I can't tell you how many times I've been forgotten about while on hold. When I'm actually there, they refuse to even acknowledge you if they're doing something else - even if it's taking them 20+ minutes to deal with whatever they're doing. It's unprofessional, the only redeeming quality is their ONE vet. He is very nice, but having only one vet has proven to be nothing but chaos for this location.

Nice staff - my dog is a good judge of character and she took to them quickly. I just wish that they would be upfront with how long the process will take. It’s hard to plan a day around a vague answer like “the afternoon”. Had an appointment at 9 AM and it took all day.

I will say on some things they are a bit over priced but the customer service you get from them is worth it!! Especially Lupita!! She knows who my dogs are when I bring them in with me just to pick up dog food and I love that! Plus she's always sweet and friendly!! Love this location!

Let me start by saying that the staff here is extremely nice. But that's not why I'm writing this. I took my newly adopted puppy here for an initial exam a little over a month ago, and am extremely disappointed. After her examination, the vet told me that she was a completely healthy 6-month old puppy. A lot of my friends and family questioned their determination of her age because of her body and paw size but I opted to trust the vets. Fast forward a month and a week, my puppy is throwing up and I'm at a loss. We took her to the nearest animal hospital. After almost 5 hours there, we were shocked to learn that not only was she actually only 3 months old (2 months when she was seen at Banfield), and that she had worms and had apparently had them this entire time. My frustration comes from the fact that I even called Banfield the day after her exam to confirm her age with them once more, because again so many people had questioned it. But when I called, they doubled down on their assessment that my pup was 6 months at the time. I went home thinking that my dog was half a year old, when she wasn't even close to it. In hindsight, there are quite a few things that we did with her that we wouldn't have if we had known how young she really was. Not only that, the animal hospital we went to last night told us that the worms we're very large/long and she has definitely had them since birth. But somehow Banfield missed this??? Make it make sense.

Our furry family members love's coming in and visiting the staff. They have only ever known this location and staff since they all were kittens. They love visiting their doctor, Dr Seabol. To bad their doctor has transferred locations, now we have to see if the new location staff is just as good.

I took my yorkie-poo in for a drop off routine wellness appointment received a call around lunch everything went well. When I arrived to pick up my baby they THEN tell me she had been anxious and scratching at cage nonstop and she started releasing blood. NEVER PICKED UP PHONE TO CALL ME. I would have dropped everything and came immediately. Not really explaining how serious the situation was. They basically sent me home with a dying puppy. I ended up having to rush her to an emergency vet not even a couple hours after leaving and they said she was in a severe state and is needing to remain on IV and meds for next few days. All this was prompted due to her being stressed and anxious and all they needed to do was call me!!

Though this isn't the Banfield my pets normally go to, we've been here a few times when their other office was booked. The staff and doctors here are always super friendly and very caring.

Honestly, this Banfield is great! Mikael at the front desk is absolutely awesome. He’s so nice and really seems to care about the customers and their furry companions. Would definitely recommend this Banfield to anyone in the area!

Not worth the money. Don't do it. Don't have the medications that you need and still charge you for it.

Yesterday I made an appointment for August 6th, but I had to call today to see if my cat can come in for an emergency type of appointment. The lady said no and I told her that I was really worried because this is my first time caring for a cat because I've had dogs in the past, so I wanted to come in so I can get this scary situation checked out as soon as possible. The lady did not really reply to the questions I had and just kind of remained silent until I said "Okay, thank you bye." I just really needed help, but I see I cannot trust this place so I am canceling my appointment.

Very friendly, well informed techs. Never a problem getting an appointment, even when I needed an emergency-ish appointment, when my location couldn't accommodate they found a nearby location that could see my pup the next day. Cheers

I brought my kitty here because I was trying to find an affordable place and it was difficult to find a clinic with open times. The staff was very friendly, and the doctor answered all my questions; however, I was given a spray treatment that didn't even kill the fleas and just made her coat sticky. The spray only relieved the itch and after taking my baby to another vet a month later did I find out she was having an allergic reaction to the flea bites. Also, had a ringworm test done, but kept missing the calls for the results due to being in class. I called back a few days later and was told the doctor would give me a call, but I never received it. I spent about $150 here and my problem wasn't even solved..

The Banfield here is what should be the standard care for your pets needs. The front office was beyond friendly which I do pay attention to. Transparency is a must in these day and age for customer service. The store was barely opening as well so it's expected to have carts lying around, but nevertheless still felt welcomed unlike the store south of Arlington.

I love taking my dog to this Banfield. Dr. Dominguez is a lovely person and she's always excited to see my fur baby. She made us aware of the possibility of a food allergy the first time we took our dog in, and we were able to identify the symptoms of some sort of allergy pretty quickly. We switched his food and his itching and ear and skin infections cleared up over time. Because she warned us so quickly that a food allergy (poultry, specifically) was a possibility, we saved months of testing and hundreds of dollars in bills from pet visits. Having read the reviews on google before we took our Baxter there, I was a little hesitant. Now I recommend this clinic without reservation. Friendly and understanding staff, kind and knowledgeable doctors, and the Wellness plan is awesome. I can't speak for older dogs, since Baxter is just a puppy, but with him they are awesome.

Dr Cantu is great but my only problem is that they can't help in the event of an emergency. They can't even process cultures on wounds. They are awesome if your pets are always healthy but the minute things go south they are of no use.

I had two cats. One of them we had to get euthanized here and the other we got neutered here. They both had the kitten care plus plan. Now my cat died last December and they continued charging us for his plan until April/May of this year. We finally got the plan canceled, but they wouldn't refund our money that they took for those months that they continued to charge us for a cat that was no longer alive. Which is bullshit because it was their responsibility to take care of that considering he died at their hospital. I would like to add that while we got our cat euthanized we were treated very nicely and were well taken care of. Now in February of this year we got our other cat neutered here. During his recovery his surgical area was very swollen and filled with pus. Soon after all the pus drained he got an abscess right next to the surgical site (his scrotum). It was pretty much a giant hole in his skin. We took him back to Banfield and of course they tell us that it wasn't because of the neutering surgery it was that he got hurt by a sharp object. They sold us some medication and we left. Mind you the wound was a perfect circle. And before it was a wound it was a medium sized ball of what I'm assuming was pus inside his skin. Later on it burst and created that hole. I talked to my cousin who is a veterinarian and has recently finished all her schooling and she told me that it was definitely because of the neutering surgery and that someone over there messed up. So Banfield, while having very nice staff, has people who can't manage a simple feline neutering surgery and a corporate system that just steals money from it's own customers/patients. You'll be paying a lot of money for very iffy service.

I have been pretty satisfied with this Banfield for almost 7 years. Experienced some problems last August and September with the lack of Vets. My dog got very, very ill and I had to take him to another Vet. Then I had to wait to get a follow-up appt for 8 weeks and was supposed to get blood work in three weeks after his hospitalization. I have the Wellness Plan and didn't want to go elsewhere. It seems there is more stability now with Dr. Dominguez. I like her and she is very helpful and interactive with my dog's care.

Both my dogs are on Wellness plans. Sometimes in order to cover their care I have to take out loans. My golden is epileptic and incontinent. This year he has also had a bladder infection (over $1000 to fix) and a vomiting issue (so far $120.) My frankendog picked up a chicken bone in the dog park and got a stomach infection ($600 to fix). Some Banfield's seem more more prone to run through a checklist than to actually diagnose, but if you are up front about your financial situation, they seem to take it into consideration and give you options. Dr Candella is always great with my boys and the vet techs love them.

I have a cat that is itching so much that he's tearing his flesh open. I took my cat here and they told me that cats don't have allergies. So they checked for mites, sold me some expensive medication, sold me this cat pheromone thing that plugs into the wall (that is defective and gets so hot that it creates a burning smell), and my cat is still tearing his flesh open. I spent over $150 and my cat is still ripping himself open. I will not return here, they don't seem to exhaust every possibility and instead want to sell you as much stuff as possible.
