she said he was a little matted on his belly and may have to be cut low. Low turned into skinned and she left his face the way it was before without washing him at all. The customer service person via email was nonchalant as if this happens all the time. Never again.
