We have had 2 appointments to see Dr. Jones so far and they both have been pretty great. Our puppy was only 11 weeks the first time and responded well to the staff. The next visit was Christmas Eve which I was surprised they were open, but the staff was friendly and happy to give Luna her next shots needed. The only negative was I felt a little judged for the food we were giving our pup. The vet tech made me feel a little dumb even though I did a lot of research before picking out our pups food. The Doc explained better why he would prefer the changed and that was helpful. The girls upfront have been really friendly and the pricing is very reasonable. I really feel like we got a say in what shots our puppy will get and not. Dr. Jones gives shots at separate appointments which is nice and they only charge the office fee the first set so she sees the doc each time without us paying. We plan on getting another puppy come spring or so and will continue to use the office since our puppy is excited each time we visit.

My littlest pup came in from being outside with her bigger sisters with an eye protruding. I called a friend who’s a vet in Dallas, and was instructed to take her in immediately. We just happened to luck out going here! Dr Lawrence went to work re-seating her eye and our vet said it looks amazing and that Dr. Lawrence had done a superb job. He’s very hopeful we will be able to ultimately save her eye once the stitches are removed. ER visits are expensive, unpleasant, and generally unplanned. I’m going to tuck this place away in my memory and hope we don’t have to use it again but would gladly bring our pups back here should the need arise. **UPDATE 8 months later: our sweet little girl still has her eye and can see out of it! It took a couple of months for it to not look lazy-eyed but she seriously looks good as new now and we are SO grateful she still has her eyesight!! Thanks Dr Lawrence for everything!!**

Ive been taking my dogs to Dr Jones for like 30 years. First thing was my German Shepherd who hated the vet, went to sleep while waiting for the doctor. I knew we were in the right place. Everyone is so kind and the doctor's really care. I travel from Crowley to Fort worth to take me dog to them. Wouldn't see anyone else!

All the staff at Cityview Animal Hospital are so thorough and caring. I have great confidence in them providing for my sweet dog and will continue taking her there. I highly recommend them.

Have used them for years with previous dog and now with our new dog. I have always felt my pet was in the best situation possible. The operation from front office to the veterinarian treatment is professional and caring. Dr. Hudgens is a really great vet and person. Highly recommend.

Took my puppy here because he lost the ability to walk on his back legs and instead of trying to help they turned us away. And the lady even had the nerve to say my dog would need surgery,which I was totally fine with but she stated that would cost thousands of dollars are you sure you want to do that?!! Like implying by looking at me that I didn’t have money! I know for a fact and hate to say that I make more money than her. And I hate that people like her treat others this way. Will never go there again and wish I could give negative stars.

We have used Cityview for all of our pets and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I am most happy with the love that goes in to every visit. Sadly we have had to come here for end of life services and they treated my best friend with love and respect. I won't go anywhere else.

I feel that our dogs have and are being given the best care and I trust CITYVIEW’s knowledge I have been with them since 2008 and I recommend them to everyone that has a pet to them. My first visit was met with such a delightful & compassionate man. He set my mind & heart at ease the minute I met him. He showed me how much he cared about what he did & how he loves all of our fur babies. Dr. Randy Jones could not have made my visit any more comfortable nor given me any more confidence then he showed me at that time. I am so extremely grateful to have found him. I only want the best for my girl Bella & I am certain we have found him.

I have been so happy with the care Cityview has provided for all my animals over the years. All three Doctors have seen them, although Dr. Lott usually was their Dr. Each Dr. is so compassionate and caring. Dr. Randy Jones is the most amazing vet I've ever had. I had the sweetest older chihuahua, who ended up with some health issues including cancer. Dr. Jones and the team at Cityview took such great care of her. They were kind, compassionate and really wanted to do what was best for her. I never felt like they were racking up charges. He helped her through some tough health issues for a few year and then Dr. Jones helped me to make the difficult decision with Nelly. He personally walked me through the procedure and was with us every step of the way. I've just brought a new puppy, Daisy, there for care and she received the same attention to detail, kindness and understanding. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jones and Cityview to anyone who loves their pet and is looking for a great place to get all of their animal care. And a special thanks to Dr. Jones for kindness and to all the team for their warm and welcoming attitudes.

They were super nice and took care of my old pug. He is feeling much better now thanks to the staff here. They were super professional and it was obvious from our interactions that they genuinely cared about my dog. They might seem expensive, but they are quite reasonable compared to the Parc, and are probably going to be the next best thing to your primary vet if you can't get an appointment and need help same day.

I do not know what they did but my sweet loving dog of 16 years after a visit to vet and groomer she will not come to me . I have tried to love and cuttlefish with her she runs away...I hate it.whrre did my dog go

Cityview has always been good to London our Chihuahua... with shots, and nail trimming. Now they a have a safeway of taking care of pets with there curbside services. Thanks for all you do for us.

My dog was recently diagnosed with heartworm. Trying to communicate with the staff became intolerable and now we are switching veterinarians. Good vet but they need to communicate with their clients better.

I absolutely love this vet. The front office is always so kind and professional. I wouldn't want to take my pets anywhere else! Thank you all for being so great.
