Great place to take your pet if you need anything for them. They are treated like people, not animals ???? Best vet on earth. Staff is wonderful too.

This place is so unorganized and dirty. The first room you get put into is covered in dog fur. The floors are filthy. I understand a vet clinic is going to be hard to keep clean but if the first room you go into is in that condition. I wonder what the back looks like. The Dr didn’t listen to my concerns about my dog. I asked about a diet for sensitive skin and they kept pushing pro plan. Which is all over the vet so I’m sure they get kickbacks for pushing the product. The receptionist is and always has been extremely rude every time I spoke with her. When my dog was neutered (which I had to get done there because of the clause in the adoption agency) they gave me the laziest aftercare instructions and forgot to bring his leash and harness and then LOST IT. Which they did end up finding but I’m sure it also helped that the harness has his name on it. But still, if I knew they weren’t going to keep it with him on the crate I would of just taken it with me. This has been the worst experience with a vet clinic I have ever had to deal with.

The care that Dr. Sue Hultman provides her patients is stellar. I have had pets or new rescues at death’s door multiple times, and they pulled through under her expert care. I will feel at a complete loss when she retires; we rely on her expertise immensely.

Most knowledgeable, loving, kind and compassionate doctors and staff I've ever used.

If you need to take your pet to the Dr, trust in the Dr's and staff over there at Central. I'm so thankful my Kimbo is okay because of them. They are very professional, so sweet, and make you feel at ease right away with any concerns you may have.

Start to finish, anytime that we call in for an appointment until the time that we pick our pets back up, we get amazing communication and detailed notes. We love this clinic.

Vet was good with our dog but scolded my husband for not coming in more during Covid.

DO NOT board your pets at Central Animal Hospital if you care for them! If you still decide to leave your pet there for a few days, don't be surprised if it takes days or weeks to get your cheerful loved one back to his/her old self. I don't know what's being done to animals in their care but the results are truly disturbing! Also, if you reserve & confirm your pet boarding there, make sure you have a backup plan.....they may call you the day you're leaving on vacation to refuse your pet. It happened to me! Think twice before you trust this place with your family member!

We've been taking our 6 year old rescue & our 3 year old rescue here since they were pups. Best vet techs and vets in town! They're also great with boarding. Their sound proof building makes it ideal for major firework holidays.

I brought in my sweet but sick cat. This was my first visit to Central. I was met by welcoming staff and made ME and therefore Cierra feel like we made a good choice. Dr. BLUE great and the techs were great as well. Well, today I feel my cat is doing much better. We still have work to do but she is much better...purring, playing and so much like her sweet self. Thanks so much for our care!

I started coming here because it was the closest To where we lived at the time and so our puppy would have the same doctors and care. The doctors are great and take good care when we are here, but the front desk needs a little work. If I ever needed his records for a grooming service or even just to schedule they always seem to have trouble finding my dogs records or figuring out what to do. I haven’t needed to bring my pup in for a bit, but recently discovered some things that needed to be looked at. I understand with Covid-19 businesses Are operating a little differently, but you would think that when you schedule the appointment that would be mentioned? I even called to confirm the appt the day of and nothing was mentioned. So In case you have a bigger dog or a puppy who is a little wild and gets excited to get out and go to the vet, I’ll inform you that during this time they want you to remain in your car. It’s car side service only. Their staff feels that a sign on the door, so you get out with your dog as you normally would, to inform you Just Kidding stay in your car is the more appropriate approach.

THE BEST!! We started taking our pups to Central Animal Hospital years ago, when we lived within a mile of the office. We have since moved 50 miles away and continue to make the drive to see Dr. Hultman and staff. They are truly wonderful. There isn’t another place we would consider boarding our pups. The entire staff is caring, attentive and knowledgeable. They always make our pups feel like rock stars, even on the worst of days.

I've been taking my dogs and cats here for 30 years. Dr. Sue is a nice lady and a good vet.

Without a doubt, one of the best Veterinarian establishments. I have never had a Vet ask so many questions about my pet, and feel super comfortable with always taking my pet, and future pets here...

I would just like to share my thoughts on this wonderful place. The staff and Doctor are wonderful. I lost my German shepherd recently and that experience was the most gut wrenching experience of my life. The one positive i can take away from it was how they handled the situation. They performed a difficult task with the upmost class and professionalism. So i would just like to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Hultman and Dr. Blu are some of the best dogtors I have ever used for my furbabies. Thorough, kind, compassionate. They both will spend the time needed and never rush through a visit. I love this place! The staff is also so nice and everyone seems to genuinely love and care for animals. I appreciate the care my furbabies receive. I highly recommend them.

Went with a friend to deliver goodies. She raves about this vet that had enormous compassion when they were in a terrible situation, moving, displaced, sick animal, you name it..... they were so wonderful. It's clear across town now from where they live and still go to them.

Can’t say enough good about this place and Sue Hultman. She communicates with humans and pets with ease. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable. We (my pup and me) REALLY like her and highly recommend her. Staff was great too. A fairly comprehensive visit involving tests and meds at a reasonable price.

More times than not, when I've spoken to the front desk about something, it becomes the run around to get an answer. I'll go unanswered with "we'll call you back" but have to call them the next day to ask what's the answer. This time, I've taken my dog in for his annual and we go over what shots he needs based on his past, his recent rabies so he won't need another, need for dental cleaning, need for heart worm test and preventative. All in all, quite an expensive visit in my mind already. Not to mention I have another pup with me also needing their annual checkup. Then they take him to the back and I'm waiting in the room with my other dog. I receive a surprise charge of a fecal parasite test without any mention of it previously. It's just lumped in with the annual checkup and since they don't have that history on file, they got one without my approval. "They couldn't have known...they just assumed...it's included with the yearly..." says them. I bounce back and forth between cities so I have the records on my phone for convenience. One mention or ask for consent, and it would've been shown. Can you have a nice sign that details the "yearly annual" and hidden charges? With the small print that nobody reads and finds out after too? Cause this time was just hidden in the dark completely except for the tech and Dr. Hultman's "assumptions". Do you just tell the parent of a child at their well child exam "the usual vaccinations" and dump them with a fecal test too just to check for parasites or blood, just take a skin scraping for some nice ringworm, why not add an extra physical examination and lice treatment charge, run some fun labs too cause if the parent didn't have the documentation, they certainly never had it done? You run it through with the parent, you tell them they need X, Y and Z. Next visit, they'll get A and B. You ask them if they ever got one previously to determine necessity. You don't just assume. Instead, this mistake gets me charged with another unneeded $20+ test on top of an already expensive bill. I guess it's my graduation present from Central Animal Hospital. Update: Toni at the front desk has been kind enough to speak to Dr. Hultman and they agreed to credit my account. I'm still leaving this review for those who may be unaware and be reminded to ask for the full list of tests/vaccinations done BEFORE they are done. Depending who you get at the front desk, you may or may not be helped to this extent.
