The medical care and attention my cat received at DVSC was excellent. She needed an emergency amputation due to a broken. We really appreciate that we were able to schedule her surgery for the same day. We can't thank the entire staff enough for everything they did for our Dottie!

Dr. Franks and the team was fabulous today. They answered all my questions about my pups upcoming surgery. They also gave my pup lots of attention. The in-depth explanation of the procedure and them showing Helga the attention and affection they did.

I am not a client here but, I found an injured puppy who needs surgery. I called asking if they were willing to work with me, I had some donated funds and had more coming in. the lady that answered the phone cut me off, didn't even let me finish explaining the situation and basically told me flat out NO & when I insisted told e to email the medical records, took them over 24 hrs to respond, may not seem long to most. but I had a puppy in severe pain. when I finally got a quote from them, it twice the amount others had. Would NEVER, EVER go to or recommend anyone go to a clinic where they obviously care more about money than they do about your pet, they are just plain rude to you

James and Dr. Tichenor were wonderful. James was very observant and assisted our baby, Dosha, from our arrival until Dosha went back for surgery. Dr. Tichenor spent time with us and explained every aspect of Dosha's surgery and aftercare. We were very pleased with our care and the time that everyone spent with us. I most appreciated these two - They are two very impressive employees of your organization and made my baby's surgical procedure as smooth as possible.

Thanks to James and Dr. Tishner (sp) for caring for my little guy. "G" is family to us and they made this as painless and loving as possible for us both. His name on the door set me at ease instantly. You care enough to take the extra step and be clear who was in the room from the visitor side not just the doctor side. I was grateful for the extra step. They are knowledgeable and ready to help us get our pet healthy again!

DVSC has great doctors who are knowledgeable and do the best possible for your pet. I have taken 3 of my pets here for surgery and they are the best.

This is my 2nd time to bring one of my pets here & both times were outstanding. What a great staff & Drs. In & out on time. No hassles. Just excellent results both times. Very expensive but worth every penny.

I am so impressed with DVSC Ft Worth. I love Dr Franks! She is such an excellent surgeon and such a loving and caring human being. Scheduled surgery quickly after re-injury of knee & did a great job!!

The Dr. showed a great deal of patience as I had pages of questions and concerns. We were informed all thru the day of surgery and received twice daily updates on his recovery process. When I picked him up after several days in recovery, I laughed out loud as the t-shirt we sent to drape his kennel with our scent on it, he was wearing like a boss!! I had to bring my 10 yr old dog into the Fort Worth Emergency Animal Hospital after he ingested a corn cob and he was brought over DVSC for the surgery to remove. Dr. Tichenor was incredible. She helped ease my stress, and even made me laugh. This was a very stressful event that she made me feel confident that we chose the right path for treatment. The surgery was very successful and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Emergency surgery for your beloved pet is a scary thought, but Dr. Tichenor helped me to relax and I knew he was in very capable hands.
