D Tails Pet Grooming Fort Worth, Texas

I love the work this groomer does on my Archie, but I am not found of the curbside service. Archie got away from the guy on the way out to the car, could have been a disaster with busy street right there. I would ask them to please reconsider curbside, pets are safer being taken in by their owner and taken out by their owner. Please reconsider your decision for curbside.

*Follow Up* In response to the owners comments, how dare you call me a liar!!! I have pictures to prove it. I left a message on a voice-mail and heard nothing!!! I could have disputed the charge on my credit card but did not. I just will never bring my dogs there again. What.benefit would I be after to just create a bogus review and? I have never had crosswords with anyone at your establishment and decided to just let it go and and never bring them back. Until Google asked me to give you a rating. But for you to call me a liar without ever haven investigated or even a phone call goes to show what a bad business owner you must be. You are the liar so shame shame on you!!! I will be glad to share photos that are dated the same day and withing an hour of me bringing them home..... and I I got my dogs home and found several large cuts all over my dog!!!. There were large areas that were not even cleaned. I will never use them again.

Didnt understand why they couldn't clip his nails better I've gone there several time before and never had a problem but I will be back to try again

Not only did they listen to what we asked them to do but he smelled good for days! Having their kennel (cages) at the front is a nice touch too so we can see our pups as soon as we enter and they can see everyone too. We'll be back!

This was my Pitbull, Dalmatian mix’s first time at any groomer! She absolutely loved it! The team and services are amazing. I will definitely schedule again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a groomer in Fort Worth!

I was nervous to take my 9 year old Bichon as he’s recently had some bad grooming experiences at our previous groomer. These people were so kind and my pup seemed very happy after. He also looked better than he ever had after a grooming! I am so impressed and relieved to have found a new place with people who truly care about the dog!

Nice people, poor/unprofessional execution. Body was un-evenly shaved, leaving visible lines all over sides and neck. Missed entire chunks of hair around collarbone areas. His entire head was not touched- no scissoring, no tear cleaning, ears were left dirty. Paws were not scissored nor was the hair in his paw pads even touched. Nails clipped square and too long versus using a Dremel or even finishing with a file to round over. Paid 65 dollars for a job we had to finish ourselves. Will not be back.

They really are detailed and did amazing on my poodle. His paw pads are even softer and he looks/smells great. 10/10 would recommend.

Took my new puppy OZZY in a few days ago to get a bath, he was covered in Spurs, and he has longgggg poofy hair. They took they time to remove every single one. He was so soft and smelt and looked super clean.! Looked like a brand new pup :) Even put a cute little bandana on him.! Recommend 10/10! Will be coming back.!

The dog was nicely groomed but the customer service was not good at all. One of the lady had bad attitude

They always do such a great job with our Schnoodle and Goldendoodle, the staff is super friendly and sweet to our pups and the shop is very clean as well.

Love the ladies there. They really take care of our pets and there grooming needs. Very good customer service (friendly)...worry free. Their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

We made our first time appointment for our baby. When we picked him up he looked great. We have an Aussie and sometimes groomers are not as familiar with all the grooming needed for this dog. Not only was he groomed correctly and completely. They did an excellent job. We will be back

My fur baby loved it!

First time using these guys. Very friendly, fit my dog in right after I laid my German Shepherd down, so he would maybe feel less sad and pampered. They did a great job and fantastic price. I have never had my dogs smelling as good and for so long. He STILL smells great after a week and half!

Took my dog here some one called and said he was ready was literally 3 mins from their shop they called talking about my dog has diarrhea and stated she picked it up twice, which when he got dropped off at 9am he was perfectly fine . Will never return

The staff is very friendly. All the fur babies seem very happy. I love the idea you can bring your dog in any time before 2:00 p.m. and have the toenail trimmed.

I did not post this for the D'tails pet grooming. I posted it for the previous owner, shop name K9 and Feline Pet Grooming. They have miss represented my post. Again, I did not post for this business.

They were so kind and generous to her their service was excellent and fast. I would definitely take care of my fur baby and they have a forever customer!

They love animals, & they carefully clean and groom! We have used DTails since Summer of 2020 and we've been very happy!

This was our first time taking our fur babe Deacon to get bathed! D’tails was so quick to get him in and they were so welcoming and warm to our dog and my husband and I. Being a larger Aussie, he can be tough to bathe and dry in our house, so finding D’tails was a score! Seeing our dog come out so clean and happy, made me feel at ease. We can’t wait until the next time!

They really took care of MACE, 60lb. American Bully, called and asked if they would take him since there are soooo many places that won’t because of his breed. They had no problem as long as he had updated shots etc, which he had, same day, done in a few hours and came home looking and smelling great with the cutest lil Bowtie!!! If could upload a picture I would, I will use them again!!! And of course recommend to others...
