I love them since my dogs surgery I have call a few times a day. They take time to answer my questions. Taking my other dog soon.

I love this clinic and the staff.

Definitely check prices before you go. One shot and ear wash later I spent 200 dollars. Service was okay (everyone spoke and engaged in conversation with me).

I want to thank the whole staff for their sincere care of my sweet baby, Molly age 14 yrs old; Molly had to cross the rainbow bridge today. Dr Muse was wonderful with the care and service and it's not something any pet parent and Dr like to do, but sometimes it's the best and only loving thing that can be done. I cannot be more graceful for Creekside Animal Hospital & Dr Muse & of course her staff for helping my baby cross over to a better place, thank you. This is my first time here & it will not be my last, I have 3 more fur babies. I will bring them here for all their get needs. PS. I have my own vet clinic in Grand Prairie, having been going there since 1997 for all my pets needs (that's 13 fur babies, some no longer here) but they could not even give me an appointment until the first part of September, that just showed me what they think about loyalty to long time client's/pets. I have been going here for years, but recently have been thinking about switching. When I called to ask about my dog needing an x-ray because of a possible blockage I was told that they couldn't fit me in. They wanted me to go to an emergency pet clinic that WAY over charges. We have also been turned away when one of our dogs was having horrible seizures and she ended up dying.

Went to many vet hospital and this one sticks out like a sore thumb. They were top notch. Other places just wants to hurry you up to get you out so they can see next patient. Not here, they put out the time and actually care.I want to thank the entire staff and especially the dr. Not only did she show professionalism but most importantly she show compassion and that she actually care. She answered all my concerns even though it took like 30 mins. I would definitely recommend all my family and friends to take the fur pets here.

I was lucky to have this place recommended to me, although I didn't have much financially at least I was able to help my pet with some of the issues he is going through.

I had been trying to get my dog in to be seen because he had blood coming out of one nostril. I took him to one place and the vet did not seem to really care about help my dog, but they did seem to care about wanting to charge me a lot of money, which I could not afford. I kept asking if they could give him some antibiotics because I felt it was all allergy related, but they would not do any kind of test, nor would they do a blood test, but they did want to do a full x ray which was costly. I found this place after a few days of calling and getting more and more frustrated. The vet listened to me, and did give some antibiotics, and now I will see if we need to have anything else done. I am hoping for the best, but I appreciate that they were willing to listen to me and my concerns, which is what I wanted all alone. The other place, no so much. Cait and I love coming to Stephanie to get groomed, that we will take an Uber to get here. Stephanie does a fantastic job as always. Thank you for keeping us happy.

I have many great things to say about the entire staff here. They are very loving and caring with my fur babies.(and I have 4 of them) Absolutely the best vets and staff around.

We started going to Creekside a few years ago, and we have always had a positive experience. It has a familial feel to it, and the veterinarians and associates are helpful and to the point. We trust our beloved Maxi to their care, and that is saying a lot.

The customer service is amazing here! They take care of all our dogs needs, including boarding. Leaving your pet for a long weekend is difficult enough, but nothing is better than picking your family member and they are still in great spirits!! Let's you know that they were well taken care of while there. Love this place!

Daisy had a great visit this morning! We just love Creekside and their staff. They take very good care of ALL our fur babies. Most of all, I love that they are still practicing safe measures for Covid. Not only does it make it safe for everyone but it makes easier on us when we have to bring multiple pets. Dr. Kutch and Dr. Muse and their staff take the utmost precautions to ensure your animal is well taken care of and properly examined. I was apprehensive about bringing my little dog in for surgery, as it was his first time, but their front staff made me feel completely reassured that my animals are in the best care. Since then, I have brought numerous more animals here and will continue to recommend this facility to my friends and family. They have reasonable prices and great customer service, can't ask for better than that!

Love this place, staff and doctors are very respectful and nice.

We were not prior customers and required boarding with little to no notice for our fur baby who also needed vaccinations renewed. Staff was very responsive, helpful, & kind. I think we have finally found a veterinarian clinic that we are comfortable with!

Really great place for your fur baby! Bought my 8 week old pitbull pup here for her first round of vaccines and everything went so smoothly. With Covid protocol still in effect, the staff came to my car and got my pup and took her in for her exam and vaccines! The staff was really professional and so sweet! Every single one told me how adorable my girl was! ♥️ Three will definitely be back to see them!

I have used this facility for many decades, with cats and dogs. I have always been impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

The staff are wonderful! Due to the pandemic you cannot go into the building with your pet but it was handled with care and very efficient.

Creekside cared for my elderly dog who has passed on, and now my new dog for the past 18 months. The vets, staff, and groomer are wonderful. I highly recommend Creekside for their knowledge, care, and compassion. I drive from Dallas to use them.

My pet recently experienced an unusual event With lime sulfur dip. Major burns to skin. Massive swelling. It happened on a Sunday. I took my dog to an ER in Mansfield (terrible service). I was able to bring my dog in first thing when Creekside opened (my regular vet). Bodee (My pet) was treated with care And compassion. My pet had to receive Laser Therapy and hydrotherapy Every 2-3 days, also sent home with meds. Dr. Muse and Kutch are excellent. They communicate everything To you so that you have a full understanding of the care they are providing. Prices are reasonable and they also offer packages to help with costs for regular treatments. The recommendation for laser and hydrotherapy worked and he is back to his normal self. Skin looks great and my boy is back to his normal self. I trust this office more than any other vet I have been to since moving from Arizona to Texas.

The staff at Creekside are friendly and professional. My dogs are always happy to go and that says/barks a lot. I have brought my pups there since they were 7 1/2 weeks old and that was a little over 4 years ago.
