I am so impressed with this clinic and all of the staff. I have 4 cats and a dog, so needless to say, I have known a fair share of veterinarians and clinics, but this one really stands out. Dr Paulson has extensive knowledge and practice in his field and is very thorough in his assessment as well as explaining to you what is going on and why he is deciding to prescribe or not prescribe this or that. All the staff is so respectful and friendly, and most importantly, gentle with the animals. I dread going to the vet as much as my animals do because most clinics treat animals too roughly for my liking, and I feel bad telling staff how to do their job (because no one likes that) but also I feel awful just standing there while someone handles my pet in a way that I wouldn't. Today's visit with Dr Paulson was an absolute breeze and the way I always wish vet visits would be! Keep up the good work.

The staff at Animal Eye Clinic are so friendly and the place is really nice and clean. Dr. Paulsen didn't seem to mind my inquiries during his exam and explained what was going on with my doggo's eyeball and just really made me feel at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. I really like this place and highly recommend!

Our dog chased a chicken into a bush and injured his eye. We were referred by our vet after the eye ulcer wouldn't heal over 2 weeks. During that time, we went through multiple vet visits, countless eye drops, and the lamp shade of doom around his neck. We are happy to report that one visit to Animal Eye Clinic fixed the eye ulcer (it had a flap on the cornea that needed removal). Our dog is happy, healthy and, most importantly, hours from being 'lamp shade' free. Thanks for your professionalism and expertise in caring for our dog's eye problems.

Our experience with Dr. Paulsen has been nothing short of amazing. We have a miniature schnauzer that has been through a very difficult time recently (diabetes, loss of vision, etc.). This has been very hard for us, as we adore our dog and couldn't bear to see her in pain. Dr. Paulsen and his staff have done wonders for her and she is now back to her old, happy self. I have never felt like we were overcharged (especially considering he is in the very specialized field of veterinary opthamology). He is such a wonderful doctor and his entire staff is great too - you can tell they love what they do. After her surgery, we were even given a 24/7 on call number that gave us access to the staff. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I'm looking for a place to take my almost 5 years old wire haired terrier/Chihuahua...after she turned one her eye started turning white and now she can't see very well..!! I can't pay an arm & leg even though I would give my arm to fix her eyes!! Anyone know a cheaper place or even pro-bono veterinarian??

I do not doubt their expertise, but their prices are way out of line. I received a second and third opinion on the an eye procedure to confirm the Animal Eye Clinic's diagnosis. The two other veternarians quoted the same procedure @ 80% less!!! I along with the other vets were astonished. Good doc but way way over priced! Do your due diligence and check out other animal optometrists.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. My dog has had to go weekly now for 7 weeks and we have only had great experiences. The staff and the doctor are all wonderful. You can tell they really enjoy their clients, both 2 and 4 legged.

When you have French bulldogs they come with inherited genetic problems . One of these is dry eye. Because of irresponsible breeding all 3 of mine have eye problems. The entire staff is great and Dr. Paulson is extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him. Prompt to give messages to Dr. Paulson, answer questions and return calls! Follow through excellent!

Outstanding medical & support staff! The Doctor is friendly and really cares for your furry children. He ensures parents are well informed concerning befor and after care to ensure successful surgeries. The support staff handles the office efficiently and treats your fuzzy kids like royalty in the waiting room and the individual exam rooms. The waiting area is kept clean and is well designed to make parents and their kids comfy while waiting to be seen. They stay on top of accidents as they happen. There are some areas outside where the kids can take care of business, but you need to have you own bags. No one wants their kids to have to go to the Doctor, but if they have to, this is the place to take them.
