Raven loves coming her to get de-furred and bathed! They are great with all of my pups (personal and fosters) and all of their individual needs. Very Personalized touch, they treat them like they are their own pets! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

My pup loves coming here. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot, has become much more socialized with other dogs, and you can tell the owner sincerely loves what they do.

Maddie and her team are absolutely awesome! After only a few visits, our very skittish pup feels at home with their staff and other dogs. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure he is socialized responsibly and we know they treat him like their own pup when we leave him at their door. We are so happy to see their foster and rescue program in work, too - they go so far to ensure lost and lonely pups are looked out for. Maddie is so responsive - we couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have been bringing my dog to Ruff for a couple months now, and he loves it! The staff really know what they’re doing and always keep you pupdated. They offer reasonable prices and always do their best to accommodate my hectic schedule. I can tell the owner and everyone who works here really care about the animals because they made a big effort to learn my dog’s name, as well as my name. Plus, I’m always getting pictures of my dog happy and having a good time. This is a great place to leave your dog for daycare, as well as bathing and nail trims!

This place is amazing , I bring both of my big dogs here for grooming and boarding . They love it and the owner is very nice and treats our dogs like family ,HIghly Recommend!

Ruff Resort is absolutely the BEST! Our dog, Dolly is so happy when we tell her where she is going. She rushes to the door with her tail wagging. We know they treat her well and that she has a great time every visit. Without reservations, we recommend Ruff Resort as highly as possible to anyone who loves their dog.

Ruff Resort is a top notch facility for dogs hands down. I have used the bathing side of the business and now the boarding. I can brag enough on Maddie Love and her staff, they are first rate. The facility itself is clean and a welcoming environment for dogs. The staff well I already said second to none. Ruff resort is not close to me but I will continue to support this business regardless of the drive. I prefer my dogs go to a place that o don’t have to worry. Maddie loves all the dogs that comes her way and it is so reassuring to know that my babies are beyond taken care. Actually they probably prefer her place to home she spoils them so much. It was nice to get updates while I was gone, great touch on that one! This is the only place I recommend for pet needs and everyone should give Ruff Resort and Maddie a try. Ruff resort and Spa is so amazing! They have taken such great care of my German Shepard. They are excellent at communicating, making sure each dog gets any specialized care that they need, they keep all the dogs safe, and my dog comes home happy and tired! It’s also wonderful to have her groomed while she is there playing. Everything you need in one place!

I highly recommend Ruff resort & Spa! My Tilly girl LOVES daycare. Maddie treats her like her own and takes such great care of her and the other dogs. Tilly always comes home exhausted and sleeps the entire next day. Great facility and great staff. Thanks for all you do, Maddie!

This is the best daycare in Fort Worth! Maddie puts her heart and soul into what she does and your fur baby will be in the best hands! My girl Bella LOVES going to daycare and she comes home tired as can be! Happy pup = happy mom!

Perfect place to drop your dog off for a day of fun! I know that my girl Lana will be so pooped from her 8 hours that she’s good for exercise into the next day ???? great place to socialize your dog for such a good price and the team is great with all of them!!

Ruff is awesome. Once you walk in you know this a place that knows what they're doing. We brought our dog in for a deshedding bath and nail trim. We will definitely be giving the day care option a go. If you are at all on the fence, check out their facebook page and get convinced that your dog will love it here.

We are happy we found Ruff Resort & Spa. The staff are friendly. Maddie is great. She truly cares about our furry baby. We are assured that our puppy is happy and is always having a good time when they are in Ruff. My dog comes home tired but happy.

Love the self serve bath with so many choices of products! There is something for everyone. Great play areas both indoor and out and super clean!

The owner is amazing. They do a fantastic job, just look at the picture. My girl is scared of people outside her home, but the owner is so sweet and Lucy just loved it there.

I started taking my dog to Ruff resort and spa when they very first opened their new location. The employees always greet me with a smile and my dog is always so happy when she walks in the door. The employees will send pictures some days of her playing with her friends. I would highly recommend this place for any and all needs!

My dogs LOVE this place! Every time they come here, they don't want to leave their new friends and when we get home, they're exhausted! I never have to worry during the day because I know Maddie and the rest of the wonderful staff are knowledgeable and experienced and truly care about my pet!

Just THE VERY BEST!! Tucker loves this place and Maddie the owner so very much! He wishes he could go EVERYDAY~ and I’m not exaggerating when I say he literally comes home and falls fast asleep after playing all day. Such a great place to send your active dog like Tucker (our lab)!! Just can’t say enough great things about this Doggie daycare!!

My dog loves her time at Ruff Resort! Owner Maddie is a certified dog nut with years of rescue work under her belt. You can tell the staff truly loves the dogs, and they take every precaution to make sure they're safe in their care. My Buttercup learned how to play properly with other dogs and is thoroughly exhausted when picked up. Win-win!

Ruff Resort and Spa is a truly wonderful place for your pet. I highly recommend Ruff because my dog has a ton of fun and he is taken care by people who care about his well being. He is clean and does not smell when I pick him up. The place is very clean and has a great outdoor area. My dog goes to daycare on a daily basis during the week so it is extremely important to me that I can trust he is happy and taken care of. I am very thankful for their commitment and love of dogs.
